She very bad customer service.

It closed, without any warning or notice, about 2 hours early. We came, and there was no sign. Nobody answered the phone, and nobody picked up, and the answering machine didnt even pick up. I would maybe like it better, yknow, if it was ACTUALLY OPEN.

I do love this place, BUT to shop there all the time and when I need to do a quick exchange just one color unopened and I didnt have my receipt and they wouldnt do it?!?Thats a joke. I obviously bought it there no one else around sells Pravana. Its a shame, thats horrible customer service to loyal client.
