My parents both came to this UPS location, they don’t get out as often anymore but they had some important documents that needed to be notarized and mailed and they raved about the service. Everyone was so helpful and made them feel secure in what was going on. They will continue to visit this location for future business.

Ive only been in for Amazon returns but the staff is friendly and efficient, and their covid protocols made me feel safe. They only allow four people in at a time and have a socially distanced line outside for the rest. Staff and customers wear masks and I am always in and out in 2 minutes

I had a super pleasant experience working with the UPS Store 5799 in Vancouver. I opened a Mailbox with Terry in June for a year and was surprised with a promotion they had running for an additional 3 months free! It turns out I didnt end up moving to Vancouver as planned and Terry was super generous and offered a partial reimbursement on the contract. I wouldnt hesitate to work with this UPS Store again!

I went in to mail a letter and they were kinda busy and the owner walked up to me and said he would take care of the postage for me, I thought that was really nice and great customer service.

Ive had everything from basic copies to business cards and fliers, a waterproof face for an A frame sign, and even a really large vinyl pricing menu for my business. Terry has even taken the time to help me improve my designs that I have made with Microsoft Publisher. This team is like having my own personal print shop. And the mailing, shipping, faxing and notary services are great too.

A terrific place to have my publishing done. Great service, excellent rates and superior quality. Cant beat it anywhere!Have used them for 5 years to publish a book and a monthly newsletter. They not only print it beautifully and fold it precisely, but use excellent quality paper stock and do it quickly.One day turnaround is common and in a pinch they will usually do it the same day without an up-charge. I just email them a file copy and pick up the finished package. Terry will also give helpful advice if you arent sure exactly what you want.All this with efficient service and sincere smiles and if they spot a mistake they will call me. They also do package mailings, snail mailboxes, large dimension and large volume printing expediently.Terry and his staff are indeed a breath of fresh air in a competitive and sometimes cynical world. The customer service is fast, and I never have to wait long. However, they do not have free boxes like USPS, and dont have as affordable international shipping. But they will price compare other shipping options to help you. I do all of my Amazon returns here, as well as scanning and copying.

I feel that I must write a review for the Padden Market center Store, which I have used exclusively for 5 years or more. Terry and the entire crew at this location are spectacular in every department: courtesy and friendliness, quick service, knowledge and experience - the works! They really bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service. And you can tell it by their customer base. The store is tucked away in an almost invisible location, yet the place is busy and full of smiling faces every time I walk in. Rightfully so...
