DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! They will not take goodrx for certain prescriptions because they won’t make any money. She then began to tell me she would fill it and with a hour to go on her shift she said that they would fill it tomorrow? She wasn’t doing anything. The pharmacy is a sham, lazy, and think they know more than a licensed doctor. If you just had a surgery they do not care about your problem, only about how much money they will make and what they think is best.
Just wanted to give Ashley a big thanks! She’s cashiered me out the last couple times I’ve been in, and she’s been nothing but sweet and helpful to me. I manage a business and know how important it is to keep customers coming back, especially with the situation we’re all going through.. so thanks again and keep smiling, your awesome! 😊
First, I’d like to say I have never had a bad experience at this CVS until today, that is. I scheduled flu shots for my husband, son and I on the CVS website and when we went in this morning to get them the pharmacy tech looked up our appointments and said she couldn’t find anything in their system, then proceeded to ask if I was sure that I made them for that store & then said she couldn’t do them anyways since she was the only tech on duty. No apologies were given and then I explained that I just didn’t want this to happen to anyone else if the system is showing open appointments if there are none. She didn’t seem interested so I asked to speak to the manager, the assistant manager Jacob was there and he said that would be an issue with corporate and that I would need to contact them. Again, no apology for the inconvenience. He then said we could talk to the manager when he is back on Tuesday. My husband went back in to get the manager’s name and that is when the only apology was given. I understand that system glitches and mistakes can happen, but the fact that they didn’t seem to care to try to rectify the situation or to figure out what happened is what really bothered me. I am on the phone with corporate now and thankfully the interaction with them is much better. They are going to forward this info to the district manager and they are helping me to get us scheduled at a different CVS with a Minute Clinic.

It’s a great store and pharmacy is wonderful. But why don’t they sell liquor like the others? They sell about 5 brands and that’s it. They need to sell Canadian club.
