Bob is great at explaining the various floor types and I believe his prices cant be beat. Hes super helpful althoughyou need to plan to spend some time there because it usually takes a long time to get some help. He is really busy and oftentimes he is the only one there.

The quality of carpet and pad we got was awesome and the price was even better! Brandon and his team came and installed the carpet we had picked out and did a fantastic job! Really great experience with carpet replacement for about half our house. Bobs quote was very reasonable and we love our carpet. Brandon installed for us. Did a top notch job. After all was done he observed that there was enough to do a small flight of stairs, which he covered nicely. A hearty thanks to both Bob and Brandon for a job well done.

We just purchased from Wholesale Carpet Outlet for a 2nd time (previously six years ago). We went to Home Depot first, but ended up going back to these guys. Bob (owner?) is great to work with. He is VERY knowledgeable, courteous, and does not try to up sell you on everything. We have a rental home that we were getting carpet for and Bob gave good advice and steered us to a good value purchase. I recommend those of you looking for carpet give these guys a look too when youre shopping.

Bob is a super great guy, extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff very well and will thoroughly educate you on all flooring. Pricing was competitive. Prices on carpet were for carpet only, giving you options if you want pad or install from somewhere else, however they will do full service as well. Great experience

Bob has helped us with flooring for 28 years, first when we built, then as we replaced one or two rooms at a time in that house. Now our smaller home needs hardwood floors in an area. Unlike other flooring places, I always felt I knew just what I was paying for when buying from him.

They let you take samples home to see how the colors go with your furniture, curtains, cabinets, ect. Theyve been in Vancouver since Moses walked the earth and have extensive knowledge of products.
