Sandy, the owner, was so patient with us while we waffled on what color and type of carpet we wanted. She stayed with us after the store was closed on more than one occasion. Kevin, her installer, and his team were amazing as well. They kept us updated on timelines, and took their time to get the job done right. Our job ended up taking longer due to pet odors and squeaky floors, and they stayed until almost 9 pm finishing the job. Very good customer service, and very thorough work. Will most definitely use them again.

Sandee will go out of her way to find what you are looking for and shell do it all with a smile on her face! I m head over heels with the way my floors turned out and will never go anywhere else for my flooring or backsplash needs. This place is absolutely wonderful!!!
