I go to this Postal Annex every day to ship documents for my notary business. I like that they accept both Fed Ex and UPS packages with receipts. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Walk in with a box in one hand and a sleeping child in the other. Walked up to the female at the counter and ask for help with shipping something. She responded that she could not help me because her computer was broke. Then instructed me to go to the other employee at the counter who was with a costumer. Then she pulled out her phone.I realize that you need a computer to ship something. But she was insanely rude about it. She could have taken my package and started the process it wasn’t closed I needed tape and packing material. I was very frustrated and walked out.
Convenient location, beats driving to the post office. Worth the surcharge to stay local. Employees are friendly and helpful.
I love this place. Never going anywhere else again, and Ive been to a handful of places in the Salmon Creek/Hazel Dell area. None of them have been able to match the quality of their service. Theyre always so helpful and right on top of things. Best place in Vancouver!!!
I swear by the blood of the Latin gods the employees here are of a higher sapient species. Every time I enter the premises, they are the most generous and helpful individuals on the face of the planet. I would rather be sacrificed into a volcano by the Illuminati than to go anywhere else. They are angelic beings in human form. Love them, truely.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and continue to give them my business. They’ve given me boxes and/or packaging if I didn’t have it, they’ve been our investigator when a package my wife mailed didn’t make it on time, and they’ve directed me in taking the appropriate action when it was something they don’t handle. They have always been nice and respectful so not sure what these other posts are about. They don’t actually deliver the packages you bring in you know? They are the intermediary that gets your package sent off in the right direction.
I rarely leave reviews, but was shocked to read the negative reviews posted here. Ive been coming to Postal Annex for over 10 years, and have never had a negative experience. In fact, Im almost always surprised at the way they go above and beyond to help me ship packages that usually require them to finish taping them up and putting the finishing touches on them. I feel theyve exceeded in the area of customer service, and I rarely feel this way about most businesses these days.
I have been using Postal Annex on Tenny for 10 years for my shipping and shredding needs. Besides all my Christmas shipping (east coast), I have 3 kids in college out of state. I have had my share of large, small, & awkward sized packages (including a ukulele), and they have always helped me get everything packaged up safely and the most economically. I dont to really have to do anything but give them the information, they do all the work. I have never had any problems with the multiple packages I have sent through Postal Annex. Staff has always been helpful.
Beth and her staff are excellent and have aptly and knowledgeably handled our postal, printing and shipping needs for over ten years. We’ve never had a missing package and believe me we get a ton of packages. A great service- indispensable for a small business, teleworking and having a secure place for receiving personal and business mail. I highly recommend Salmon Creek Postal Annex.
I would leave zero stars if it allowed. Do not trust this place to mail anything. I mailed a gift to my grandson in Idaho. I wrote out his correct address on the package along with my return address. This Postal Annex took it upon themselves to place a label over my handwritten address on the package, with not only the wrong address for my grandson, but from their computer files, put down my ex estranged husband’s address in Washougal, WA as the return! So it went back to him when it couldn’t be delivered to my grandson. My ex husband has now stolen the package with an expensive gift in it and refuses to return it. What a fiasco. Why on earth they would have covered my package with a misprinted label is beyond me and it is now gone forever. Really irresponsible on their part. The owner reluctantly gave me a partial refund so I could send a new gift to my grandson, but it came with a lot of attitude and without one apology or explanation.Do not ever use this place!
Be careful if you have to drop off any package with them esp one that is a Return To Sender without a tracking ( foolish us)! We did around the holiday on 12/16/16 4.30pm and now that box is missing. Fed Ex tracked to their regular pickup person and he has no record of a return to Sender item that day. When I called the Postal Annex to speak to the manager, Beth a 2nd time after receiving updates from Fed EX, the woman who answered was kind of rude when she announced why I was calling. Then Beth was not any helpful-did not try to help when I suggested she speak to the young man who accepted the package that day at about 4.30p. She insisted her Fed Ex container was empty as we spoke ( I would hoped so since this was almost 3 weeks later) and again she was condescending like her employee. She was implying there was no mistake on their part. I went in there once and I left taking a package I wanted to ship out with me. Thank goodness.The young man who was helping me made an error in the total charges and I was not comfortable the rest would be done right so I made up an excuse that I would like to reconsider shipping that package. I left and shipped it out with another place 20mins later. Now this package that ever went through them is missing! It looked like it never left the store or walked away with someone who should not have it. SCARY!!!
Incredibly rude employees here. I was totally unaware I would be paying out the wazoo to ship a Priority Shipping item. Its flat rate is $7.00 as stated on the USPS website - they charged me a whopping $20.15. One woman inside completely ignored me and spent her time peeling a sticker off the counter; not a word was said to me. The woman who rung me up was coarse and unfriendly. I will NEVER go back here and I advise you all to do the same.

Staff is very friendly but it doesnt seem very organized. I feel like I was lied to by the employee who told me my item wouldnt get there by Christmas if I didnt pay for the more expensive shipping. Turns out it was so expense because I paid for overnight shipping 7 days before Christmas.

Staff member sent my fax to the wrong number, the number was clearly typed on the page. When I pointed this out to her she just said oh are you sure? I will not be returning.
Paid for overnight shipping to LA. they never shipped the package. whenever I called about a refund the lady who processes refunds was on vacation. then they said I waited too long past the refund date. unprofessional.

Went in to get paper for my printer. Lady who helped me was very rude and made a scene about how inconvenient it was for her to get my paper
