I was referred here a year ago and called in to talk to someone about a flippable mattress (which they hardly make anymore) and got Chris on the line. He left such an impression that a year later after losing his name and number - I googled ALL the mattress stores in Valparaiso lol! I found them and spoke at length with a very friendly Geri (forgive me if I spelled it wrong!🙏) However, nothing compares to the service I recieved when I came in today. These people go the distance. They are professional. They are kind and polite. They make you feel like you matter, where so many businesses lack that connection with their base. They answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, they took their time with me when I couldnt decide what I wanted and could afford. I left feeling so very grateful. I highly recommend this place and intend on buying my toddler bed and my teenage sons bed from here too in the near future. They went out of their way to make it affordable for me and they had no problem customizing the things I needed customized - all without making it seem like it was a bother. Chris and Joe clearly are experts in their product, and they did a fantastic job of comparing and contrasting their King Coil line versus the more common brands. I am very very happy with the treatment I recieved from the owner and the associate in the store. I Came in the store angry and frustrated and over it. I had been given the run around from many stores in the area and really had no luck. So I was driving back home and googled this place so I said what the heck lets try one last place. I walked in and right off the back there was no run around I explained my story told them what I wanted and my price range and they made it happen. They were very kinda to my nana and very nice and patience with my 3 children. I had apologize that my kids were all over and the associate said its ok I love kids and made me feel so happy to be there. We got a deal and didnt spend more than our budget and got everything we wanted and more. This shop is small compared to the big box stores but this is the place you want to go first not last for sure. I Would have saved my self from so much stress coming here first. My mom baught my brother a bed because he was in a serious car accident and is now disabled and they came home earlier then expected and one of the guys who delivered the bed to my moms spent the night in Ohio so my brother could have his bed that Friday instead of Monday when they were originally supposed to bring it !! They are so genuine and they really do care about their customers !!! His bed is super comfy as well !! Also me and my fiancé baught a bed from here and we absolutely love it !! Great place!

Although my initial interaction with this company was negative I am changing my review due to the fact that customer service means a lot to me and I feel that my concerns were heard and the owner genuinely attempted to resolve my issue. A day after posting my review I received an email from the owner named Chris. He apologized and explained that he has been trying to get Groupon to correct his AD for the last few years and they have been unwilling to cooperate. He was kind and seemed genuinely concerned. Although he couldnt offer me the same deal that Groupon was advertising, he still offered me something for my inconvenience. I truly appreciate Chris taking the time out to contact me. His actions reminded me that what separates businesses from other businesses is definitely the customer experience/customer service. There are hundreds of businesses that sell mattresses, however not all focus on providing exceptional customer service. After purchasing a groupon for a $200 voucher I drove for an hour to their store to purchase a mattress. When I got to the store the manager named Dj advised me that groupon is advertising incorrectly and that I would need to purchase a bed for the price of $500 and above in order to be allowed to use my groupon! i immediately left his store and refunded my groupon. he is falsely advertising on groupon to get business and this should be illegal! will be reporting him to the better business bureau as well.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the service Id expected. The showroom is small and the salesman was, at first disinterested, and then very pushy when I tried to leave. It was not a comfortable experience nor great selection.
