This place is a rip off. They are dishonest and steal your money. I paid to have my charging port replaced and they damaged my lcd on my phone and then blamed me for it. I asked for the owner and they both lied. Told me to call a non existent 800 number. While there another lady brought her phone back for repairs they did and all of a sudden her phone stopped charging. They told her its not their fault because she broke it. She had the same response I did. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere.

So I took my IPhone 7 Plus to get the mic fixed and to fix my back camera lens. When I picked up my phone I waited to get my back lens fixed that wasn’t an issue but overall I was completely satisfied with their work. Everything was working like it was brand new Ariel at the Green Acres location was great nice man and even threw in a free phone case of my choice. Although a bit pricey is why I’m giving them 4 stars but Thanks again!

Some of them do not know what they are doing and even then it was expensive and afterwards when they fixed my screen my phone would not work, the only good side is that Im able to go back anytime within 6 months to get it fixed again for free but it really isnt worth the hassle

Does anyone know where i can contact them? Malls are currently closed due to COVID. I purchased a screen protector and phone case here in march. Prior to purchasing the screen protector i was assured that even if the phone falls the screen protector will remain. The other day my phone dropped and the screen protector came off. I still have my receipt and i see that there is no refund or warranty for the screen protector..... so im leaving this comment as proof. When the store opens back again i will be going there

Good place and very professional and good People. They fixed my phone in just 15 minutes!! And gave me six month warranty as well. Also I bought a case and a screen protector and they gave me a very good deal on eat. I Recommend this please to everyone

Not only do they have a huge selection of cases but they do PHONE REPAIRS!! Got my screen repaired after I shattered it and they did an amazing job. Its like a brand new phone! Aside from their repair prices being one of the lowest the customer service was over the top! Best cell phone accessory store in the area!

I would agree with other users. This place is a fraud. They sold me a broken item, because two days after purchase the prop stand on the back of the case fell off. A little plastic knob was missing in one corner, but if you put it on properly you could get it to work. In less than two weeks I dropped my phone and guess what? The super duper best phone protector case broke. Its made of a hard, inflexible plastic that WILL break. When I went to trade it in the guy tried to sell me another hard plastic case, not as sturdy looking, and tells me its better than the one I got. I ended up with a cheaper one and no kind of refund whatsoever. And slickster took my receipt. I didnt care at that point because Im just going to let everyone know.I think there are a lot of fake reviews here. Just check out the names of people leaving reviews. Someone probably asked their friends to leave reviews. Theyll probably catch on and ask different friends. Youre better off buying some cheap $5 case off the street. Cases are very expensive here, and I wouldnt mind spending the money if the merchandise wasnt so cheap.If zero stars were possible...

I would recomment everyone to visit them before wasting their time at Apple !!! Reason : Amazing Service !!! My nephew cracked my IPhone 6plus. There was some sort of problem with my cameras too and Apple said it would cost me 300$ they did it for 150$ in just 25 minutes and also gave me six months of warranty on the same. Also, they have amazing collection of phone accessories and you get a good discount if you fix your phone with them.
