This store is very well organized and stocked!! Every staff member we encountered was nice and polite. Our cart was a bit wonky and we heard someone else complaining about their carts so it isnt just one but besides that it is a great store! Im sad they did away with the 40% coupon but if you watch the sales you can still get great discounts.

What can I say...its a craft store! They always have what Im looking for, and many times for a good price. This last time I came for picture frames, nothing fancy and found just what I needed. Spent under $30!

Come here often. My wife loves this place. I like it pretty much as well. Got to look for good deals though. But its a great outlet for what ever you are trying to decorate. Highly recommend this place 👌

Went for Fall decor and found what it and so much more. The selection is good and plenty on the shelves. However, coupons are no longer accepted with transactions - something I learned at the register. Still a good experience.

First time at Hobby Lobby. Was greeted at the for and the store was very organized. Was able to find everything I needed. Staff was very polite.

Always a great place to go when youre shopping for a gift. Unique items yet very decent prices when you catch them on sale which they always have some kind of sale going on... Love it!

I no the mask thing is lifted but I still wish everyone that came into a store had to wear them to make some of us feel better even though Im fully vaccinated I know I can still get it and give it to my grandkids and they walk around right in your face breathing on you without a mask. To me they had a good variety but their prices are so high that it makes you want to go somewhere else. The store is always clean and organized which I like. And you can find things you cant find anywhere else but youre going to pay the price.

Oh my goodness its that time of year. So many craft options. I could lose my mind in there. I could also spend all of my money in there and then some.I love making crafts and the quality of their products are excellent! The staff is always so friendly. Im sure Ill be going back there again very soon. Here are some of the bows I added to my projects. Hobby Lobby ribbon is great!

Can I start off by saying I love crafting and craft stores . It’s great to just be able to go buy things you need. But I won’t be stopping by here anymore sadly. I wanted to make 3 blankets for my nephews and niece. Their little bitty so I didn’t need much fabric. So I go up to the counter to have the fabric cut . I was in pretty great mood mind you . I tried to have a conversation and ask how this persons day was and she completely ignored me . So I just stood in silence and waited for my materials to be cut. She was rushing and cut all sloppy so the measurements were all slightly off. My words to this person would be don’t be arrogant, I’m sorry you’re having a bad day, but don’t take it out on other people. I spent a lot of money on the fabric for it not to work .

Limited supply and variety of silk flowers.

Wish you were better directed to some areas.. but everyone seemed friendly I encountered that worked there and managed to find what I was looking for

I love Hobby Lobby! They have items for any party or holiday! Lots of unique things. I had a Grinchmas Party for my Grandkids. I found almost all of the items I wanted here and then some! Lots and lots of Christmas ornaments. Lots of craft ideas and supplies. I love this store. It brings out the creative side in me.

Easy in, easy out. All employees were masked. Got my purchases (material, good choices) and was on my way.

Usually love the customer service. Bought large frame. Took home, added art work. Glass actually broke in half! Had flaw in glass. Went to website, had to send photos of damage. Then I was instructed to take it to store for consideration...I was supposed to bring broken glass in...seriously? 24 x 36 piece? Not happy with this transaction

This place and their spring decorations... First everything from the Spring collection is 40% off. Then they have all these frog and turtle landscaping ornaments. They have turtle planters and two foot tall standing frog men! Whats a girl to do??? Now my husband is adding on to our deck so I can have more space for my Hobby Lobby finds.

So many neat things and lots on sale

I really like Hobby Lobby. I sew so there are some really cute fabric choices and notions. More suitable for crafting, home decor and quilting though, not apparel. If you are a hobbyist then most likely you will find what you need, unless it is veey specialized. Keep in mind, most everything here is from China. Decent prices, great sales.

They have a lot of beautiful things. The only thing I didnt like was the cashier said have a nice holiday instead of Merry Christmas since Hobby lobby is supposed to be a Christian based store.

The Valparaiso hobby lobby is a lot cleaner and more organized than the Merrillville location.

My wife does many different types of crafts. Virtually anything she wants for them is available here. Also, they sell lots of home decorations if you dont like or have the time to make them yourself. Great store.

Bought a nice corner shelf. Staff very helpful. Got home thought it was broke and immediately took it back. It wasnt! My error. They were great about it and I now have a lovely shelf!

Hobby Lobby is dangerous! I ALWAYS spend too much time and too much money! Love going here and its nice that they consistently rotate products. Valpo staff could be a tad bit friendlier but still one my favorite local craft and home decor stores.

Great place to shop when you can find things on sale. The return process was easy. I only gave 4 stars because they only do returns and exchanges in 1 line and had to wait forever to get my exchange done.

Fantastic place to shop. Has over a million items to choose from. All prices. You can spend minutes to hours shopping there are so many things to look at. I love it.

This place was a disaster! The store was busy and the manager had staff rearranging aisles in the middle of the shoppers. They were literally taking down displays while people were looking at them and carting merchandise away. Staff had no concept of social distancing as they were focused on clearing the shelves. I was there on Friday mid-afternoon and finally left empty handed.
