Absolutely lovely staff, very kind and helpful. But please, if youre buying books, check online first. 9 times out of 10 you can find the thing you need for a significantly cheaper price. Just make sure to do this a couple WEEKS before the quarter starts so it can be shipped to you before the start of the semester. Good luck and study hard :)

The young lady who helped me find my daughters books wad so friendly and helpful. She made sure that I got the right books, that I knew my choices and took extra time to make sure the books were in good, if not excellent condition! Thank you to her!

I live near this college and I am alum class 2004. Since I graduated, the college has updated a great many buildings. This bookstore looks fabulous. You can get all the college books and WSU gear you can handle! GO Cougars!

I usually have good experiences here, but I dont think I will rent books here again, if I can help it. The person checking my rented book in tried to hassle me about a spot on the bottom of the book. None of the pages inside were harmed at all. They looked at it asked if I spilled something on it. I didnt spill anything on it. Then they accused me of lying because its new so it wouldnt have had this on it when you bought it. They are generally friendly, but I dont want to be accused of lying when I am returning a book in good condition. There was no water damage just the spot.

My daughter is a student here and we went to pick up a book on order. The young lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful.

Its a standard college bookstore with higher prices than an office supply store. Here you can find WSU Cougars apparel, books, supplies and snacks. Employees are helpful and friendly. WSU Cougar Gold cheddar cheese is sold here.

I rented a book from them that had water damage and specifically asked if that was going to be an issue when I tried to return it. They assured me they made a note of it and it wouldn’t be a problem. When I went to return it they refused to take it because of the water damage and no one made a note about it. I ended up paying for the book because of their mistake. I won’t be renting from them again.

Prices are pretty high especially for how much they charge for tuition already, I dont know where all the money goes either as there products are cheap and there staff are mediocre. Overall if they werent so close and convient for students I doubt they would be in business.

Beautiful and well maintained grounds however they will cancel basic requirement classes due to low class numbers and are very limited on classes as they are a satellite campus.

The staff is cool, but the prices are insane and the school its attached to is hot garbage. Go to PSU instead.

I dont personally yet go here, but some of the practices by the professors I have had to deal with via my fiance. Abuse of power by department heads, weirdly false accusations. Disappointing to say the least for a Washington Institution.

The ladies there can sometimes be rude.But besides thats its an ok establishment.
