Great experience with Steve who got me in same day to take care of a fairly decent rock chip on my windshield. Quick, professional and polite, getting the chip/crack cleaned, drilled out and completely filled making it almost unnoticeable afterward (and more importantly protected from spreading further). Definitely recommend and will be back if I happen to get any more accidental window damage.

It was unusually difficult and took far longer than expected due to the location, and stubbornness of the crack to accept the resin. I’ve had 6 different repairs with him, starting back in the day when he had a station at Vancouver Mall. It’s been rock chip repair. But today was different. We had a big issue with a chemical film on our back windows of a new-to-me car. He’s using everything in his arsenal to get it right. You see, I went to a car detailed and he used a chemical that created a dog in the window. And then started using steel wool on it. Very scratched up. Steve’s getting it out. He’s been working nearly 2 hours on it.I highly recommend him. He knows glass!

I called Steve at Yellow Dot. I was happy that he was able to get me in the same day to fix the rock chip in my front windshield. Unfortunately my State Farm Insurance does not cover this service when every other insurance company does. It would have only cost $40 more to replace the windshield using my insurance, but I opted not to replace. Too complicated as it takes recalibration due to having eyesight. Anyhow, Steve did a great job and it only took an hour, if that. You might remember seeing the tent at Vancouver Mall for years, this is the same guy! Same guy, same great service!

I recently got a chip in my windshield while driving on the freeway. We were referred to Yellow Dot by a shop that wasnt able to repair the damage because the crack was too long. We called late in the day, and Steve was able to get us in the next morning. He told us how to keep the crack from spreading, information that we wouldnt otherwise have known. Steve was a pleasure - personable, and he knows what hes doing.There are two comfortable chairs, and coffee is available.

Its that time again, and I am So glad to find Steve after him leaving the Van Mall. We have used him many times over the years. Does excellent work and very reasonably priced. Takes his time and very thorough. Even gives us emergency stick on chip decals to help chips from spreading before we can get to him.
