If you need any printing done this is the place. I print every thing from banners, flyers, posters and signs for my business. Always timely. Always correct. Great pricing for the work being done as well. Friendly staff who make everything I need simple. Highly recommend for your office needs. Even if its out of your way!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The owner is super nice&so are the girls that work there! They will bend over backwards to make you happy! They are very helpful&always greet you with a smile&by name. Their prices are reasonable, its convenient, &faster than going to the post office. I would highly recommend this place.👍

Absolute worst UPS location in the city. Workers refused to accept an Amazon return because they couldn’t figure out how to correctly accept 3 of the same exact item with one scan code. Amazon’s instructions of no box/no label meant nothing to them. Male worker wanted to make us pay for a box, female worker wanted to tape them together. Male worker refused to allow her to do so, stating ‘they were too heavy for tape.’ Shocker shocker, one piece of strapping tape around all 3 boxes and they were 1000% secured. Worst location in the city!

As a loan signing notary I visit all the UPS stores in the area continuously, usually multiple times a day. This store FAR surpasses all other stores in the area. Fast and friendly service, knowledgeable staff which is indicative of the fantastic training Greg supports his staff with. I just wish they had 5pm drops for next day air (at least I dont think they do, will have to double check). Go out of your way to use this store. I know I do!

I go to this location for sending all of my packages and everyone is wonderful. Greg the owner is fantastic. Ive never had any issues with my packages or pricing. All of the girls who work here are sweet and go above and beyond for me as well!

Highly recommend! Over the past few weeks my wife and I have needed to have several documents notarized. Each time weve visited, weve found the team to be efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable.We also appreciated their ability to continue to provide timely, professional services during the COVID pandemic. We were impressed with the attention given to mask-wearing requirements, sanitizing between guests and enforcing distancing.We definitely suggest visiting them when you need printing, shipping, notarizing and other business services.

Went in to ship a guitar we sold online. Pictures had to be taken for the buyer of it all packed up. The store wasn’t able to pack it right that second, but were more than willing to email us the pictures we needed! They did, pics were exactly what we asked for, and all along the way they were kind and patient. Keep it up team! I love it when a plan comes together.

I frequent this store daily. I am a loan signing agent and drop about 5-6 legal size envelopes a day. The first time I visited the store I was greeted with a smile, I think. (mask). Tensions were high due to Covid, I was asking for 5 legal size envelopes a day and I am sure they didnt order enough supplies for the volume I was going to be pushing out of this store.I am sure their are people who stock pile these envelopes so they dont have to go to the UPS locations as I know of other agents that do this. I guess they are too lazy to go to ups.com and order some (they send you 25 free no shipping, and more if you contact Customer service). I am sure the owners of the locations know this and try to limit the amount they give out. So them being doubtful of me was understandable.Personally, I felt like maybe they didnt believe me. I went into the store one day and the owner says I only have six left, after I dropped six and offered me three. I respectfully declined and I understood completely as he does have a business to run and understandably has to have some on hand. So I started to hit up other stores until my supplies came in from UPS, as there are 4 in this general area.So the staff was a little standoffish at first but was very helpful, never really negative towards me, I understand we are in a racially tense time right now, but I have never felt anything like that from the people of this store. The employees have never been rude but let this sink in for any place you frequent for services...How was your attitude before you walked through the door? Negativity is a Mirrored reaction!The owner asked my name and not sure why he did other then to know who I was since I was in his store every day. I hope they realize I have no ill intentions, just dropping off some envelopes..Wearing MASK sucks as it takes away our facial expression in public and that has taken away the personal and facial expression of interaction....Perseverance in any situation can change the mind of the doubtful.

Not wheel chair excessible. I spoke to an employee who basically said they have brought it up to the store manager many times and nothing has been done. Yall really dont care about disabled people.Even able-bodied people can benefit from a button to open the door, like if theyre holding a bunch of packages!

I came in for a amazon return and I wasn’t sure how to do it. I had heard great things about the employees in the past, however the employee Jennie was very short with me, she was very unfriendly and did not seem like she wanted to help me. At one point it felt that she was speaking down to me because her instructions were unclear. When I came back in later the other girl was very helpful, kind, and made it extremely simple.

Excellent staff and service, sparkling clean space and a menu of offerings much broader than I realized! From traditional shipping to mailbox rental to printing (in a variety of sizes and materials), shredding, notary services, passport photos--even fax/scan, this is truly your one-stop shop for a variety of business and personal services. I live in downtown Vancouver and it is worth the drive every time to this particular location!

Much MUCH better than the location on Chkalov Drive. I’ve never had to wait ONCE to ship a prepaid package here. Especially not outside in the cold. Seems they are handling this pandemic much better. Their staff is MUCH better and younger than the terrible staff at the UPS Store location on Chkalov Drive!

This location is one of the best The UPS Stores that I have walked into. The store is bright and clean. I have used the store for many different things and have received top quality customer service.Wide-format Printing and Laminating with a very fast turn around time.Great shipping via UPS.I also have dropped off my amazon return that was well explained to me on how the process works. Very happy that Amazon has asked The UPS Stores to consolidate their shipments and send them out when they are full so that it is not making a lot of waste. My return might have not gone out right away but I got my money back within hours of them scanning my QR Code.The store owner ( Greg I think ) has a lot of heart and you can see the professional nature being passed on to his staff.

I visted this store today for the 3rd time. The previous visits were fine however today it was horrible and humiliating. I was prepared to mail some documents in a manila envelope and was rudely asked to give my Drivers license ID to the store worker who was helping me. I had not been asked to give my Drivers license before and I asked to speak with the Store Manager. The Manager confirmed that this is a corporate policy of UPS to input all of my Drivers license information into their computer system to verify I am who I say I am on the package that I am mailing. The previous times I had been in this store to mail a package I was NOT asked for my ID AND today I observed other customers who were in the store being waited on who were NOT asked to show them their Drivers license ID. This felt discriminatory and the store worker was rude and indignant with me. To top it off they wanted to charge me $17.83 to send a legal sized manila evelope with just documents enclosed to another address in Vancouver.I will reseach if inputting a persons Personal Drivers license information into their computer system is indeed UPS corporate policy. And the manner in which I was treated was the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I am woman of color, a homeowner, small business owner and I pay my taxes. The kicker is that I went to the Post office down the street and was charged only $8.55 to mail my manila envelope across town.

This UPS Store is a brand new clean and organized location! Its an amazing place for all your packing, shipping and any of your printing needs!I had a large colored wide format poster printed and laminated here! It turned out better than I was expecting!The owner has a very upbeat and positive personality! He is very helpful and I will definitely return to this location!

Had 200 preprinted UPS labels to go on 200 packages and the store manager refused to supply the plastic envelopes used to attach them and told me I had to order the free supplies online. Despite having the ship today, despite him having a box of them behind the counter. Was told to manually tape them all on instead. Went to Camas (opposite QFC) and they were more than willing to help and gladly supplied the free label windows. Terrible customer service. Try the friendly Camas store instead.

I needed shredding services so I visited this (720 SE 160th Ave, Vancouver WA) UPS Stores website: scheduled a drop-off for 10am Oct 12, 2020. Shortly before the drop-off time the manager called to tell me that he couldnt accept the materials that day.I rescheduled with him for drop-off two days later: 10am Oct 14, 2020. I arrived at 10am only to be told that he still couldnt accept the materials for shredding.I understand that there are things beyond a business ability to control: subcontractor failure, COVID impact etc. I also told him that it was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to not tell me in advance, instead letting me drive 5 miles to his business only to be turned away - especially since HE KNEW.Ill find another service provider ... maybe you should, too.

Dropping off Amazon return. Wanted to charge me a dollar to email them the return label that they should be able to just scan (Kohls does). Typical UPS store franchise...last place I would ever use to mail or print materials.Reply to Greg I have never been charged to return an Amazon package at a contracted facility. I chose option free. You chose to charge for something you are contracted to do.
