The Sales Associate Brandon was nice and professional talked a lot about his next door neighbors boyfriend and horrible dog.. He asked me if I needed a bed frame. I told him no. That I have a bed. However, never asked me if the bed needs to be assembled which it does and theres an extra fee which I would have been happy to pay.. When delivery guys came I asked them to help me put the bed together. They told me no did I pay extra. I informed them no I wasnt aware. So they place the box spring and mattress on the floor and walked out. They didnt even ask me to sign anything. Ill never buy anything from these people again. Thats it for me

My husband and I went into the store expecting a quiet awkward experience trying out beds. But that is not what we got! Julian, the store manager, took us through each bed (following our reactions from the previous one) and by doing so we found the best mattress! Julian just wanted us to find a good bed, he wasn’t over selling for commission, he just knew how good the products are. We ended up on one of the best mattresses and he threw in a frame for us. Highly recommend checking out this store so you can have a good mattress like we do now!

I would love to be able to tell everyone what a great experience I had shopping for a new mattress set. I went into this store for the first time about 6 weeks ago and spoke with Julian. He was very informative and understanding about what I was looking for. So, long story short, I did go Wednesday and decided on the set I wanted. Julian is very good at making you feel important and comfortable. I have worked in furniture sales in the past, but I dont think Ive met any sales person as engaging as he was. I am a HUGE pain in the butt when making purchase decisions, and this guy Brandon at the store could not possibly have been more patient or helpful over the course of three visits, at least 30 questions and several instances of changing my mind. Wow, what a great experience. Mattress shopping isnt what you would call a fun experience but the staff here made it a great experience. Our salesman, Chris, was very patient with us and let us try many beds. Ive had 3 hybrids in a row and they dont work for me, especially after I had back surgery a year and a half ago. We needed a traditional mattress and the best one we tried was a Stearns and Foster firm with pillow top. We were happy with Chris help and expertise and the deal he gave us.

My husband and I purchased a Beauty rest mattress and box spring and are very happy. Dennis and his staff were very informative and helpful. We priced around in the area and could not beat the deal for such a nice mattress set. Simmons makes Beauty rest and Beauty sleep mattresses, but Beauty rest is a better grade and that is what we went with. When pricing around give Sleepys in Valpo a chance and you will not be disappointed.
