I love how well stocked, clean, and neatly organized this store is! Its larger than others Ive been in. Their cheese selection is hands down the largest Ive ever seen.The staff are polite and eager to help whenever I have a question.They have products I frequently use, in stock when other stores dont. Its in a safe area. Well lit parking lot.I will continue to come back to shop here. Great store in comparison to others of the same chain!

This being a newer location means it is a big store with a ton of variety and all kinds of items available, grocery and non-grocery. Always clean and well stocked. The parking can be a bother during dinner time and on weekends though as the parking lot is shared with a ton of restaurants.

This Fred Meyer has been my favorite one in the city. Its nice and clean, inside and out. You can go from big grocery shopping sprees here, to just in-and-out trips to get a couple of things you need. I recently went here to grab some fly traps and snacks, and it was pretty quick despite the size of the store.

Expensive trendy upscale. Good mix of people. Very friendly staff. Parking lot is a bit sketchy at night - beware of tweaks.

Ive been using click list for years now, but lately the shoppers have been selecting fresh items that are past their pull date. Today, I purchased several produce items through ClickList, one of which was a box of black berries that was moldy. There was no expiration date on the container, but the shopper only had to look at the item to see it was growing mold.I called the store to ask for a price adjustment to my order, and I was told that was only possible if I brought the item back in person. The cost of the Uber would be higher than the cost of the berries and not worth it.Sorry, Columbia House Fred Meyer, but you really have slipped in quality lately. Ive had milk that turned bad the day after purchase, which means the cold chain isnt being handled properly.Ive worked in grocery retail, and this is just sloppy management.Now Im questioning the safety of my groceries when using click list. This is not acceptable, and Im afraid Ill be going elsewhere from now on.

Generally, I really like going to the Grand Central Fred Meyer. The people in the grocery and retail departments are very nice. Unfortunately, I cant say that about the jewelry department. Recently, I bought a charm bracelet for my wife for her birthday and yesterday we took it back in to get it fixed because one of the charms fell off. I got the extra protection plan and didnt think that it would be a problem taking it back in. Boy, was I wrong! My wife and I were met by a younger blonde lady and a young man. The young man was fairly new and he was the one that took care of us. He was very friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the blonde lady was very rude and acted as if we were a bother and were trying to scam her. Also, I think shes the manager. Anyway, after we showed them the receipt and we got it taken care of we were told by the young man that it would be about a week. Well... we decided to do some more shopping when we were immediately called and told that the charm had been fixed. We were like... that was really fast! Obviously, the blonde lady couldnt be bothered to turn it into her repair person and bent the clasp back herself and called it good. My wife asked the young man what if the charm falls off and gets lost? He said that it would be covered if that happened. He also added that the blonde lady said that we would say something like that... again as if we were trying to pull a scam. My question is...Why offer a protection plan if youre going to treat people like second rate citizens if they use it??? I was very disappointed with this experience to put it mildly, but I kept my cool. Needless to say, I will be taking the bracelet to another Fred Meyer jewelry store in the future if I experience any more problems, as well as, any of my future business.

Spacious, clean, well stocked store. Staff were courteous and attentive. It was 9pm with few customers, but still a win for good customer service. The only downside is there is no fuel station. Still a 5 star rating.

Much better looking then the one in hazel dell but the employees dont sanitize or enforce the mask rules as often as they should.

Shopping and staff is ok. Cluttered displays... store in disarray, bathrooms pretty poor, gas stations and Walmart are much cleaner. Parking isn’t great, find another Fred Meyer or store if you aren’t in a hurry.

I understand that Kroger (Fred Meyer) has caved in to the Woke Mob and canceled Mike Lindells My Pillow products. Is that true? If so, shame on you. If not, please reassure those who want the products there. I am a very faithful shopper of Fred Meyers and have been for years.

For a store this size to only have two mobility carts is crazy. My knees ache after shopping here.

Spent hours walking here cause I heard they had wifi and outlets... the outlets are right outside in plain site and you just have to connect to the wifi. But when you ask someone in the store about it they lie and say there arent any... horrible people

Have seen three employees without masks, hanging out between their shifts near cash registers over the past two days. When asked why, staff told us to chill out.Would love to know how the store expects to encourage basic mask wearing among its customers when its employees wont take basic steps to keep customers safe.

The gift cards dont always work and they dont refund you. I just lost $500 and the manager didnt care at all. They are happy to take your money but thats all they care about.

Zero concern for customer safety. This used to be my favorite store, but during the pandemic this place is a hot mess. Several employees without masks, along with a majority of customers. No cleaning of terminals and carts. This is the same week a big outbreak was documented in a fruit processing facility nearby. In contrast, Safeway, Trader Joes, New Seasons all have the safety of their customers in mind, limiting crowds, cleaning carts and terminals after each use. Doesnt Fred Meyer know that a percentage of customers who get sick will die. How is that good for business? Other Fred Meyer stores are just as bad. Must be a Kroger thing.

AMAZING place to shop! I have a great experience everytime i go there! Alittle on the spendy side but the produce and meats are well worth it!

Spent $500+ dollars over the course of a few days here.... the last of my money... and they wouldnt even let me use the bathroom with 18 minutes left. They discriminate against homeless people... save your money half the things cause cancer and birth defects

Used to be 5 star, best Freddys store. Now 3.5 stars. Produce, cheese counter, meat counter are good, with helpful staff.Very loud announcements for outside vendor product shows annoy all customers. Same for credit card application roaming employees.

I like this Fred Meyer. I like the Salmon Creek location a little more, just because they have a slightly better selection on some things. The Rock pizza, and The Barbers ids right there. Its pretty convenient. When they widened the Isles, the getting around got much easier in the store.

Not only is this the best Fred Meyers in Clark County in terms of produce selection and overall products available, but the employees are lovely - especially Paul who works the Clicklist pick ups. Although, every stall was filled when we pulled up, Paul was hustling to load cars and keep the wait to a minimum. After we got our groceries and we discovered our car battery has died and we would need a jump. At this point, there was only one other car in the stalls which was a hybrid and didn’t match properly for a jump. Without prompting or hesitation, Paul offered to grab his car and pull it around to help us out. Truly going above and beyond to help us out as a Fred Meyers employee and overall just being a good human. Thanks, Paul!

They brought my groceries out to me for pick up...very pleasant and thorough in the shop.

I started to make beef stew this morning and realized I had not picked up my beef at checkout from yesterday’s purchase. My grocery items had been placed in my reusable bag and the beef separately in a plastic bag. I called the store and explained the situation. The young lady on the phone was very nice and told be to bring my receipt and pick out another at same price. I drove back and did exactly this. The young gentleman at the service desk (Thomas) was extremely polite and courteous. I do not normally shop at this Fred Meyer because the Fred Meyer on Chaklov and 164th are closer. This was a very pleasant experience for me and this will become my new favorite Fred Meyer. Thank you.

This review is for the garden shop only. Wonderful selection and variety of seasonal plants. Great, low prices. Sometimes hard to find a check-out person, but, who cares with the quality and low prices! Good parking. Might be challenging for a person in a wheelchair but doable. Nice indoor plants too. Good variety of pots and other gardening accessories.

Good quality products but sadly they’ve eliminated far too many checkout lanes, forcing customers to ring up and bag their own groceries or stand in the two open lanes for 10-15 mins. Give me a 10% discount for doing so and I’ll come back.

My daughters birthday party was this last Sunday. The party was paw patrol themed, and we wanted a cake to go along with the theme. Made a very last minute request for a cake from the bakery, by last minute I mean it was unbelievable they were able to accommodate. Picked up the cake and it was perfect! When my daughter saw it she was overjoyed! Thank you to your entire bakery staff!

My favorite Fred Meyer location. The staff is always super nice and helpful and the store has a nice layout that makes shopping flow easy.

I love the pharmacy here. They are always courteous. They have a drive up window so I dont always have to go inside but usually I take the opportunity to pick up a few items at the same time as my prescriptions. So much better than my previous Safeway pharmacy that often didnt have my prescriptions in stock and were frequently rude as if it was my fault they were out!

The lines move quickly but there still arent enough checkers... there overwhelmed sometimes...hire some people Fred we know your making money.

We love their deli and order their baked rotisserie chicken all the time.

Excellent Fred Meyer location very conveniently located on the Washington Highway 14.This is a medium size Freds which offers a number of items it will be useful to the people who live in the condominiums near there. Since this location moved from the area its served on Fourth-plain the offerings have changed considerably. It is not an easy place to using transit and it is not pedestrian friendly. This Freds is set up for people who own cars and homes.There is a seasonal garden center, deli offerings with fresh rolled sushi, produce, small meat department and a rather extensive clothing section. This location also has a bakery and offers a salad and cheese bar.Staff are usually cordial and helpful. We were very happy that they came in during the recent ice and snow events in this area. It shows a true dedication to serve the community as well as following the capitalist ideal.A number of other businesses are available in this new-ish strip mall. There are several restaurant choices, a credit union and a shoe store.There are no automotive or gasoline services at this location.

Fred Meyer used to be the undisputed leader & first choice in local groceries and everything else practically. This is no longer true. Kroger has finally squeezed the last bit of goodness out of their purchase and now theres nothing special about Fred Meyer. Nothing at all. They recently changed their store and are trying to encourage you to do all the work - for the obvious reason of more corporate profit not convenience as theyre trying to sell it. The worst change has been in the conscientiousness of their employees. Twice, my last two visits in the space of about 3 weeks, they have expired fresh salsa on the shelves ready for customers to unknowingly purchase, take home & consume. On both occasions I pointed this out to store employees. Today a manager told me it was the vendors fault. So now they dont even take responsibility for selling expired goods. They pass the buck to the vendor. This is outrageous. How can you not take responsibility for this? How can you be in the business of selling groceries and not take responsibility in making sure what youre selling is not going to get people sick possibly? This would have never happened when this was an actual Fred Meyer. Kroger might still call it a Fred Meyer but its nothing like it used to be.

This is a fairly nice Fred Meyers they do not have of fresh hot deli section and the electronics department is very small. They have a large meat market or butcher. The produce department is usually stocked very well with a good selection of anything .

Let me start off by saying this store is newer, so it’s condition is great. It’s always clean and well organized. I don’t usually have trouble finding items and products are kept stocked. In general, I don’t expect people who work at places like a grocery store to “make me happy”. I am there to get my groceries. They are there to work. We both have things to do. But I do expect to be acknowledged and a bare minimum effort if I have a question or need help. And this Fred Meyer meets those expectations on every department except the Deli.There are always plenty of employees working at this deli, as it is a larger department with more gourmet selections and a sushi bar. I am sure they have employees dedicated specifically to working in the back preparing their hot deli items and pre-made sandwiches and salads. Today, I walked in and my first stop was the deli for lunch meat, cheese and a prepaid sandwich. There were at least 5 employees I could physically see working behind the counter, two in the back, two in front and one who was in the front and walked I got the back. Of those five, four of them made direct eye contact with me and didn’t say a single word. So, I waited, noticing the two in front were in a conversation with what looked like some sort of merchandise related book in their hand and giving the benefit of the doubt thought maybe that conversation was important and work related. But I continued waiting and continued getting eye contact from the employees as if I was interrupting. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time at this particular Fred Meyers I have been made too feel like an inconvenience to the employees at the deli. And I have seen employees treat customers, not just myself, in such a way, especially during the lunch rush.. As I waited, I thought I would at least get a “Be with you in just a moment” or something to that effect. But I got nothing. So I walked away. And as I walked away they just looked at me. Not saying a word.So, I give this store 3 stars because even with all of its better aspects, the Deli really ruins it for me. Especially, when it’s the first stop I make, setting the tone for the rest of my shopping experience.

Lots of customers not wearing masks in this store, not being asked to put on on or to leave. This stores lackadaisical stance on mask usage puts us all at risk. Other grocery store chains in the area enforce mask usage so it looks like I will need to switch stores.

This store usually has a little of everything we need. They follow social fistancing well and keep tbings stocked. Favorite store to go to locally

I like this Freddies. Its a newer Fred Meyer and is in nice shopping center. Although it isnt the closest to my home I like it. Parking lot is often almost full even when the store isnt that busy. Word on the street is that people use it for a park and ride which isnt cool.

Huge Freddies- its the go to place when doing the big bi-monthly shopping trip. Newer, super clean and rarely missing what Im looking for- be it socks or Asian Pears. The only downside, and really its not a big deal, is theres no fuel station. Clean, friendly staff, selection, great prices and rewards keep my family coming back over and over.

Fantastic people. Good selection (and even organic produce). The checkers all know you by name. Produce manager even has his own farm. Good folks who go above and beyond the call of duty.

This is a great Freds to hit when youre on the freeway. Easy access in and out. They have all departments like the rest of the Freds. Petes coffee instead of your typical Starbucks. I only wish they had a gas station.

A wonderful place to shop. I am always treated curiously and always greeted with a smile. Only problem I have is sometimes a product they carried suddenly isnt available when I go back. It is the only grocery store I shop at and I can pick up my prescriptions after I shop.

Freddys is great. The staff is helpful, prices are great, the store is bright and nice. Of all the grocery stores Ive been to, theyre the only one that seems to always have enough registers open. And they have the easiest to operate self-check as well. Ive never had an issue that customer service couldnt immediately fix.

This is a newer store in a good location and is very clean and tidy. It’s not quite as big as the tall fascia would lead you to believe and parking is a little tough, but there are electric car chargers and a really convenient drive-thru pharmacy with friendly staff. Their cold deli is excellent and well-stocked, and they keep a good selection in the self-serve fridges. They just added a quasi-takeout counter for their fried chicken - it’s set up like kind of like a KFC with menu screens behind the counter and makes grabbing a chicken dinner convenient. Their clothing department is expensive, but they have a good shoe selection and usually a lot on clearance there. Be sure to keep an eye on their Friday-Saturday sales which have some crazy good prices.

This store is usually very clean, with friendly staff and they are one of the only stores open till 11 during the covid outbreaks

I have always shopped at Fred Meyers, however, I am shocked at so many customers not being forced to wear masks walking throughout the store! It’s a state mandate and you’re store should be enforcing it!

Its good. They have those artisan cheeses. Thats my favorite part. Cheese. And the salt. Chardonnay smoked salt is what keeps me a returning customer here. They have a good organic selection, and a wider variety of foods that you just cant find at Wal-Mart.

Would be 5 stars but for the parking. At times almost none available. That said Fred Meyers has excellent customer services great products.

I love this location Fred Meyers. It is clean friendly and has a wide selection of all the things I need, from everyday items 2 low carb gluten-free and even specialty International ingredients. The clothing departments always has a great clearance section in the produce section is always fresh.

A good Fred Meyers and a huge store. Theyll have what youre looking for! Good bakery. Good organic section with bulk spices. They even have gluten free food!

Employees are friendly and helpful, but I wish they took more care when bagging my groceries. I really dont want raw meat or soap in with my produce and squished bread. It seems to happen every time.

Thank you Fred Meyers, for having multiple employees keep such a close eye on my wife, my child and I to make sure we werent stealing from your clothing area. Sure we may not look like we have a lot of money, but we do pretty well for ourselves. I definitely appreciate being profiled. Not saying we wont continue to shop at your store, but hopefully you can look past a persons image and not assume theyre up to no good. Kinda made me feel terrible when I saw it happening

The store is great: huge and its in a nice shopping area with lots of other shops and restaurants nearby. The staff werent very impressive, though. Of the three different people I interacted with while there, none of them seemed especially friendly or willing to help beyond what was minimally expected of them. Could have been an off day for them (it did seem busy), but it didnt leave me with a good feeling about the place.

Clean, friendly, and always helpful! I can do all my shopping, with my children in tow. They have actually put out free fruit for your kiddos while shopping. I dont always see that but I was quite impressed with this act of kindness.

Prices are reasonable, staff is great, selection is very good. I have had throat surgery and must be specific on some foods. I am unable to swallow easily. Went to the deli to get chicken and will not go back. I always let then know I cannot swallow well and the dry chicken is impossible for me. Was very very dry, have to mix with mayonaise to eat it. I have given to many chances. This was around 11:50 am. So no excuse for this.

Do not support this Fred Meyers. Atleast one higher-up and some of the employees are completely uncaring, rude, cruel people that seem to hate their jobs and humans/customers....during a pandemic nontheless. I will never do business here and neither will my family.

This is the best Fred Meyer in town-hands down. Super clean and chill place. Only a few minutes drive for me! I love the few items of furniture that I have bought here for a very good price.

Huge grocery store. Everything I needed and cheap prices on my groceries especially fresh fruit. Very clean store, good parking, friendly cashier. Im Canadian so I was not familiar with this store but Im impressed.

Have been shopping here since they opened and liked it very much, it is much cleaner than the others. I dont eat red meat but however a friend asked me to make them some meat balls. Bought 93% and 80% lean ground beef from this location for the first time, they just came out awful, so much hard junk fat was in them.

If youve never been to a Fred Meyer, do yourself a favor and check it out. Great selections on produce, deli options, excellent bargain bins throughout the store, and sells everything imaginable. Imagine a Whole Foods and a Target banged and made a perfect store. 10/10

I like this Freddys over most of them! The only thing they lack is smiles! Although theyre friendly when you approach them, they need to look approachable.

Im sick of going in there and there is only 2 registers open. If I wanted to check and bag my own groceries I would save some money and shop at Winco.They got rid of the clothes styled they used to carry and the new stuff is mostly awful.The staff is friendly.

Pharmacy did not have the prescription I went to pick up. It was on auto fill. They made me wait as if I had walked in with a new prescription. The clerk seemed to delight in the fact she could make me wait.IF, I were the manager, and someone came in to pick up a prescription which was SUPPOSED to be ready, I would instruct my staff to expedite ANY prescription where Fred Meyer had made the error. AND I certainly would have staff apologize for the inconvenience.

I always stop here first especially for my meat and produce. Friendly staff and a great deal on gas with my rewards card.

Generally speaking, I like this store. Its not great but its clean and I trust their products. I dont fully trust their meats so if I am buying meat, Ill buy packaged name brands or frozen fish. Wine department is awesome, though, and if theres something you want but dont see there, ask for Al Sheperd. He can get anything you need! However, just two days ago I bought packaged lettuce and when I went to make salad the next day, I found the lettuce to be wilted and slightly rotted. Ive had bad produce before (peppers that appeared fine when I bought them but rotted on the inside when I cut into them, for example) but never bothered to complain or return the produce. Today, I took back the bad salad and was fully refunded by a courteous Customer Service employee. I bought another packaged salad - different brand - and came home to make a salad the very same day. Looked fresh enough when I bought it but when I opened the package, I found the lettuce was somewhat slimy. Whats going on here? I dont drive so going to another store would be a major inconvenience. Please, Fred Meyer, I hope this only a fluke!Updated:Just purchased packaged coffee beans and when I got home, I found it had been previously opened. Ugh! Back to the store again for another return. Whats going on here.Fred Meyer is a basic store with a basic range of products. I avoid some recipes because I never know if they will have what I want when I get there such as certain cuts of meat or certain produce. Their range of choices is limited to the basics. FYI

One of the better Freddies in the area, good selection wish they opened at 6 am to compete with safeway and other stores the only thing that is a pain is finding parking the lot is always overcrowded due to all the mini mall stores and lot of the time the only spots available are the charging parking spots for electric cars and technically not for regular cars, but other than traipsing clear across the parking lot to park when the electric spots are unused they should maybe move those charging stations to an area that is not close to the entrance of the store also my car has been involved 3 times in accidents, 2 of them were other vehicles speeding in the parking lot and not stopping at the stop sign and other one is when car was parked and hit my car has pulling out of space other than being congested and parking lot busy at prime time great stores, prices and location

The grocery section is ok, but its the garden center that is great. Im shopping end of the season perennials in gallon containers for half of what they cost in a gardening center. Good variety.

This Fred Meyer is huge and was built fairly recently. They have everything, a giant shopping mall, a full size Peet’s coffee, a bakery and local fresh meats.probably best of all, they have a free high quality daycare making shopping with kids stress free.

I always have a great experience with the employees here. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Great store to shop at.

Pricing is pretty high on some items that are cheap anywhere else

I use the electric carts to get around the store. I am simply too slow on my crutches. There were only 2 carts available. One had a dead battery. Both should have been thrown out a long time ago. There werent many customers, but the service was terrible, and extremely slow. I got chicken strips and coleslaw at the deli. The coleslaw was so bad, I took one bight and threw the rest away. The chicken strips were only slightly better, so I ate about half, and gave the rest to the dogs.

This is a newer, nice Fred Meyer off Hwy 14. It is a little tricky to get to if you arent familiar with the area. Be sure to look at the map for the Columbia Way exits. Fred Meyer is part of the Kroger family of grocery/department stores. Be sure to pick up an ad at the entrance or the Service Desk when you shop for coupons or download the app for paperless options. I found the scanner self check-out cumbersome the only time I used it. Your experience may vary.

This location offers many departments and amenities besides just food. There are many options for purchasing clothing, household goods and gardening and home improvement supplies. I shop here quite often and recently had trouble in the bulk spice section that was missing garlic powder and black pepper for two weeks.
