I loved this place. Very nice dealing and good stuff I got..

I went to this place with my 1 year old Lincoln Navigator.It had 3 things that needed to be fixed.1) Power gate would not come down.2) Front end noises3) Rear back up camera not workingThey fixed nothing, they tried to shake me down saying how the items were not covered under warranty, the only thing they would fix (the gate) wound up not being fixed at all after the technician didnt even check it. The car was there for a week.This place should be put in demolition and start anew. Fire all the staff, and hire some new blood with intent to help customers.I wound up taking it to Manhattan Lincoln where they fixed the items, no questions asked.

Very nice. The staff was very polite.
