I would avoid this place if have to service your vehicle. I cannot express enough how bad they are. They will just plain out lie to you.When we brought the car in, it had a check engine light. The technician said the car had no oil. Then went on to lie to us! They claimed it’s normal that for new cars burn oil that much oil. That we need to check our oil every 1,000 miles. They tried to act as if it’s normal for a year old car with like 7,000 to burn all the oil in the engine. They didn’t even try to figure out if there was issue in the car.In fact, there is a recall and well known issue about Selto’s and burning oil. The fix they suggest was just an oil change. Even though the car got an oil change like a 1,000 miles ago. Just wait, there’s more. When we left, the check engine light was still on and we had to return the car back to the dealership. They literally just turned it off because a day later the car had to be brought to a different dealership, who actually fixed the car.Avoid these liars if possible

First time in awhile purchasing a car at a dealership in person from start to finish. No pressure or discomfort while negotiating purchase of the K5-GT, trade in value of our car, financing and options. Employees we worked with were Jeff Dolezal, Kelsey in finance & Manager Robert. Although Vancouver did not have the color model we wanted they were able to procure another car from the Gresham dealership. It may have added 2 hours for us having to wait, it wasn’t a bid deal. Overall, our experience I would rate as a 10, based on your employees, their willingness to work with us and no hassle in purchasing a new car. We hope to see everyone again in the near future. We bought the K5 GT, we love the car, it’s a great Kia product. Thanks again!

I would never recommend this place even to my enemies. I mistakenly bought a Nissan Pathfinder here. It had some issues and they couldn’t solve it. A mechanic Troy told me that my car didn’t have interior lights and other couple ridiculous excuses. I went to the Nissan Dealership down the road and they fixed everything no issues.The only perk of buying a car there was the free car washes. Today I was informed that was taken away.

Called to get the recalls on my car fixed. Made the appt was told it will take a couple hours on the phone. Came in to drop my car off and no communication on anything. Rep that helped was in training and did not give me any info on anything. Did not have a peer trainer with them. Called 3.5 hours later and left a message. Went to the dealership and was told at least 4 hours for 1 test. Then sent a txt. No reply for an hour after I came to see if my car was done. Lack of communication is not great customer service

The only car dealer I know that doesnt want to sell cars. Never respond back to emails. Lucas treated us like we were dumb for believing their website showed in stock cars. Had good experiences in the past but for this purchase well take our money elsewhere

Horrible customer service. I tried calling to say we’re coming because it’s a 40 minute drive no one answered the first time. I called again someone finally answered I asked for Rupert or Curt because they were the ones that had called saying they had the car that I was interested in He said they were busy so I left a message. When I get there curt tells me that it had sold earlier. It would have been nice to get a phone call back telling me this instead I got to drive over an hour to and back not cool. Honestly the lack of communication is bad. Will never be coming back again.

Visited 4 a recall in the car. Nice waiting area ....just a tad bit small and crowded. Awesome new drive thru service department w/automatic sliding door. James was professional. Explained service job thorough. We did not have 2 wait for 2 hours as indicated. Showroom seems crowded w/lots 2 see, read, seats&autos.....Must get noisy on the weekends w/potential shoppers&buyers.......honest truth
My wife and I bought a Sorento S from Matt Favre and Scott Doyle. We had such a great experience working with these guys! Scott helped us find an incoming Sorento with the exact color and options we were looking for, and kept us updated daily on when the vehicle would arrive. Since Scott was not at the dealership on the day it arrived, Matt called us as soon as he saw the transporter truck, and helped us with the rest of the process. There is honestly no one else I would have rather worked with! Matt was a great guy and stayed hours after the dealership closed to make sure we were happy and comfortable with every part of the vehicle before we left.I can not recommend them enough. Easy 5 stars.
I had multiple issues that needed to be resolved after sale but sales dept is horribly unresponsive and doesn’t follow up. Sold me a car badly out of alignment and with a broken DVD player. The sale itself took over 5 hrs to complete, which was extremely aggravating as I had my wife and young kids with me. Once they have your money, you’re dust to them. Service dept seems good though. I’ll never buy a vehicle here again.

Don’t buy into their online “touch free” sales experience. Felt like a gimmick to get me in the door. I gave them all the info, followed the instructions on a car I knew was still available. Didn’t get direct follow up to the online sales process and ultimately was told I had to come into the dealer to make a deal happen. This was a challenge as I live 2 hours away. Pretty certain it’s because the price I was given online was MSRP and they knew the market would allow them to charge $6k plus. I don’t know that for fact, but feels like the sort of game dealers play as I’ve been getting played this way on this particular model for two weeks from many dealers.I didn’t buy a car from them in the end after it supposedly was sold the day before I was able to drive down, but my experience getting answers to my questions was pretty bad. I’m guessing if you walk in they’ll take care of you, but they didn’t give me the chance.

I dropped off my 2016 Kia Soul EV in to check on some issues Ive been having regarding range and stalling. Later in the day, the service person I was working with informed me that Kia Corporate would not replace the EV battery pack until it reached 40%-50% capacity. This didnt sound right, and I mentioned that I thought 70% was the point that triggered the warranty. The service person asked who told me that, and said she trusted her technician over something I was told. It seemed like a confrontational and belligerent tone to take, which soured the remainder of our interactions.When I picked up my car, she suggested another reason I wouldnt receive warranty service for the battery pack - that I was the 2nd owner, thus receiving only a 5year/50,000mile warranty (its 5 years old, and not quite 54,000 miles). I checked the Warranty Manual I received with the car, which confirmed a 10year/100,000mile warranty on the EV battery pack, with no change due to 2nd owner. I texted this finding to the service person. She responded that she checked with her Warranty Administrator, to confirm it expires at 6years/60,000miles (which would mean its actually still in warranty, despite her insistence that its out of warranty). Ive decided its not worth the fight, and found another Kia dealership to handle the service.

Worst experience of my life. I will never bring my car here again to be serviced. Sean helped me and when I brought car in I asked if the inside windshield could be wiped as I couldnt see, he said he didnt have time, not great customer service, still cant see now when I drive. When they went to get payment they couldnt make it work, I tried to pay multiple times with no luck. Left a message for the manger who never called me back, and its two months later and Im still trying to pay. After being a customer for 6 years I will never come back.

The Kia Telluride SX that I bought was $7,500.00 over MSRP. The salesman was not full disclosure, I paid for several things I did not want, and I was at the dealers for over six hours in order to get the deal done!!!My bad! Not a good experience, and definitely an expensive one.
Great cars. Terrible service.Took my car in for service, the next day all four tires are down 20% PSI, and need service again. They said to bring it back in, again. I get paid by the hour, so I cant afford their mistakes. (Their explanation was that because it was colder the next day, all four tires naturally reduced 20% in my heated garage. LOL.)Looking forward to getting better KIA service from a dealership in Oregon. It will be worth the drive to not have to deal with these people.

Just had a terrible experience trying to buy a car we reserved last month. It was a new car that was being shipped to them.Went through process of credit check, trade in valuation, etc. Handshake deal. They said no deposit was needed and I’d get first dibs as soon as it arrived.They called and let me know the car was in at 9:09am. I was there by 10:30am and they sold the car to someone else while I was standing there.Terrible business practice, unethical and wouldn’t trust them for anything at this point.The sales guy, Curt, was great and was put in an awful position. He was overruled by the manager who apparently doesn’t have any integrity and cares more about the bottom line than helping this dealership have a trustworthy reputation.Won’t be back. Will tell friends to avoid.
I was shocked rolling in here for a basic oil change they quoted me one hundred and something, and thank God I looked through the website for coupons and paid less than forty plus tax, just moving here from Oregon I’m like what the heck? But I sat waiting for an oil change over 2 hours and I was on time for my appointment. The sad thing none of the workers spoke to me, the only person that spoke and asked if we were being helped was a sweet guy named Lucas!!! He made my day I made sure to tell him he was the only one to speak!!! Lucas deserves a bonus from his boss!

Im a 70+ yr old lady, and I wanted to test drive a new Kia, although I thought I would probably end up buying a slightly used car of some similar kind. But I thought I should at least try the Kia Rio before I made up my mind. Curt was so easy and helpful that I didnt feel at all pressured, and he took me out on test drives of a Rio and a Forte, so I got a good feel of driving each. When I finished I felt as though I could just buy one of these, they just felt so comfortable and easy to drive. So I decided to get the Rio S model he had shown me. IT took quite a while to get all paperwork together and signed, and I still had to drive back home for my former cars title and go to the credit union for a cashiers check, so it was evening rush hour before I was done. They were detailing the brand new car while I was doing that, and when Curt called me to say it was ready, it was peak rush hour and I was really tired. I asked him if there was any chance could deliver the new car and take my trade-in back -- I completely expected him to say No to such an outrageous request, but he agreed! He brought the new Kia to my house about half an hour later, got my title for the old car and my payment, and drove the old car back. This was definitely above and beyond the call of duty, but was greatly appreciated. I was too tired to read the manuals much that evening, but have since read them somewhat, to find out where everything is located in the car and how to access things like the fuel refill cap (quite a few are very differently located or accessed than my old car) but I took it out for a drive later and very much like my new car. I dont drive a great deal, but think it is just what I need for the next few years. Thanks again to Curt for all he did.
