When I tell you service was great, service was Great! I went in for a fix a flat and they got me in and out quickly. Staff was very friendly and professional. They also gave me recommendations on my tires. I will definitely be coming here for any service. Thanks again MTI!

Very good service center. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that they wont put aftermarket high performance parts on my car, which I understand, but, still leaves me in search of a shop that will. I would highly recommend for all of your routine maintenance and regular automotive needs.

MTI went above and beyond for my service. Prices were outstanding and so was the customer service. Mike ran through prices, times it would be finished, worked with my schedule and made sure everything was perfect. Will only be using them from now on. 10/10

Scam alert!!! Vehicle owners beware!!My mother went in on Tuesday because her thermostat light came on while waiting in line for gas at Costco. She went in and asked if they could test and see if her thermostat as bad. They told her they could but they were going to be busy until tomorrow morning. They gave her a ride home and within the hour they call and tell her that her thermostat is bad and needs replaced and she has a leak and needed new hoses because of dry rot and that it would cost $560. She told them if they think it was absolutely necessary then please proceed. She then calls me to tell me about her unfortunate event and tells me how much it would cost to fix it and I immediately told her to call and not allow that. It’s a 2009 Kia Sportage there’s no way that should cost that much. The next day she called and canceled and told them she wanted to pick up the car. They did not recommend but would top her off on coolant because she was low and it would also take a bit to put it back together before she could have it back. After they charged a $62 diagnosis fee I came over after she made it home with the car and looked in coolant reservoir and it was bone dry. I filled it up to the recommended line and drove it around and sat in the parking lot to see if I could get this light to turn on. No light. Then I went back to MTI to ask about these tests and charges. I was told that no testing was done. And that the diagnosis was based off customer complaint of thermostat light and that’s the first thing they replace is the thermostat if the light is on. I asked why no one put coolant in to see if that was the issue that caused the light and was told they customers don’t like hearing they need to refill fluids but she was told that they did top off when in fact they did not…. I was told she misunderstood which is completely incorrect.After putting the correct amount of fluid in the car no light sense. Long story short this business sees customers as prey and are not to trust. I will no longer allow my mother to come here for service.

It was our 1st time at MTI Service center & they were very professional. Matt the counter service writer clearly explained what they needed to repair & why, as well as whether or not it was safe to delay the work & take it on an unplanned trip. When we took it back after a day or 2 bec the check engine light came back on, they assured us that obviously after 4,000. In work we are under warranty, & that we probably need to drive it a while to reset systems after the repair, & we were told to keep them posted & bring it back if need be at no charge. So so far so good. It runs better since the repair, well have to wait & see on the resetting of systems but I would recommend MTI to others looking for a reputable shop.

I came to this shop because they are one of CarMax’s “verified” shops for when you can’t get into CarMax (refer to my CarMax review). My truck was dying overnight and had an engine light on. Initially, everything was great. But I was quick to get the runaround when it came to schedule my rental that comes with my service warranty. And here the hassle began. The staff was unhelpful and told me it was everyone’s fault but their own. CarMax and my warranty company both told me it was this shop’s job to get my rental. They completely dropped the ball despite how many times I explained this to them. So I was out of a car for days, nearly missing work and missing appointments despite my pleas for help. FINALLY, I got my truck back days later, but not before they tried to pin an extra charge on me for an upgraded alternator that I didn’t approve of. The very next morning, I walk out to start my truck before and it wouldn’t start. Dead. Deady, dead, ded. Which made me late. When I called them back they told me it was my fault for not changing the battery, which I had already done like they asked. My experience here was terrible at best… I can’t even say mediocre. I would not recommend this shop to my coworkers that I don’t like. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Great service, great people, they squeezed me in to get work done a busy day for an emergency I had with my only vehicle and they did a good job solving the issue with no hassles. Plus they gave me a ride to and from home, not very many shops will do that especially right now.

Great service, on time, informed me of problems, fixed and a very good price. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.Matt was great, if you read this go there worth the time.

Reasonable prices and explained things well. They do great work. Never had any problems with the jobs done.

Finally, a garage that doesnt try to inflate the bill or recommend unnecessary repairs!! They were courteous, honest, and charged very reasonable prices for their work. I wont be going to anyone else for car repairs now that I discovered MTI!!!!

Amazing Service!!! I had to bring all of my children with me to drop off my van (3 under the age of 6) in order for all of us to not have to wait they had one of their employees ride home with me and drive my van back to be serviced. The gentlemen who run MTI were so helpful they did all the work to get everything on the warranty done for free!!!!

We were on vacation, and the transmission in my wife’s car went kaput. I found this place and called. Tom saved the day! He took care of the warrantee folks, kept us up to date, and answered all of our questions. We highly highly recommend this place.
