Everyone at this location always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Christian was especially helpful last time I went in. I definitely prefer this Advanced Auto Parts to other local competitors. I have had many pleasant experiences and will definitely be back! Customer service and guarantees on the tools are the best. Definitely justifies spending a little more in some cases.

Terrible, second vehicle with the wrong rotors given to me. First vehicle earlier this year with wrong rotors tore into the caliper mounting bracket. No this vehicle wrong rotors again and it cost me an additional $46.00 and I could not use my rewards, last time for Advance Auto I will never go back. First mistake ok, second!!!!

Above and beyond service! My chevy needed a new battery. When I went to AutoZone they said that they could not install it. My son recommended that I try Advanced Auto. Wow! It was 18 degrees outside when this awesome lady didnt flinch. She through on her coat and grabbed her tools and away she went. She had that new battery installed very quickly. I had a discount coupon for the battery. So it was a WIN all the way. No more AutoZone for this guy. A firm Advanced Auto customer from now on. Thanks Advanced Auto. I couldnt be more pleased!!!

Theyll sell you the wrong parts of youre not 100% sure of what you need. One of the cashiers was very off putting when I asked for help picking socket wrenches for a tune up on my car. If you know what you need and can decide for yourself the place is fine, just wish the staff was more dedicated.

Ive always had a good experience with the folks at this location, until today. I was hoping that i could get a simple test on wires in my license plate lights, but no, try to sell me something instead. I wont be back. Sadly, this is not a reflection of all staff there -theyre great. This chap wouldnt even answer my question, so that pushed me away.

I try to stay away from Sandra, it costs her allot of trouble to make an attempt to smile or be courteous... Never happy.Jason and Ted are the ones to look for.

They guys at this store are AWESOME! I found myself in desperate need of an electric fuel pump for my vintage Fiat Spider on my way back from an annual convention. I was 275 miles from home on a Sunday evening. Advance did not have the pump I needed but the man at the counter called a local competitor who did. He e en offered to DRIVE ME THERE! Fortunately I had a support vehicle with me and I picked it up myself while leaving my Spider in AAPs parking lot. I returned with the new pump and while I was installing it in the 90 degree plus temps, the store manager brought my wife and I each a bottle of ice cold water. Who else does that?? With my Spider roaring back to life and thundrestorms bearing down on us, the AAP employee then gave us some reccomendations for good local restaurants to get a bite while we let the storms pass. I simply cannot say enough about these guys! Kudos.

I get small minor parts for my 77 Tbird & 87 Cutlass 442 from this store. Theyre always helpful.

I couldnt tell you the last time I went to this location and left happy. Ive been given the wrong u joints, wrong calipers, wrong control arms. Every single time Ive been there if its not the wrong parts its bad information. Just the last time I was purchasing a control arm to replace a warranty item from them. I originally purchased a $130 Moog CK series control arm. I told the gentlemen I wanted the exact same thing I purchased previously. He stated that the item would arrive same day or the next day. I go in the next day to find out it was really five days out... The manager got me one same day from a different location. I go to the other location on the other side of town and pick the product up myself... I took a look at the product in the store before I left and it looked right. Get home tear my car apart compare the two parts and to no surprise to me these are not the same... I call and speak to the manager who states the one they gave me was an updated version and its better... When in reality they sold me the RK series at $100. So theyre replacing a $130 part with a $100 part and calling it even when the RK series control arm is the farthest thing to an update to the one I purchased originally. It is a downgrade that I paid thirty dollars for... The time prior to this visit I was going in for four calipers and they brought out the wrong part four times. Unfortunately I have a ton of money in warranty parts from advance auto but I will never purchase another thing from this advance auto. If you want the right parts and information the first time I suggest you go elsewhere.
