I love this place. I love that theres the coffee shop inside too. The smell of fresh books and coffee is so nice. I try to come once a week and see whats new, or just sit down, crack open a staff pick and see where it takes me.Employees are super helpful, and if they dont know the answer to a question, theyre hasty to find a coworker who does.

Best place for books and accessories. Not to bad on the pockets if you have the funds. I dont always go in but everytime i do it gives me what ever season or holiday feels i look for. Staff are normally friendly and helpful. Except for like once.

Best chicken tenders in Vancouver. Hands down. I didn’t even know they were converting to a restaurant book store until I saw their value meals along the drive thru area. Patricia is so nice too! Sent corporate an email singing her praises. Will definitely be back soon!

They are very helpful but just due to another Barnes and nobles they dont have that much selection.

Hands-down, one of my favorite places to visit. I can waste hours here. The employees are nice and helpful, but also know to leave you alone when youre busy, which is much appreciated.The store is nicely organized and its easy to find anything that I want. However, its also fun to browse for new books. They also have a good selection of other things, such as toys and vinyls. I picked up a couple of records for my collection last weekend.I consider myself to be a foodie (and most of my reviews are for restaurants anyway). Their café is more than satisfactory. They sell Starbucks, but I think that their tea latte selection is better, and would highly recommend the blueberry green tea latte with oat milk.

Went looking for Plant-based Cook Books and they had 8 different ones to chose from at very reasonable prices.

I can often get better pricing online, but walking in, asking a question, and having someone lead you to your desire makes visiting a brick and mortar a satisfying experience. I can grab my loot, pay, and leave with my treasures in hand! No waiting for delivery; instant gratification.

We love B&N. The people, the selection, even for kids. It is our boys favorite place to go for treats after a great week at cyber school. To come in and get a treat from the cafe and a new book. Its a family day thing and its been so amazing during covid with drive up pickup and now open doors. They have given our 10 year old a new love of books, and continually grown our three year olds curiosity. Thank you guys!

It is always fun to look around Barnes & Nobles. They have a nice selection of books, and there are some fun boardgame there too!

Theres a wide variety of books, theyre careful about their layout to maximize space for everyone, and the store is very clean. They provide baskets for holding books. And each staff member I talked to was helpful and very nice about the tremendous amount of books I had.

They were open on the 4th of July, which was refreshing to find. Courteous knowledgeable friendly staff.

I came here for activity type books for birthday presents for 6 year olds, and found that they actually have a great selection of arts and crafts type sets for kiddos! I was able to find some great gifts here :)

One of the girls helped me find one of the best books Ive ever read. She was super kind and gave me some recommendations for new genres to check out

I went there with my grand daughter and they have someone right at the front when you walk in to get you some help. Excellent. The book she wanted was not in so we ordered it. It only took two days to get it ordered to be in the store. The staff was great. Helpful, friendly and courteous.

I can always find the book Im looking for or shipped to the store in a timely manner. The staff are always extremely helpful and professional.

The new layout is strange but Im slowly getting use to it. They need to have more variety in their sales and branch out into the other sections. Putting sales on rarely bought products is a cop out.The hand sanitizer is either gross or meh. For a long time they were buying one that had lotion in it but the combination was disgusting! It was like sticking your hand into a bag of earth worms. On the plus side the employees are nice and very helpful but someone needs to tell them that their line system (the tape on the ground) makes no sense at all.Their selection is good but they dont restock enough. But you cant blame them for that.

😱 OMG I loved this store. The selection of books for the subject I was searching for was immense! Three full racks.....I purchased items I didnt think Id find other than on Amazon. my only grip was the store detectives following me and others around n trying to be unnoticeable. Lol come on ...that was a bit unsettling. Please go there in any event before you buy online. And turn around n tell the detectives you are not there to steal! 😂 😆 Lol

I love Barnes and nobles. Their book selection is huge. Absolutely adore the kids section, they have all kinds of cool educational books. Bought these for my boys today and they love them. The new hours are ok, and all the furniture is put away, which is understandable.

Found lots of wants! Prices are high but nothing beats going to a book store and looking at physical books. The employees were helpful respectful of covid boundaries and nice at check out but The lady that check us out the 2nd time was rude and snarky.

Wow, new adventure in books, etc. God and everyone decided this the day to descend on Barnes & noble, good grief, I sure could $$$ here. Located in the Vancouver Plaza area. Then, my favs Ravensburger Puzzles Challenge Series shouted out at me. Oh I know could have went to the Goodwill store. But couldnt resist the temptation of a $14.95 1000 piece, brand new. Normally I am a tight wad...trust me I am the worse, but come the holidays my mine goes crazy. Hey, they even have a coffee shop. My bill came to around $83, got more than a puzzle, calendars for friends, they will be shocked, didnt get them at $ tree. As I said, was born a right wad....Great staff, helpful roaming the aisles and checkout. Found out if I join their club, could have gotten a 10%. Discount..course, there is the 8.4%...😆 tara all....

8:17 the door says it’s open and so does the website. I just watched three cars drive away after trying the door like me. Disappointed.

I love just looking through the Christian book section, so many hidden gems in their. One of my favorites is, I Dont Have Enough Faith to be an Athiest.

I love to study Theology, Mythology, Alchemistry, Secret Codes or messages. Now that I can see, I almost cant stop reading. I have a Bilingual TORH.I want to learn a new language. Ironically enough, I was offered another book and it has Runic. Which is another language. Again, Ironically enough, Both of these languages, are very similar. Runic even has the Fish symbol. God has blessed me with knowledge.

Everyone was very friendly. There were enough staff to answer questions if I had any but they were not overbearing. They were very conscience of making sure everything was clean and they even asked if I was comfortable with them handling the books at checkout. The cafe barista was very cheery and welcoming.

Always has a great selection to choose from... Ive been coming here for 15 plus yrs.

Management and staff are hostile and harassed me throughout the store even while wearing my mask correctly and following Covid protocol. Uptight, unfriendly and downright rude atmosphere. I have come here for years but after the way I was treated today I am cancelling my Barnes and Nobel membership and will not be returning.

The best! and pretty much only book store left. Im the kind of shopper that prefers picking things up and thumbing through before I buy. I know a lot of people just do online nowadays but for me you cant beat browsing through a real stores selection. I find stuff that I didnt know I needed. Also I especially appreciate the kids section, I dont get exposed to a ton of books for kids so being able to browse through a whole section is great, I can find stuff that I know my kids will love or ask the staff for help.

I love this location. It is clean, spacious and there is plenty of easily accessible parking!! Its my favorite gift card to give or receive. They have a large inventory of magazines, books, games and merchandise that makes this an awesome gift idea for people who maybe dont even like to read!

Love B&N. Always have. Love how the brick and mortar stores are still standing. Dont love how B&N wont price match online from their own website if its from the marketplace. If you cant guarantee the 3rd partys service or their products then you shouldnt be or put your name on the umbrella that houses them. For that reason, I took a star away.

My friends and I have been spending time and shopping here for over 10 years. Always great service, they give you space to meet and read, but are very helpful when needed. And the cafe is always excellent!

Always a relaxing trip... Stroling thru the isles, puruving the books. Live the smell of a book..... When other parents would let their kids order from scholastics.... And you would just have smell your friends....

This is my go to place if I need to get out of the house and work some place quiet (other than a coffee shop). The cafe has a lot of open seating, but, there are also several chairs (some with small tables) spread out throughout the store. The workers are really helpful and kind. The WiFi always works great.

Book store, they sell books. If youre looking for a book and they dont have it, theyll order it for you and call you when its ready to pick up. Very cool. You can even just sit down and read your book here, they have spots for that. Very cool.

This is a medium size Barnes and Noble it has a good selection of Lego and it used to be open late when the movie theater was open ; now, it is not open as late yet its still has a good selection of café items and clearance items. this Barnes & Noble also has a reasonable selection of moleskine notebooks near the front desk including musical composition notebooks and planners.

Ive gone to Barnes and Noble maybe 15 times in 20 years. Not a lot for sure, but theres a few reasons for this:1. Thier book selections are good, but not great ( as opposed to Powells, but thats not really a fair comparison).2. Prices on books are fairly standard, but prices on childrens toys are very expensive. As are calendars and stationary.3. The cashiers seem to always be smile-less. Rather cool, as are the floor personnel. Of course there are exceptions, but few.Not my go-to bookstore.

Free birthday cupcake at Barnes and Noble. We are a big book family so we frequent here. If we had a Powell’s books in Vancouver we probably wouldn’t go here as much. Never had an issue with the staff always have a ton of cool stuff to look at.

This is my go to place for books and some me time. I have been going to this specific B&N for over 6 years now. The staff and I know each other. This place is awesome! I love the book selection, the puzzles, the cafè, and the staff is so wonderful and helpful!

One of the few remaining book stores. If youre looking for a new book to read, please dont buy it online. Shop at your local bookstore and help keep these places open. My 9 year old niece had never been to a bookstore before and fell in love with the place. We were there for hours as she wondered around looking for just the perfect book.
