Please replenish your tornadoes throughout the day! The staff is great but I was told they only do this in the morning. That isnt correct I have seen them before late in the day. Everyone loves the tornadoes so please have them stocked our business is right down the street and we have gone in at different times with no luck!

This place is under new management and its definitely lost its star crew. The new manager and this big tall guy working the counter were 2 of the rudest unprofessional Individuals I have ever met. She even had the audacity to tell me things will be different around here WOMAN IVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE FOR 10YRS! That have ZERO customer service skills.

Very unprofessional staff. Complained about the line of customers then trash talked customers from the day before.I come in a few times a week and its usually the same girls working. Plan on driving 5 more minutes to the family express closer to my work from now on.

I got what I needed here, but other than that I had a bad experience. First, after gatherIng my items and going to checkout, the store associate handed my a ledger/book, with store inventory and procedures in it, and asked me if I knew what that word was? The poor fellow was quite obviously being 100% serious, so I answered him and told him that the word was Hostess (as in the confectionary company). Apparently, seeing that I was willing to help, he asked me about several others, which I answered. When done, he added up my items and I paid for them. I then walked for the door.It had been snowing earlier in the day, and when I walked out of the store I slipped and fell hard. When I got up I noticed that the area hadnt been salted. So I brought the incident up with the store associate, to which he said hed been meaning to put down some salt and that he guessed he should put some down now. When I asked him to document what had happened, both on my behalf in case of any further problems, put also, and perhaps more importantly, so that the issue could be reviewed, resolved, and prevented in the future so that it didnt happen to other individuals or cause injuries, minor or serious, to innocent persons, the same associate said that he had no idea how to document what happened or even where to begin. I suggested to the associate that a good place to begin may be to take my name, number, and contact information, as well as writing down the time and basic summary of what had occurred, to which he stated, oh yeah, good idea! I wouldnt have thought of that. The sad part being that one could tell that he wasnt lying and was completely sincere in his comments! He further added that he would have to contact his manager, but couldnt because they were out-of-state on a trip. This seemed like an excuse for not doing it, though I cant be sure of that due to the interactions with the gentleman thus far. Another point of irritation was that, quite obviously, and common knowledge to most people, establishments such as this have multiple managers and assistant managers. It may be, though, based on the previous statements and comments made by the associate, that he honestly hadnt considered contacting someone other than the one manager that was out of town.The store itself wasnt bad, it had what I needed, and what I went for, but the incident also revealed the complete incompetence, ineptness, and sub-par cognitive processes of the sales associate.While it may have been an isolated, bad interaction with just one associate, which I have completely contemplated and considered, it also begs one to contemplate the fact that they trust this individual with the entire store, by himself, for a complete shift, and further, by extension, simply makes one wonder as to the quality of the other personnel hired at this particular location. Most especially the ones they DONT believe capable of operating the establishment without the assistance of others.
