I came into this store with a friend having little knowledge about bikes. My experienced here today increased my knowledge about different bikes, models, climates to ride them in etc.

I bought my first bike here and I love it. The sales and service reps are great. They’ve helped make this an awesome experience, especially Norm, Gordon, and Josh!

Met with Owen, and Norm the salesmen and was treated well and they were well informed about Indian motorcycles. I bought a new Scout Bobber with Brian who did an excellent job of getting me the best financing. Thank you Pro Caliber for getting me a fantastic looking bike at an affordable price.

Had to wait 2 weeks for appointment to have a recalled switch replaced on my Indian. Called the day before to verify appointment and I would be waiting on the bike. Was told 1 bike in front of me and the wait would be 1.5hrs if I got here around 930-10am. Arrived at 945 and was told 4 bikes in front of me and a wait of over 4 hours! Told the guy I had called the day before and was told differently. His only response I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ll go to Seattle instead.

I went to Pro Caliber Motorcycle in Vancouver, WA to look at bikes. Fell in love with the Indian Scout. Went back 3 days later and bought the Chief Vintage. Its a beautiful bike! But thats not why Im writing. I want to say something about the staff. The sales people (Rob and Gordon) were friendly, professional, and attentive. They listened. They had all the right answers. They went out of their way to help. The sales manager and parts department worked behind the scenes to make the purchase process as painless as possible. My bike came with a generous accessories/apparel allowance. They filled my order and installed the accessories the same day I bought the bike. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Pro Caliber to anyone looking to buy a new bike.

My husband and I recently stopped by Pro Caliber Vancouver this week to get some new gloves, but instead we walked into a beautiful display of gorgeous bikes, the Indian. The showroom floor that showcased these bikes and merchandise was of that of a high end store you would see in LA or even Vegas. As we browsed around thinking we would not be able to afford a T-shirt much less a bike we were pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced they were. Needless to say we were sold, now my husband is a proud owner of beautiful red Indian! Great job on the remodel, and knowing how to showcase your product. Not to mention the great and helpful staff...

I have bought two motorcycles from Pro Caliber within the last few years and both times were very pleasant experiences. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I also purchased some accessories from them. The people in the parts department are very knowledgeable. Pro Caliber is my favorite motorcycle shop to visit because they stock many brands and its enjoyable to just walk the isles.

Im extremely happy with the Indian Chieftain I purchased. I really dont remember the last time i truly felt as satisfied at the end of making a big purchase such as I have with this motorcycle. UPDATEDThe GM contacted me and asked me to come in and get me scheduled for a test ride. He paired me up with Norm (The salesman). He was very knowledgeable and helpful.I needed up walking out with a 2020 Scout Bobber.Norm did an excellent job helping me and I convinced my brother to buy an indian under the stipulation he works through Norm.The dealership went out of their way to make sure my brother was taken care of and worked hard to get him the payments he wanted and even special ordered and built the bike.Bike had 0 miles on it and was beautiful.

Had two flat tires on I-5. Was a little difficult getting a definite yes on getting new tires put on the bike. The first day not a lot of help from the counter. But after getting the bike towed in the next morning the shop brought it in change both tires first thing in the morning. Staff could have been slightly more helpful beings we were on a vacation trying to get home to Port Townsend at the time call shop did a good job

Two days ago I went in and purchased a new bike. I cannot begin to even describe how great an experience this was.My salesman was Norm and if you get the chance, please seek him out and do business with him. I felt like I was buying a motorcycle from a family member and not someone I had just met two seconds ago. They probably get tons of people each day just browsing but when they know youre an interested buyer you are treated with the upmost respect.Unlike most car salesman, they dont try pressuring you into buying additional warranties or add-ons. They simply show you the options, give you the cost, and a simple yes or no moves the process along.I drove almost 4 hours to visit this place on a whim. Never have I been there before. I took a big chance and was thoroughly rewarded. There are a few places near me that are only a couple hours away but if I ever need anything from an Indian dealer or am buying another bike, Im not going anywhere else other than Pro Caliber Indian.Id suggest you do the same.

Great experience start to finish. Hassle free trade in process as well. The new Indian showroom is gorgeous and feels like a great place to hang out long after purchase. Staff is enthusiastic and has a genuine love for the new generation of Indian Motorcycle. Check them out, you might be surprised that you can actually roll out with one!

Last summer my Chieftain broke down about 100KM (yes Im Canadian ) from Pro Caliber. It was towed in and I have to say, even though they were extremely busy, they understood that I was with a group and from out of town so they had me up and running and back on the road in about an hour. The dealership is absolutely fantastic to deal with. I was originally supposed to pick this motorcycle up in late September but I was involved in a near fatal motorcycle accident in California, so those plans got put on hold until this May.So the original color and model, since I wasnt gonna be riding anytime soon I asked him to go ahead and sell it, and they did. Every time another bike of the same model and color came along, Gordon & would call me and asked me if I was ready to go for a ride yet.Late in April, I finally felt up to go ahead and order up a few options like exhaust pipes, air cleaner, highway pegs, etc. Finally this past Sunday I went and brought my new baby home. ProCaliber is a great place, both I and my son have purchased bikes from them because of Gordon Low. I did just hear that he has left ProCaliber, and it is indeed a sad day for me. Gordon is the reason I purchased my Indian at ProCaliber three years ago. When my husband (who doesnt ride) and I walked in to look at the Indians, Gordon realized quickly that I was the one the bike was for and spoke to me directly. It was the first time I had experienced that in any of the Indian dealers in Western Washington. Gordon always treated me with respect, which as a woman motorcyclist is still hard to find in this day and age, and he always greeted me with a smile any time I dropped by.I drive 2.5 hours to have my bike serviced at ProCaliber. Honestly, a primary reason that I didn’t go to a shop closer to me was that Gordon always made the time go quickly as he bantered with me between helping other customers. Plus you can’t beat Miles in the Parts Department or Bryan the Indian mechanic. I know my son will also be sad to hear the news as it was because of Gordon that he bought his dream KTM (used) at ProCaliber. I bought my Indian Scout Motorcycle from Gordon Low. Gordon was great. He accurately answered all of my questions and gave me no nonsense advise leading me to purchase an enjoyable ride. I have been able to accessorize my Indian with help from the Parts Manager Miles Mueller. The rest of the staff is also helpful. If ProCaliber doesnt have a part, accessory, mens or womens apparel, they will find it for you. They have periodic Demo Days where all models of Indian Motorcycles are available to test drive and they will even serve you a free barbeque.

Pro Caliber Indian is great! It has a very welcome environment. Even when I visit the parts department located between the Indian and the rest of the dealership (selling Hondas, Suzukis, Kawasakis, etc.), and I enter through the Indian side, Im greeted within seconds of walking through the doors.When it comes to the sales floor, there are many models on the floor to see and sit on. They have a great balance of having the full spectrum of models while maintaining enough space to see them fully. When new models like the Springfield debut, there is one on the floor with knowledgeable sales people who are present to answer any questions I have.Regarding sales people, Gordon and his team are the best. They make sure that I am taken care of if I come in to buy parts, take test rides, or merely stop by to say hi. Gordon particularly stands out because he remembered my name the second time I came in the store and he greets me by name every couple of weeks when I stop by.Its a great dealership with great products and great people!

So low key, conversational and knowledgeable!We were there on a very busy day & were still waited on in a very timely manner. An acceptable deal was made, our paperwork went to finance, and we were encouraged to hangout while he waited on the next customer. But anytime he left his desk, we were informed on the process & timing of what was happening next with us. Ive always said, communication is everything and this is what makes a customer happy!We live 120 miles away and traded in our 2 used bikes. Not being able to ride 2 bikes to Vancouver, Gordon himself came to our home to deliver the new bike & picked up the trade-ins!!! Sweeeeet!
