I really have to give this place its true merritts. I was not looking to get a new vehicle on Friday (21st Aug2020). I was just there to get a oil change for my 2016 Ram. As I walked around the showroom they had a Jeep gladiator Mojave edition there and I was able to sit in it and check it out. I was very impressed and decided to ask questions and get more detail on this type of vehicle. 4hrs Later I was driving away with a brand new 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon.The sales team there went above and beyond my expectations. They gave me and incredible deal on my Ram, completely worked with me on creating the right price for me and though they couldnt give me incentives aside from the discounted price, they gave a few extra perks to seal the deal. I have read some of the lower star ratings about this specific dealership, and truthfully this place really did and exceptional job.I was able to work with a guy named Todd and his manager Sean. Great guys and truly a great place. Thank you both for a good, professional experience. I look forward to future purchases with you guys.

My boyfriend was treated like a Rock Star. It was probably the best experience we have ever had at a dealership . Gary and Tom were not going to give up until they found him the deal he wanted . They didnt try and push off a bunch of extra maintenance agreements! They were completely honest on the fact they were not needed due to the warranty that comes with the lease. They gave the actual amount his trade in was worth. They are an hour drive for us but its well worth it!!

Excellent communication and sales experience with Stephen Howell. Most communication was done via email as far as questions and negotiations. No harassing phone calls, things progressed at my pace. No shell game with numbers and options. Came in to test drive, kick the tires, finalize the agreement, and sign the paperwork. I was not impressed with the salesman Tom that helped me with setting up my car electronics stuff he was rude and acted as if he didnt want to help but the salesman Sean who sold us the car was great and everyone else we have ever delt with in there has been amazing down to the finance guy, we have bought several vehicles there and will continue to get our vehicles there, I will make sure that we never use the rude salesman and to clarify it was not the manager Tom he has always been amazing as well it was the salesman Tom

In 2006 we almost bought a Jeep Commander from Grieger’s ... but had a horrible experience with the sales staff. Earlier this year, we had a warranty repair done on our 2020 Ram (purchased from another dealer) and John went above and beyond. So much so, I came back to buy a new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And I literally cannot say enough about how Jeremy really completely confirmed that this was NOT a 2006 experience. From the second we met him it was not a high pressure/hard line sale ... he has been completely accessible and patient and made us a huge fan of Griegers. Even bringing my new Jeep to my driveway! This dealership has been by far the most horrific attempt at a car buying experience of my life. Strung along all day by the finance department, credit ran without my income information through so many finance locations I have no idea yet for sure as to the actual total. Absolute Lack of communication and professionalism would be a major understatement. Went to a different car lot and was approved and processed within minutes for the exact same car. Griegers stonewalled the other car lot and sold the car to another buyer after the offer was accepted. Extremely unprofessional, and discourteous. Honestly if I could give a zero or negative star review . And before your managers hop on here and offer to have me call them. Your lot has my number. If you are actually concerned with the conduct and circumstances surrounding this review.

This is in regards to the Service Department:Approximately 3 years ago I had Griegers replace a bad “active grill shutter “ on my 2015 Chrysler 200; very expensive at over $600. Told then that it doesn’t happen much, especially on the 200s and usually as a result of physical damage. No damage to mine; it just went bad. About 6 to 9 months ago I got the same diagnosis, only this time the wiring harness was also bad and had to be replaced - $1055! It should be noted they cut a wire in the harness the first time. Again, no physical damage. Then why? Substandard part, poor workmanship, previous cut wire? No responsibility accepted by them. When I presented an online “coupon “ to cover the initial $139 inspection charge, the service manager refused to accept it. Said it really wasn’t a “coupon “ but an advertisement - even though it said “$139 value” on it. Then it got worse. He couldn’t (wouldn’t) understand why I was upset he refused the coupon and any responsibility on their end. He then arrogantly offered to add $139 to my bill and then honor the coupon! His obnoxious, condescending attitude continued until I lost my patience and raised my voice to him. Only then did he back off.I and my family have purchased cars from Greigers for about 40 years. NEVER AGAIN!
