Ive always had good experiences with the staff here. They always check on each of their customers, theyre upbeat, and very likable. The prices here are a hit-or-miss, but in regards to variety and options, its awesome.

The staff member was the cutest and nicest!! Wearing a cute costume and so helpful. I didnt get what I was looking for but I still love this store so much! Its always on my places to stop in when Im at the mall!

Love going to see new movies. Places are phasing physical medium but that is usually only way to see older items.

The associates were very pleasant to interact with. I had a lovely conversation with one of the gentlemen that was working. He even looked for some items I was looking for. Which was very nice.

I had a good experience here. The workers here were knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my first record player as well as some LPs to go along with it, my favorite being The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails. The music selection was okay and they have a lot of different genres and popular musicians and groups. Sadly, they only offer new vinyls, which can make it rather pricey. They have a lot of other fun pop culture items, from Funko Pops to Manga. Its one of my favorite stores to stop by inside of the mall (probably my favorite, excluding the eateries and library), and I often have to convince myself to walk out of here so that I can pay my bills instead of buying a lot of different music merchandise.

Overall it was good. Has lot of popular things in the store for pop culture. Decent sales and so odd and cool items. Always fun to browse and sometimes come away with a cool gift for someone.

Love FYE. They have a great selection of new and used movies as well as limited release stylebook versions in blu ray format. The prices are great, especially for the used copies. The merchandise is displayed nicely and you can find find some really quirky and unique items in the store. The staff is friendly and helpful and seem to really be invested in the store.

Went to get a few Funko pops for my collection and wasnt disappointed. They always have a great collection even found a FYE diamond exclusive Sophia from golden girls and only cost me $4.

Not a great selection of most items and what they do have of records and such are extremely limited. I gave it 3 stars still because the atmosphere in the store is fun and its overall not a bad experience visiting this store - it just may not have what youre looking for

Great place to shop for gifts/stocking stuffers and they almost always have some sort of deal going on. My husband and I love checking out the new & used movies, we always find a hidden gem or two.

Buy more DVDs for when the internet goes out. Its a worth while investment. They carry movies that you cant get on a streaming platform. These are the classics that you love. Buy DVDs!!!!

A lot of nice things there, but I have a uncomfortable experience with a person from the store.I pay with a hundred dollar bill, because I just cashed my paycheck that day and they give me only hundreds... Well..I pay with the hundred bill, the cashier asked me if I had a smaller bill, I said Im sorry I dont...then other male from the store told me like being funny...oh!! You just printed out right...and checking on the light the bill.. so I didnt get the joke on the comment. It was insulting comment!!

This place was nice and customer service is good.

The store itself is ok, but dont sign up for the fye vip. You cant cancel it online or at the store. You have to call them. They just keep charging you 11 bucks a month until you die. Ugh.

Pretty decent store for all your media needs. The employees could do a little better with their manners over the phone. In person they are pretty helpful. FYE has a lot of good movies and shows for sale such as anime but dont expect them to be any cheaper than the ones you can buy elsewhere. The plus side is there is a pretty decent selection. The downside is the run out of stuff very often

Social distancing, while a great practice for human safety, does create a strange counterbalance of seeing less stock on shelves...less shelves...for an entertaining shopping experience. The store was clean and organized, the products were fun to browse through, and theres even some things good for a laugh. The employee was helpful and friendly until I opted to not pay for a rewards program.

In a world where physical media is dying, this store stands strong. The onslaught of the Covid Pandemic shook its roots for a couple months, but it came back standing tall. If you want Seinfeld on DVD or Frasier than look no further than this local FYE store.

Was rushed by the person in there about 4 times & followed meanwhile there are other people there not being told anything & allowed other people inside the store saying “it’s fine” while I was finishing my purchase. If your a movie or music lover, then like me, youll love this store. My kids get mad Im in there for so long looking at all the movies. Great deals too. Costumers can also sell movies & CDs there but for a really low price. Ive never had any problem there before and amazing customer service too.

The staff are so nice. They always try to help you out in finding the items youre looking for and even showing you items that are related to the things you like (if your item isnt available or just because you seem so invested in a specific thing). One of the things I think could be put into consideration is the layout of the store. Sometimes it can become somewhat difficult to find what you need.

One of the few places to buy new and used CDs /DVDs.

Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this business. Theyll first tell you to sign up for their no strings attached loyalty program, only to find out they charge the card you used at that purchase because its a subscription (NOT A LOYALTY PROGRAM). Part of that deal is theyll say theyll give you three free magazines, but what they wont tell you is when you called to cancel (because they never informed you it was a subscription), they wont bother to inform you that your credit card information has been sent to a magazine company who will then charge you an obscene amount for magazines you didnt want in the first place.Do yourself a favor and just buy your movies from Amazon. This business is only out to cheat you out of your money, and their customer service is horrendous.

I brought in around 100 DVDs and they gave me a very fair price for them. I was able to get rid of some clutter and get some cash at the same time. You cant beat that! James is a great employee!

I have found exactly what i was looking for here several times. Yes they do push some extras at checkout but i dont find that to be much of a problem. They have fun trinkets and shirts but i have always just bought their movies. I was impressed with the selection of vinyl records that made me wish that i still had a record player. Im old school that way i guess. Fun little store.

Fun place to spend some time looking around. Never too busy and easy enough to get around and know exactly whats in what area. The staff is friendly and helpful but I find that youll usually need to come to them if you have any questions, as I dont recall ever being asked if I was finding everything alright out of the many times Ive been there. Another small complaint I have is that it seems theres never really many new things in stock each time I go in, mainly of the figure/collectible variety. That being said, they still get in all the new movies and music upon release, which is the main focus of the store. Overall its a cool place to look around in every once in a while!

If your comic book, movie, music fan & a collector this store is best for all that Ive came here a couple of times to buy movies, some really detailed action figures this place is perfect for everything you like also sell candy & shirts definitely worth checking out if you in the mall

Everyone here is amazing. You can have nice movie nights without spending a fortune and with the variety of genres theres something for the whole family here.

FYE has all sorts of movies, I cant inagine walking into the store and not spotting something I would enjoy watching. Every employee has been A dream, asking if I need help in the aisle to banter at the register. Always heading to FYE when I go to the mall.

Expensive but awesome store

Definitely the best place to buy movies and videos in Vancouver. They offer a wide selection with the decent prices on most everything; they often have really good priced sale items. All of the staff are very helpful. Ive never had a bad experience. Also you can pre-order items through them, which is really useful for new releases.

Store is clean and organized. Decent selection of new merchandise, huge selection of used dvds and cds. Prices are a little high, what youd expect in a shopping mall, whether it be new or used product.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with this place. I have been able to find everything I was looking for and if I wasnt the green hair girl was able too find it for me. With one exception and that was because I was looking for an off the wall movie that is not common. Yet with in 2 minutes found it in the system and ordered it for me.

Good deals on some stuff . ...used DVD s sale items, etc. As usual buyer be-aware. I shop for deals and avoid whats not. Thing is this store has a lot of things IN STOCK your lookin for. Employees are helpful too!

Bought a shirt here once, decided the very next day I wasnt happy with it so I tried bringing it back but they wouldnt take it. Very poor experience, the customer service was a bit lacking as well. But oh well life goes on.

I dont think their little membership card is worth it since i never go there enough or have enough of a life to use the benefits. Also its confusing on the payment thing for it and i didnt want to go through that pain so i just cancelled my card associated with it and got a new card 👍🏻

Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. Terrible service. A lot of bait and switch going on. Upon purchasing an item they sell you a membership in an expensive program that benefits you nothing. They have you call a number that is only user friendly to those on east coast. Shame on them.

Theres definitely some good merchandise but the organization and layout can make finding one item difficult.
