Baskin-Robbins is an easy and reliable place to get ice cream, and its awesome how they have a location in the center of the mall. I like stopping by whenever I want a cold treat and Im in the downstairs area. The service has been pretty nice and fast, and they have all their usual flavors here.

The ice cream is great. The service not so much. The first time I walked away as the two kids working were sitting on the counter with their feet up on the freezer. The 2nd time the young man had no greeting, no smile and I felt he had no interest in serving me. These kids working here need training in customer service.

A large white family gets served as we are waiting in line. They all step off to the side, sit down, and begin to eat their ice cream. We walk up to the counter, make eye contact with the young white teenage male server, and he turns around towards the employees only area. I clearly see him just sit down. We wait for several minutes the only customers in line. He then comes back out and hovers over one of the frozen bins to the left of the register. I walk over and ask if he is ready and he replied, sure in a lackadaisical way. We finally get service with the young man constantly staring at my wifes tattoos and avoiding eye contact with me. As an interracial couple we found his actions disturbing.

Vancouvers, Basin Robbins is the best ice cream parlor in the area. Longview doesnt have one, which doesnt surprise me they dont have much of anything. Keep up the good work

Exceptional ice cream. I dont know what brand they use, but it is deliciously creamy, melty, and smooth. Their selection of cones includes waffle, cake, sugar, and such dipped i chocolate and/or covered in sprinkles. And a variety of toppings. Lastly, they have customizable ice cream cakes for every occasion.

They have ice cream here. The store is generally clean and pretty busy. They need to fix their damned side door though, seriously that scraping on metal is annoying. Its just a bushing! If they dont do the simple door fix, what else doesnt get maintained? But the ice cream is generally good and the people are nice.

I just bought 4 ice cream cones for me kids, and one of them accidentally dropped his. The employee told me if I wanted another one I would have to buy it. Really? So sad the company isnt compassionate, understanding accidents happen replace it make your customers happy. We are talking about little kids.

Went in for some pistachio ice cream, ended up leaving with some daquri ice!!!! The employee Travis did an amazing job of finding something new I loved! All around great service and ice cream!!!

It was extremely busy and line was moving slower than it should considering there was two people working, I realized it was moving slowly because one employee, an asian male, was doing most of the work and moving faster than the other employee, who was female.Also I went for a milkshake, the employee was struggling with the blender, it is probably a good idea to fix that.

A little pricey for ice-cream but good selection and conveniently located in the mall.

Wide variety of flavors, it was hard to narrow it down to just three. Upkeep was excellent and very clean, and felt like the employees loved what they do.

Google says it’s open until 10pm, but they shut their doors at 6:26pm on a Sunday. Not sure if the hours are wrong, or they just randomly decided to close early but they were also kind of rude about it when we asked about them closing. Disappointed.
