Thanks Zane!--Update 7/30/21: It took a little while, but theyve made good on their promise to get the scratches fixed up and the car cleaned up as well.Through all of this, everyone at the dealership was super friendly and forthcoming. Even with all the back-and-forth, I never felt as I was being taken advantage of. Which is, unfortunately, not very common at car dealerships! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcome!--Update 7/7/21: Got contacted by the dealership and Zane with a promise to make things right. They have been very nice! Ill wait to see how the car is dealt with and then fill everyone in on how it went!—Sorry! I have to downgrade my review. Has been a nightmare since I got the car two days ago. Realized in daylight that the car wasn’t clean and there were scratches on it. Was assured it’d be taken care of. Just went there and spent hours at the dealership waiting for the car to be fixed up, only to now realize they’ve just attempted to buff it. The scratches are still there. And the mats have shoe prints on them. I could’ve done a better job on this! And it is a bloody new car. Extremely sad and disappointed. ☹️

I went in mostly sure I was going to buy a new car. Nick did a great job with information about features of each of the Tiguans. His follow-up days later was welcome as he was able to answer some operating questions. Colin did great with getting me a fabulous loan rate and the most out of my trade-in. Going through all of the paper work (with Justin I think?) went smoothly. Everything was explained appropriately and all of my questions were answered. Thank you all for making everything go so smoothly!

Just stopped to see what they had. Two hrs drove home in a new Atlas! First new car buy that didnt leave me totally exhausted! No hassle, no pressure, just straight forward. Thanks to Garrett and Justin good sales and finance we were out in 2hrs.

Cars are nice, of course; however, I spent 2 hours there with my daughters, and right when I was signing reservation papers for an id4, the salesman notified me if an extra 8k. I completely understand the up charge for low inventory in the region, but I couldn’t believe he didn’t tell me about it until that moment. We had clearly talked numbers before. It was a big disappointment.

We had a little misunderstanding about numbers on our purchase last weekend but Nicholas, Jason, and Justin have done a good job clearing things up along the way. Overall, they made the process quick and simple for us. Despite a minor hiccup. Very happy with our purchase.

Excellent customer service. Quick turn around time. able to fill out most paperwork on-line. Sadly, we were promised three years of Electric charging for buying an ID 4 but have not been giving a code because the first purchaser who used the car for two weeks accessed it already.

Great group of guys to work with. Nick our sales guy was attentive and had the vehicle ready for us before we arrived and was a pleasure to work with. Jacob was transparent from the beginning. Justin our finance guy was very accommodating and we never felt pressured. The whole team was flexible and reasonable. I would purchase a vehicle from them again.

Nick Blystone was an incredible help via email before I even stepped foot on the lot. When I came to the lot he was organized and knowledgeable and made the process very simple. He has worked with me to address any questions or concerns. Had I not worked with him that day I likely would not have bought a car yet.

Staff was great and the car buying process was seamless. Less than 24 hours between first test drive and rolling off the lot with our new car. They were kind to my family and pointed us in the right direction that fits our growing family best.

This is my third VW (bought elsewhere) and my second Tiguan and I am very disappointed in the inefficiency and mistakes in the process. For 1, Colin is the worst finance manager Ive worked with - he sent the wrong paperwork, then harassed me for weeks after to sign the mistakes he made, he did not socially distance or clean equipment/tablet before use, he also did not advise me of plates BEFORE purchase (neither was I informed or allowed to choose plate or number). Never had this kind of car buying experience ever! His customer service bed side manner were awful. Mike and Garrett were nice initially but once the sale was agreed upon, Mike was not really involved. The place had very poor ventilation, it was a hot day, and the ACs were down... and here comes the big one. The latex tubing on the inner side of the car on passenger side (this is a brand new car and no one has sat in the passenger side) was torn from tons of greasing (is not at all exposed to road/outside of car, inside car). Sold me a brand new car at an astronomical price with a defect. My attorney will be writing next.

I suggest never taking a vehicle to the dealership for repair. Ive taken my Volkswagen GTI seven times now to this repair shop to fix a sticking clutch. Every time I get the same thing we cant duplicate it theres nothing wrong with it. They did replace the slave cylinder and they flushed it out six times. Its still sticking to the floor. And they simply tell me theres nothing wrong with it. Theyre allowing me to drive a vehicle that could cause a serious car wreck. And they do not care I already once had to stop my car in traffic shut my car off get out of my car and manually pull my clutch up off the floor to continue driving. But because Im a girl they treat me as if I dont know what Im talking about.

I initially went in to look at a pre-owned Tiguan that I called ahead for and was listed to be onsite at Vancouver. When I arrived I was greeted by Garret and a pricier 2021 Tiguan instead. I test drove a couple of cars before saying I would think about it during his weekend. I was in contact with him during his days off saying I am interested in purchasing a great deal that was listed on their site that I had not seen before my first visit. I was specific on the year, color, and price of the Tiguan that I was ready to purchase. When I arrived AJ, who was friendly and personable, helped me. He informed that the car was not even in their system (but was still listed online) and apologized for the mistake. They offered a car that was a little over $1,000 more but turned out that one wasnt at their location either.AJ was great, and I honestly would have taken my time on the secondary offer (waiting for the Tiguan priced at $1,000 more) if it wasnt for the manager. He spoke softly pretending to care and feel sorry for the mistake of not having the car there. He tried selling me a Tiguan that was a year older, with four thousand more miles, and 1.5k higher in price. He attempted a few sales tactics even remaining quiet while drawing around the best price he wrote down. His deals didnt even make sense. He either lowered the sticker price and raised the dealership fees, or lowered the dealership fees and kept the sticker price. Either way it was the same final price.I was open about my budget from the beginning but the manager kept trying to sell over that amount. Both times I went, they did not have the car I asked for ahead of time. I really wish my experience was different and that I had left home with a vehicle.

After a rocky start and some confusion with an incorrect salesman I was able to get in contact with the correct salesman I had talked to prior. His name is Nicholas Blystone. After being initially very upset with a previous experience Nick made up for it 1000% He is very calming and straight forward. He also knows a lot about the product and was patient with me. He did a 10/10 job with me on my new Tiguan and I will be buying another VW from him as soon as I am ready.His manager Mike Siegel also corrected MANY issues for me with my negotiation and made sure I was able to purchase the exact Tiguan at the price that I could afford. Mike was prompt, reassuring and kind. Both of these gentlemen are very good at what they do and are what I expect from the Hannah Motor company brand. This is my 2nd VW and I Love it very much already. I will be back gentlemen. You guys are Legends!

Service employees were very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Ryan, my technician kept in contact with me throughout the process via text to give me updates on status of service and what was needed. Ryan and Heather went above and beyond by getting an accessory they didnt stock from another location, saving me the trip. I left the dealership feeling very confident that I got the recommended maintenance done on my vehicle on schedule. This level of service convinced me that I cant take my vehicle anyplace else for service. Also, during COVID it was comforting to see staff wiping down the showroom and waiting areas. Every staff member that walked past me while I was waiting, stopped to make sure I was being helped and asked if I needed anything...leaving no doubt in my mind where I will purchase my next vehicle.

Communication & customer service here are above & beyond.I recieved excellent customer service from Vlad in Service. He explained everything that needed to be worked on thoroughly & intelligently. He was considerate of my personal situation & offered a loaner vehicle which made a big difference to me. The level of attention and consideration I recieved helped earn my trust as a new customer who unfortunately needed a lot of work done. Im happy to come back for my next service.Their website & web tools suck though. If you guys are reading this, I tried 3x to leave a review through the email you sent me, but the form breaks every time. Your website is barely usable as well. Time to hire a better web developer!

This post is a little overdue.... my car was totaled last month and I had the daunting task of having to replace my car under fairly stressful circumstances. I was referred to Nick by a friend who had a great experience with him. I reached out, he contacted me immediately... I wanted to test drive a Subaru and he went and made it available for me. After driving it I just wasn’t that impressed. He asked what I was looking for in a car and I told him and he showed me the Tiguan. I wouldn’t have ever even thought about this make and model... but after the test drive I was sold! Nick was awesome... he made the entire experience stress free and quick. Cooper in financing was also awesome! I absolutely love my 2021 Tiguan and I’m incredibly thankful for the awesome experience!

The staff was friendly, facilities seem clean and orderly, booking a service online was actually quite easy and the lady who checked my vehicle in was friendly and helpful minus one thing... I have a front running/fog light that is out. I had already attempted to replace the bulb myself, to find out that the socket that holds the bulb has a crack in the side, preventing the bulb from staying snug in the socket...easy fix, should have been easy to give me an accurate, fair estimate to replace the socket, however she informed me that I would need to pay for and inspection to diagnose what is needed to repair, which was close to $200...I literally told her what needs to be done, and it isnt a complicated fix, I would do it myself, but am in an apartment for the time being and all my garage/ tools are packed in storage. But that was the only disappointing point of the whole experience. I plan on having my vehicle serviced there exclusively, but probably not repaired

He was very knowledgeable about the car model that I was interested in, and did everything he could to make sure that I was comfortable with it before I made my decision. Once I expressed that I would like to learn more about their current offers, Mike jumped in and made sure I was well informed. Together, they helped me choose the smartest option for me. Vlad the service writer was great, fast service. The only problem was on the drive home where an error message showed up and I had to drive back to the dealership, Its a good thing I had only gone about 10 miles.I took it back and they fixed it really quick thankfully some button had been inadvertently pushed, easy peasy Thanks for the great service again.

We traded in our leased Golf and bought a new Golf a couple weeks ago. It was hard to pass up 0% down and 0% financing. We worked with Bella and she did a fantastic job making it an easy process. There was limited stock and she drove to other dealerships to bring back two vehicles for us to look at, she got through the paper work efficiently, and did a great job orienting me to the new features in the car. Bella was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the new car.

I drove into service without an appointment, on my white dirty car and was greeted by Vlad. Im truly grateful to him, for taking such good care of me. Right there, on the spot he fixed a few details that were bugging me. Then helped me order a few small parts for my car. I know it can be hard to deal with picky customers and sometimes your frustration can slip. Not with Vlad, he greeted me with a big smile and was just as friendly till the end.

Ill be trying you out in the future. Thanks!I would like to say that Im quite happy with how helpful and warm Jon was. All of my interactions with him were great. But what Im severely disappointed by was what I learned from my long-time mechanic who told me that the core support was barely chipped, that was not impacting the integrity of the support whatsoever. My mechanic and his team couldnt believe you were recommending that I get this fixed, for $1200 no less. In addition, the caliper was NOT faulty, as I was told, it was simply in need of a lube, something that Im told by the mechanic I trust, happens often in these cars and can be taken care of simply, and affordably, with a lube. Im severely disappointed in my experience with your service dept, which is a let down because our car is still under extended warranty and Ill need to find a new shop, perhaps Vancouver. It sucks to feel taken advantage of as a customer.

Great experience over all with buying a new car. Was welcomed instantly by Kevin with a great attitude, very friendly and helpful. You can tell it is in there best interest not to be pushy but to help you find the car you want. Had a little bit of a wait for financing but that’s to be expected especially short handed that day. It was a easy smooth process and I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to trade in for a new car later in the future.

We had an initial great interaction with the dealership from a quote/call but it went downhill once we actually got to the dealership. It was a mediocre three hour ordeal compounded by the we cant do trip permits longer than 21 days at the end. According to the gentleman at the DMV thats not actually the case. His exact words were you should see if you can get reimbursed for this because they should have written you a longer permit. He was perplexed.So, dick Hannah. Apropos name. As one half of an obsessive car couple I can tell you we wont be returning in a year when wed like to trade up.Update: Its been a week since i spoke with the dealership to reach resolution on our issues. It took three days to connect with someone over the phone and i was told that i would receive an updated phone call the next day (Monday, March 13th). It is now Saturday, March 18th. No further interaction has been had with the dealership.Additionally, my husband was wondering why the ride was off in our brand new car. Well, the dealership never removed the shipping chocks from the car after it arrived. It was bottoming out every time we hit a bump - I added three photos to the dealer page. If they cant remember to remove those, god knows what shortcuts theyll take when you take your car in for any significant work. We will obviously never be purchasing from Dick Hannah again and will be telling everyone we know to steer clear.

Pros: We had a great car salesman named Zane Al-Salem. If it wasn’t for him, we would of never flown up for our truck. He was consistent, polite, and very professional. I am not a fan of flying and especially with COVID. Zane was helping us and checking in with us to get papers sent so we could sign and have someone drive the truck back. Sent us videos to see the truck. Due to an issue with his horrible finance manager, we had to fly up to sign papers and drive the truck back. Zane was professional and called us to explain us papers were being fixed (which he sent us a photo of the change) and would pick us up from the airport. He was on time and everything was very clean. We dealt with Justin in finance when we got there. He changed the paperwork with the correct APR and loan amount. I recommend working with Zane and Justin when doing a transaction here. They are calm and not pushy. They were helpful and professional. I felt extremely safe how everything was also setup with COVID restrictions. I would give 5 stars except I had to deal with one person who was horrible.Cons: Avoid working with Mike Siegel. He is the worst finance manager I have ever dealt with. I have bought cars from dealerships and has always negotiated by email prior to coming in. He was very unprofessional. Tried to rush us making a large purchase. Sent us paperwork without discussing money down or what our interest rate. We kept calling and he was avoiding our calls. Finally got him on the phone to tell us “it’s not a big deal with a higher interest rate and to pay on the principal”. I was pre-approved by my bank. He called and got the interest rate fixed but told me to sign the papers he would fix them internally. NEVER would I sign legal documents that were wrong. He had no idea where the papers were sent. He didn’t even review them prior to FedExing them. I asked if he was just making month’s goal and came out and said yes. Said it was getting “complicated” when he obviously had no idea how to handle a transaction or communication with the customer. One of three worst people I have ever dealt with in buying a car. If it wasn’t for Zane calling us, cause of course Mike was always “busy” avoiding our calls AGAIN, I would not have gone up there for our purchase.I love our truck and would work with Zane and Justin again.

This is the worst VW dealership Ive ever been to, do yourself a favor and avoid it. I came in with literally a $30K approved loan through my credit union trying to get a brand new base GTI S. They were asking MSRP for the car, so as any person with common sense I asked the sales person if he could give me a better deal or match the price of a dealership in Olympia which was selling the exact same car for $2,500 less. He refused to negotiate with me instantly, being rude and basically was on my face and mad because I didnt want to finance through VW which he claimed I could only get the discounts by financing through them, he even dared to say I was not going to be able to find a better price anywhere else because other dealerships werent being honest about their pricing. Well just because their prices arent competitive doesnt mean its the case for other dealerships. I found a brand new GTI SE much nicer and luxurious for $28K at VW in Eugene Oregon, they gave me basically an almost $7K discount from MSRP, and guess what? I still did it through my credit union, service and experience was much better down there, totally worth the drive. Best experience we’ve had yet buying a car! Greg started the process for us online with no haggle, competitive pricing that blew us away. He continued and finished up our good experience by helping us complete everything we could before arriving at the dealership, which is extra appreciated with a toddler and being very pregnant. Overall a great experience. Kirsten, my sales rep, was amazing!! No bull over my price point and led me right into a great deal on a brand new Jetta. She was personable yet professional. I’m most impressed with how she’s helped me after my purchase. I bought during the shut down over COVID and she assisted me with scheduling my window tint as well as my roadside assistance not activating. She’s answered all my questions, even months after purchase. She’s the best!Wasn’t as impressed with the finance team. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman I worked with. He was pleasant enough just no energy and you could tell he wanted boxes checked and to be done with it.Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Smooth process overall. Looked at a car in the afternoon, left and compared pricing and value to cars at other dealers and financing to multiple banks, and was back later that day to sign the paperwork. The interest rate I got here was half of what my credit union offers!
