We reviewed many companys before choosing International Floors. We were so pleased with the representative who came to our home. He was knowable, took time to answer all our questions and explained the different types of floor material so we could make a choice based on our needs. The installation crew was great. They were quick and efficient, friendly and asked questions so they understood what we wanted. We were so impressed at how clean they were. They dusted and vacuumed and even vacuumed the patio where they cut the tile.After having a mess left by a previous installer; I was so happy I didnt need to do a clean up after International left. We highly recommend this company and when we replace our carpet they will be the company we call for service.The owner even brought us a goody basket after the job was complete.

I had a very pleasant experience with Floor Coverings International. I replaced the floor in my kitchen/computer room and laundry room. I have wood cabinets in the kitchen and did not want the hard wood floor look. It would be to much wood and be to busy. Floor Coverings had more to choose from than any one else. I found something I loved and it was reasonably priced. The work crew were polite, friendly, clean and did a wonderful job. They took out the old floor and carpet and the new floor is amazing. It has the look of ceramic tile, but is not as cold on my feet an no grout to clean. I am extremely glad I chose to call them.

We worked with Tyler Chandler to remove old carpet and linoleum from our hallways, living room, bathrooms and laundry area. He suggested Luxury Vinyl Planking to tie in with our white oak hardwood in the rest of the house. It looks beautiful! The whole house looks much brighter and LVP will be a perfect solutions to the wet areas of bathrooms and laundry area. Alex and his crew did an amazing job of installing the new floor. They were very efficient, fast, and did excellent work. They had to move some very heavy furniture, reset two toilets, and move a washer and drier. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the product provided by Floor Coverings International in Vancouver and would highly recommend them.

Floor Coverings International put in engineered wood flooring throughout our downstairs. The process from Spencer all the way to the installers was absolutely amazing. Great, experienced install team. Constant communication from day one. Primary agent brought every type of products to choose from. From least to most expensive; not pushing any one over the other. Knew all about durability for each product as it related to my circumstances (dogs, cats, horse barn, and kids.All cost information was up front, and there were no hidden costs or up sales in the process. I had a diagonal pattern installed as well, and their top installers did a great job.How do I know the good ones from the bad? Let me tell you, I had a nightmare with a similar install with Home Depot. They sub, sub subcontractors for the work, and the floor was installed incorrectly. The floor had to be removed and reinstalled correctly by yet another subcontractor. Total of six days missing work, and an additional 3,500.00 for the sub floor corrections that the original sales team did not tell me about, nor quote me a possible expense. Getting ahold of anyone was ridiculous as well. There were three intermediaries between actual installer and Home Depot. Home Depot was at best the most unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. I should have looked more into the reviews; I guess I am only to blame as hindsight is 20/20.I am now having FCI do the hardwood floors after a recent water leak in my kitchen. I fully intend on using them to refinished our living room and dining rooms in the next year.At this time, I would recommend FCI without any reservations for a home installation

We had Floor Coverings International install a rubber floor in our home gym. It was a seamless experience from contact, to material selection to install. They brought everything to me, which as a busy mom was extremely helpful. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, FCI was amazing! Tyler was great to work with, easy going and kept it super laid back. Financing was a breeze. The crews that came out for both flooring and carpet were A+, polite, hard working, clean. There was a little hiccup with material, it was NOT FCI issue yet they worked with me thru every step to get it taken care of. Would 1000% use them again and recommend!

The crew was on time and very respectful. They worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. We had a refinish of our hickory wood flooring. It came out looking great and there were just a few items on the punch list that were quickly resolved. We would definitely use Floor Coverings International again!

We had a great experience, from the ease of contacting them, to the swiftness of the response, to every aspect of the install process. When we were ready to move ahead, he got things going promptly, and stayed in touch, including stopping by one more time at the end of the install to make sure we were satisfied. The installers took just a morning to do the two rooms we needed, and were great at what they did. We love the results, and will be coming back for more in a few months. High quality carpet, so comfortable, and installed perfectly!

First, I appreciate that they sent a crew big enough to do my entire house -- 6 rooms, 2 of which were large and fairly complicated -- in a single day. Also, I appreciate that the crew was super efficient about moving furniture, and didnt balk (unlike some other bidders) at moving my extremely heavy and valuable grand piano.Also, my account manager, Tyler, was very involved and solicitous and helpful throughout. He worked with me on price and helped guide me toward a better color choice than what I had been leaning toward initially. He should get a raise.All in all, Im quite satisfied. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to my friends.

Great experience. The prices were comparable to the large home stores but the quality far exceeded what they offered. I love my floors. They brought samples to my home so I could see the floors with my colors and decor. I totally changed my mind on the lightness of the floors. So glad I was able to find exactly what I wanted at an great price.

From start to finish this company has been amazing. We recently bought a new house and as we moved in we realized the carpet which covered the whole upstairs which included four bedrooms was so disgusting we could not continue to move our stuff in. We started moving in on a Thursday. Friday morning I met with Tyler. He is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Our install was scheduled for the following Saturday. Lucky for us someone canceled. It was moved up to Wednesday. The installers were fast, efficient and friendly. We are beyond happy with our new carpet . They did an amazing job. I just had the most incredible experience having luxury vinyl flooring installed throughout my entire condo. David, the office manager, is so nice and so accommodating, he immediately set me up with Spencer, their design associate. Spencer came out to my condo, went over all the flooring options, brought samples, and explained that the company handles everything from beginning to end (and they did!). Spencer is so knowledgeable, patient, and absolutely amazing helping me make design decisions. Alex and his crew did a beautifully perfect job installing the flooring. Alexs incredible attention to detail from prepping the floors, installation of the planks to the finish touches was unbelievable. The entire team is extremely competent and they certainly excel in their skills.My floors are gorgeous - far exceeding what I had envisioned. Most of all, they were all so enjoyable to work with and I sincerely recommend this team and Floor Coverings International to everyone!

Tyler - the PM and Alex, whose team did the install have made our experience exceptional. I cant recommend them highly enough! The work was on time, in budget, well and thoughtfully executed and the results are stunning!

Tyler was friendly and came out quick to show me options, even during COVID times. Install team came a few weeks later and put down the new flooring in a day and half to my entire main floor. They were happy to answer any questions I had. Did have a small issue with the new flooring on the stairs making noise and 1 of the installers came back to correct it.I knocked 1 star off for a few minor things, but Id still recommend them to others and use them again- Installers cut the new flooring on my porch, which left white dust bits all over my porch, driveway, plants, and yard. You can still see a bunch of it around...tried leaf blowing but maybe have to wait for the rains to come wash it away somewhere- Mixup on the initial install schedule date. Tyler had to push back the install date but said would work to compensate us- Layer of dust in the house from the cutting/grinding/sanding. Installers vacuumed most everything and tried to cleanup where they could, but there was still a layer of dust on everything in the house- Creaking in the new hardwood on the stairs, but they came back to fix the loudest ones by regluing them down- Minor drywall damage scratched in the stairs area where install was happening. Nothing some dryway paste didnt fix. Luckily wall was still white and didnt have to repaint. Tyler did offer to have them fix that as well if neededAgain Id still use them next time or recommend to friends. Most of that would have likely happened with any company, so I dont want to hold it against them too much. :)

Everyone involved in my floor replacement was fabulous. From Tyler showing me about their company and their service. To the young hard working man doing the demo. And the installers. Who worked late to finish in one day instead of two. When completed it looks fabulous

Our experience of purchasing and having new carpet installed in our home by Floor Coverings International was great. From Spencer in sales to installers John & Mike, we are very happy with the service provided and job performed.Spencer was on time for the measuring appointment and he was very professional. We happened to be his last appointment and he gave us ample time to make a selection from the samples he had. The installers were very efficient. They wasted no time and had 70 yards installed in 3/4 of a day. They are highly skilled and left no visible seams. Almost no trace that they were here because they did such a thorough job of cleaning up.We are now enjoying our new carpet and Floor Coverings International has earned our trust, esteem, and recommendation. Thank you Spencer, Dave, John, Mike, and installation team. Job well done! When we have any future flooring needs, we will call you.UPDATE: a few days later, FCI also dropped off a branded coffee mug with a few treats as a thank you. Nice touch but was a little lost on me when I saw how the discount I was given was applied. Ive always had discounts applied and then taxes calculated; until now. My discount was applied after-tax. While it didnt fully cover the difference, they tried to make good by sending me a $5 Starbucks card. Learn from my lesson, people, carefully look at your quote.

My experience with Floor Coverings International was exceptional and I recommend them. About five years ago we had them install new flooring in our great room and Ive loved it. So when I was ready to redo floors in the rest of the house I called them again. Customer service is wonderful, the installation crew did a terrific job, and follow up was fast. Everyone Ive spoken with or met has been lovely and the entire process was perfect.A special thanks to Alex and his team, who did the installation. They were courteous and upbeat, fast and careful, and cleaned up when they finished.

Tyler provided great customer service from start to finish. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and good transparent pricing. The process could not have been smoother. We did shop around as we were having new carpet installed throughout our upstairs and no one else came close to the level of service. Additionally, the installers completed work in one day and left each room put back together and clean. All were very respectful of COVID precautions. We also have two dogs that all worked around really well. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for carpets and are very happy with ours!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with the team at FCI of Vancouver from initial inquiry to full installation. We needed new carpet in a house we bought and had to choreograph selection and installation before we arrived and before our household goods arrived. FCI-VANCOUVER was the ONLY vendor that gave me a ballpark figure so we could put together a budget (above and beyond what we put aside for the move). Spencer Owen went out of his way to reschedule a time to make assessments when the current owners were there (and we were 1100 miles away closing down our old home) and came back with a quote that was within the ballpark. The customer service we received from him was OUTSTANDING!!! He will go out of his way to understand what it is you want and need and find a way to make it happen. We had to select the carpet over FaceTime and he was masterful in his description of the different options, and using different lighting so we could appreciate what he was describing. It was an imperfect situation but he flexed with us and came up with a great solution....It turned out better than we expected. Additionally when the crew showed up this morning, they went right to work. There was no sitting around and even on this incredibly hot day they didnt take breaks. They were professional, efficient, cheerful, respectful of our time and privacy and cleaned up after themselves. They did a masterful job upon inspection and were attentive to small details. I would highly recommend this team. From beginning to end, they held themselves to a high standard and by far exceeded it. I would highly recommend them for any flooring work now and in the future! Their customer service was FANTASTIC!

The install work was quality and completed in a timely manner, and no surprise expenses. The guys that came and worked on the floor to our laundry room were very professional and got the job done in just a few hours. Were happy with the results and have received compliments from others who knew the before look compared to how the room looks now.

A company with excellent communication. We had Floor Coverings International install about 1200sq feet of vinyl laminate flooring. Scheduling an estimate was easy. The owner even took my call to schedule an estimate while at the companys Christmas party. Sales was easy and thorough. We went through dozens of options and after finding our floors, we placed the order. We scheduled the install date for 2 weeks out. Demo and install was same day. The hauled away all old material, pulled and replaced base boards. 4 of 5 stars because the caulking was a bit messy. Theres a lot of options for flooring so finding a company that communicates well and takes the work off of the consumer for a home improvement project is a big plus for me.

Had spent days on end finding what was the flooring we liked for install. Sadly the product was defective and made contact with Tyler at Floor Coverings International of Vancouver WA and he hit it out of the park for us. Granted bringing in tons of options ( very overwhelming to me) Tyler took his time to walk us through, listening to what we desired, he narrowed it down and within FA couple days we had the product and was installed. Looks amazing, feels amazing. Would recommend this company any day of the week. If you’re in doubt with who to go with, contact Tyler. He’ll treat you right and take your worries away.

From my first meeting with Tyler, Account Manager, to the last installation detail with Alex, Installation Team Lead, my experience was outstanding! Over 4 months, Tyler helped me learn about vinyl plank flooring, brought in many many samples so I could decide on colors, texture, longevity. When I changed my mind three times on the extent of the project, he kindly gave me three new quotes and reminded me gently when I asked him for a repeat of a quote I forgot he gave me. He met high standards as a sales professional (I originally came from a marketing background) where he developed trust and encouraged a professional relationship with the company he represented. After meeting with other flooring companies, ranging from big box stores, local custom flooring people, and a handiman, researching products and companies, and then making final decisions on what I wanted and what I could afford, I went back to Floor Coverings International of Vancouvers Tyler who again came with the mobile floor room and patiently listened to my concerns and needs and researched a great solution to a custom request I made. He advised me when I was selected a product that was higher priced than other products so I could make an informed decision. Upon agreement, Tyler called a week later that they were ready to install. I needed to put that off another week due to my work schedule. And then the following week my project was completed in two days. It is eloquent, and installed to perfection. I had one last little request, so I texted Tyler that night and he responded almost immediately. Alex contacted me the next business day and was on his way within minutes to take care of my request. In the meantime, David, store Compayny Manager, contacted me three times about my satisfaction on the project in progress.I know there have been a handful of reviews by disgruntled customers in the past. One is my neighbor who was shocked at my positive experience because she felt hers was not.Things happen, life is not perfect all the time. I was not there, so no judgement from me. From what she described, the team that worked on her home about 4-5 years ago is not the team that worked on mine. She never met anyone named Tyler nor Alex. Whatever happened then, was a very different scenario from the present scenario. I know that this company has hundreds of satisfied customers. I am certainly one of them. And when I decide to redo the flooring in the remainder of my house, I will be calling on Floor Coverings International of Vancouver.

My Husband and I were looking for about 2 months trying to find a Flooring Company that would satisfy my very particular wants on flooring. A good friend of ours recommended Floor Coverings International. He is more particular then myself. So we looked into Floor Coverings International he was right! Tyler (the Salesman) was very patient with me. My Husband and I agreed on the LVP flooring and Carpeting. We also got the carpet and pad protection which I am VERY happy that we got. We have an old dog and she has had a couple accidents on the new carpeting already. By golly the accidents clean up great. Yes! the dog is still a live after she did that. People have ask me if I like the carpet and LVP. I just simply answer with a bit of a smile on my face no. I LOVE all of the flooring and the professionalism of the installing of the flooring. The house is very opening looking now. While everything was happening we had to get a new refrigerator which was delivered when the flooring was being installed. Everyone just worked together in great harmonyKeith and Sue .

Great job on our carpet! We are very happy with the result as well as the customer service! The only thing that could have been improved is the clean up after the installation. The installers left a lot of little bits of carpet throughout the house that were not vacuumed up after they were done. Other than that, our experience with this company was awesome!

Awesome service all the way around, from Tyler making a great presentation (with samples) in the comfort of our own home, to the installers doing a fantastic job putting it all together in a single day, to Tylers prompt follow-up visit to make sure everything went perfectly. We love our new carpet, and love how seamless (pun intended) the project was for us.

Before I order a sandwich, I research the sandwich. I look at reviews about the ingredients. I check to make sure the restaurant is up to snuff with their health inspections. Then and only then will I order the sandwich. With this kind of personality do you think I would go all willy-nilly and just pick any flooring company--well, do you? The answer is a resounding NO! When the chance came to get new flooring in my home I had already been researching types of flooring--I wanted Luxury Vinyl Planking, my color selections--I wanted a medium gray, and it needed to be as waterproof as LVP can be. So I invited Spenser from FCI into my home to show me his wears. I fell madly in love with the first LVP he showed me. A lovely Shaw flooring with beveled edges, so it looked more like real hardwood. The LVP is just perfect. Then he helped me select a sheet vinyl for the kitchen and bathrooms. I have kids and dogs, and I am vastly outnumbered, so I must pick my battles. Where liquids go in bathrooms and kitchens is a battle I am ill prepared to win. So sheet vinyl in the danger rooms it is. The sheet vinyl is lovely. My feet keep telling me I should have done this sooner. My eyes are telling me I picked so well for my affinities. My nose is telling me it is about time I got rid of that stinky ol carpet. The installation process was amazing. I love Floor Coverings International Vancouver. I would send my family and friends to Spenser and the crew over there without hesitation. I was well taken care of---you will be as well.

Toby and his team did a great job with our new engineered hardwood floor. Toby was patient with us as we looked at many samples before choosing distressed hickory flooring. We couldn’t be more happy with the grain pattern, color, and overall look of the new floor! His installation team led by Alex was prompt, courteous, and left our home spotless. Overall from start to finish we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend FCI!

Tyler, the salesman, showed up on time and with all the necessary samples to make a decision on our flooring. We were comfortable that we were getting a fair deal. The crew went above and beyond our expectations with the quality, and speed of install. I was surprised when they said theyd have it done before I got home from work, as they had to move all of our furniture and replace the entire house of pad and carpet. But, they did, I showed up and everyone was gone and we had a house smelling of fresh carpet! Amazing service, quality product and immaculate installation!

We couldnt be more happy with our new floors! Our house is 100 years old so that alone came with challenges. The installation team handled all of them. We also had multiple projects going on at one time and the Floor Coverings team was very accommodating, even returned to finish the bathroom several weeks later. What made Floor Coverings stand out above all the rest for us was that Tyler came with samples of flooring, discussing all of our options and not just giving us a quote for labor and leaving us on our own to go get the material. Would recommend.

I had an awesome experience with this company. Calvin set me up to view all of their products and was very friendly, punctual, and honest with us. Our goal was to change out all the carpet in an old office to change it to new luxury vinyl. After talking plans and numbers, he set us up with Paul, who did a great job with the entire project. He was done in just a few short hours, and we are so happy with the final product!

Fantastic job. We had a living room renovation and decided to have our hardwood floors sanded and refinished at the same time. Our Floor Coverings rep (Tyler) worked alongside our contractor during the planning process over several months and was a great communicator and seamlessly integrated into the process. He worked with both us and the contractor to deconflict schedules. Tyler made several trips to the house before and during the project to check on things and communicated via phone and text throughout. The whole project took a week and was exactly what we wanted. he even brought in a specialist to fix damaged areas and lace in matching wood where there was damage. Prices were in line with other bids but the service was well above others. At least get a bid from them as they are a sure bet . Thanks!

My experience with Floor Coverings International was with 80 sq. Yards of Shaw Carpeting and padding in different rooms. The installers Mike and Christian were on time, worked without a break, and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up each room after the installation was finished was appreciated. They had to move my heavy furniture and took great care in doing so and I was there in every move and, they did not mind. Id be happy to hire them again, just outstanding. (I think the price of carpet today is extremely high when you get nice carpet and pad, but again, that has nothing to do with the installation. Toby Tabor provided exceptional help when I had questions and he came by the house twice, since my job was for two days, at my request. Very good company to work with, and I am very happy with my beautiful carpet.

A big thanks to Tyler and his team for helping us out in a pinch. We were trying to get our house ready to sell asap and they came in a couple of days after meeting with him and installed all new carpet in our house in one day. They did an outstanding job installing carpet in Living Room, Dining Room and Hallway. They even replaced the carpet on a handicap ramp in our living room. They moved all the furniture out and back and really helped us by moving my bedridden wifes lift chair around during the process. They have my vote!!

I could not be happier with Floor Coverings Intl. They did everything they said they would do, exactly when it was supposed to be done. The cost was precisely what I expected. The quality of the installation was excellent, professional and quick. I highly recommend these guys!

The experience prior to install was good with Tyler but it all fell apart once the work started. The installer came unprepared to the first day and delayed the project. Once the he did start the work, he was careless and damaged cabinets and a wall in our bathroom badly. The install of approximately 150 square feet of tile took 5 days total and once they finished and went to put our appliances back, they had dented both doors all the way across the refrigerator. I understand mishaps happen however and tried working with the team. It took over a month to get the issues compensated and it was like I was trying to negotiate the cost. I would expect that when you cause damage, you fix it. Not how this shop works. Beware that they will burn you if you pay them before the issues are resolved. They will also try to scheme out of paying for what the damages really were. Needless to say, we will never use this company again and will steer friends and family far away.

Very professional job all around—polite, hardworking craftsmen, and carefully installed flooring. Staff are sensitive to the needs of me, the customer, including responsible follow up. I’m very happy to recommend them!

I was also very happy that they were able to work Around our hours and not interrupt our business. I was very happy with the whole experience.

My project was redoing a three-year-old rubber flooring area in two rooms plus a stairway. The old flooring was brittle, yellowed and pockmarked from my dogs. Because the stairway consists of open treads attached to a steel mono-stringer, debris was collecting down below and just in the last two runs I found a carpenter Cody Vissher to cut, paint,and install risers. That was the first tricky part. Then Tyler and Calvin from FCI got it rolling. Cory worked his magic on the flat surfaces but we put off the stairs until the risers were in. Kory then returned to finish the stairs. He had to improvise a bit but with some custom-coloured caulk the the stairs turned out wonderful.I should point out that I am a physician, a perfectionist and also general contracted my own cabin so I know a good tradesman when I see one. Kori definitely is one! Plus he’s one cool dude and we have some great banter. I told him I thought he could make it as a character actor down in Hollywood. The last member the team I met was David, the business manager a great guy. We had an engaging phone discussion and plan to meet in person in the near future.In conclusion, I HIGHLY recommend International Floor Coverings NW out of Vancouver Washington. I would give six stars if I could. Keep it keep in mind that this is an industry where there are many shady operators such as Em___e .Paul M Raether MD

FCI did our floors recently and all I can say is WOW! They arent the cheapest in town, but they offer the highest quality products and the best imaginable service.We had originally looked at getting our floors redone by one of the big box stores who offered very little value for money in terms of product, but also wanted us to essentially move out of our house for 5 days while they did the work, and they wanted to up-charge us to move furniture around to do the work.We purchased the luxury vinyl plank product that was made in the USA and was significantly better value for money than the cheap imported stuff (with tariffs) that you find at big box stores. Tyler was very patient and helped us choose the perfect flooring for our home.The FCI installation crew told us not to worry about a thing. They did all of the demolition of the old floors, removed all of our baseboards, installed the new flooring, replaced the baseboard, and even repaired some areas where water had damaged our subflooring to make sure the job got done right... all in one 14 hour day. Alex and his crew came in and got right after it, all while being incredibly accommodating to my family and our pets still being in the home.David did a fantastic job of following up during and after the installation, making sure we were completely satisfied.Overall, FCI made the entire experience easier than I could have ever imagined.Definitely 5 stars, Id give 6 or 7 if I could. Ive even recommended FCI to colleagues at work because of our fantastic experience.

I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this place, after finding my usual go to place had went out of business. I just needed a couple of remnants for two small bathrooms. These guys bent over backwards to help me find what I needed; and at a great price. I guess they only occasionally have remnants to sell, so it was my lucky day! They made me into one happy customer!

We had a great experience with Tyler and the team. They were very respectful and professional throughout the process, in addition to being patient about our indecision.Overall, we feel that the process was much quicker than it would have been if we had gone through a big box store (we had a measurement taken and quickly realized that each step would be filled with miscommunications and delays). The benefit of communicating with a smaller team should not be underestimated.And of course, the product: we are very happy with our new floors and the quality of the installation! Plus, we feel confident that if any issues should pop up in the future, we will receive personal care.

This 5 star rating applies to Tyler only. Although the finished product is satisfactory, we had many hurdles to cross along the way to get to that finish. What was told to us would be a 3 day job turned out to be a four week ordeal. I believe this was about a 700 square foot job including our entry, kitchen, our dining area, the utility room, the pantry, a 1/2 bath next to the pantry, a hallway leading to a bedroom, and another 1/2 bath. we needed 1/4 inch plywood to make up for the 1/4 inch laminate that had to be removed as part of the prep work. I measured what was needed, Tyler measured, and Nick measured, all agreeing that 1/4 inch was what was needed for the correct spacer. The 2 man crew that did the removal of the laminate were very careless in their endeavors. Not only did they destroy current trim around doors as well as base, but also broke a $400+ corner toilet. To my surprise Nick delivered 1/2 inch plywood instead of the 1/4 inch that we had agreed upon. This was totally unacceptable. He lied to me telling me that no one had 1/4 inch plywood. Using 1/2 inch would have meant cutting all the door jams and doors off 1/4 inch. It also would have caused all the base to be removed so that 1/2 inch could fit under what was currently there. I made 2 phone calls and found that both places called had 1/4 inch (one had three types of 1/4 inch). That day was lost thanks to Nick. After telling me that the tiles had to be placed on a wood surface, the next day he delivered a 1/4 inch corrugated product that was not wood. He had to return, for the 2nd time, and that day was lost to production. After a discussion between myself and Tyler about the availability of 1/4 inch plywood, the following day Nick brought out the prior agreed upon 1/4 inch plywood. Tyler was in our corner all the way showing support, and apologizing for the delays and encouraging us about what a nice floor we would have upon completion of the job. It was about this time that the original crew assigned to the project walked off the job and never returned. Long story short. The rest of the job was piecemealed together by several crews. Some would work a couple days and then no one would show the next day. Some worked a mere 5 hour day when they did show, starting around ten and quitting at 4:30 with a one hour lunch. I had to hire outside help to hang doors and trim after the tile was completed. Tyler did compensate me for that. From start to finish, a 3 day estimate for work completion turned out to be 4 weeks. I blame Tyler for none of the mishaps. He had no control over them. He was always available and by our sides throughout the project. I really rate Tyler a 5 because he had no control over work schedules, damages, plywood ordered, the dishonesty displayed by another, and us not having our house back for four weeks. He was professional in all our dealings and understanding about our feelings. When Tyler sold us our job, he asked me what i expected out of it. I simply answered honesty and integrity. As far as I Know, Tyler lived up to his end of the deal. It appeared that he takes pride in his job and in the company he works for.Stan

Ethan’s experience, knowledge and understanding of our budget and timeline, relaxed fears of over costs and construction delays. We we’re truly comfortable from the start.Jordan the construction supervisor was prompt in contacting us regarding our floor purchase and worked with our time and schedule. The three person construction team were very professional, efficient and more importantly cleared up the area of additional debris at all times.Once installed we received follow up from both Ethan and Jordan to make sure we had satisfaction on our new hardwood floors. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International! Ethan and Jordan went above and beyond!

Floor Coverings International has done numerous jobs for us over the years from carpet, hardwood floors, and counter tops. Most recently, I called to see some samples for flooring in a bedroom, vanity and bathroom. The owner was quick to respond, had samples for us the next day and installation was a breeze. The installer was in and out in one day. Prices were excellent, service fantastic. FCI is the only place I use for my flooring needs.

I I am very pleased with my new floors. Tue two installers did a wonderful job and put everything back in place. I am enjoying the easy upkeep and all my guests are very impressed with the colors of the floor and how that color brings out the colors of my furniture.I refered your compan to a friend and Toby had an appointment y had an an appointment with her on Fiday. The work was done on time with no time wasted. The installer was very professional and did a great job. I had my stairs done and I was so pleased with the results. Beautiful work; well worth it.

The owner gave me a bid, and followed up a couple of days later, showing he was really interested in the job--a refreshing attitude, since most trades seem bored dealing with potential customers. I hired FCI and they did a superb job--the installers were professional, prompt, and quick, and brought the project in on time and on budget. Great people to work with at every level, and highly recommended.

Great experience with FCI! Communication was solid with each person on the team. Nancy patiently guided us through the sale, Toby coordinated the project, Mario and Caesar did the actual installation. Everyone was on time, super helpful and did a fantastic job. 5 Stars!

Excellent workmanship on flooring, redid whole house and workers stayed late so minimum downtime for us. Only downside was some of the clean up was missed.

They refinished 500 square feet of hardwood floor and replaced a carpet on a den floor with laminate as a result of water damage from a burst ice maker supply line. Their work was excellent and they worked with us to get the insurance company to cover the work. I would definitely have them do additional work in our home.

Very professional. i didnt leave a 5 star because i thought our sales lady Joy, was below par. Other than that, Jordan was great! The installers did a great job and we love our new floors. i would def recommend, just dont use Joy.
