I just started storing my stuff here about a month and a half now... So far so good. I have an electrical outlet in my unit which is super rare. I wish you could access your things a little later in the evening than their cut off time... Or even if they offered a 24 hour access for an extra cost... That would be something I would definitely be interested in paying for. I work until 9:30pm on most nights. They are always closed by the time Im getting off work... Just a suggestion.

I like the young lady (christiana) who rented us the storage unit at u-lock it storage. Without a doubt a people person. I felt welcomed. That my property would be safe. That if I had ANY issues with other renters that I could bring my problems to administration with resolution immediately.I left my last storage unit after another tenant had threatened to beat me up and yank my girl out of the car. I clearly informed that _itch that I absolutely guaranteed him he wouldnot make me or mine one of his victims. That he would be the victim. I immediately went to the live in storage units manager explained to her of the threat, told her Id called the police. That I was going to press charges. She told me that If I pressed charges I would be kicked out. That I was lying. I told her to check her surveillance to see I spoke the truth. So I left that storage unit additional storage 164th and 15th street mariaand her trashy husband and son.So I went to u-lock it storage 4th plain and andreson.Im glad for the changed storage facility. And I am certain I will be much happier.

David (The Weekend Front Man) is the best! I hadnt been to my unit in years and I still recognized him. This weekend he helped me get my unit open, and even swept the front of my unit for me. I remember years ago he was just as kind and helpful. I dont know what his position is with the company but he is an amazing person and deserves the absolute best. There are not many people as knowledgeable and hard worker as he is. Hes honest, kind and goes above and beyond. It really doesnt get better than that! Again, thank you David! A review is the least I can do for all your help throughout the years!

I currently have a unit at U lock it and often rent a 2nd one on an as needed basis to hold extra inventory. ive never had an issue with anything. facility is very clean and well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful. ive seen both the manager and assistant checking the lot and locks on a regular basis, and have always had great customer service whenever i need to grab an extra unit. the office is clean and very organized, which ive found is somewhat rare in many storage rental places. i will continue to use U lock it for all storage needs. Great job guys!

Self storage. Straight forward. Staff knowledgeable. Had a problem with the gate and went inside for help. Since I wasnt on the lease, they gave me no information. (Great security) They called my wife who was on the lease, confirmed who I was then gave me the info we needed. Prices consistent for the area.

The dude at the front desk is very snappy. He has his good days, but theyre very far and few. Be prepared to face a diva before signing up for this storage unit facility. Other than his attitude, the facility is well maintained and the location is pretty centralized (follow google maps only for accurate directions).

Simple units but a good price place looked clean owner was washing the building when we pulled up and was very straight forward he showed us a few units and talked us out of a smaller size that would not have worked for us. The website was a bit confusing I kept seeing 10x20 size for cheap but turned out some of those are for vehicle parking. lots of cameras too. Thanks for your help Cole!

Max at U Lock It storage has been such a huge help. I absolutely recommend storing with them. It was a quick and easy process from start to finish and I would definitely use them again in the future if I need a storage unit.

My husband and I have a unit at this location. I have only been there a couple times including yesterday. Apparently my husband and the younger of the site employees have been unable to see eye to eye on some issues. My husband has expressed he felt the employee is a bit of a bully, and aggressive in his dealings.Personally I had no experience with this person until yesterday where when he saw my husband asked how he got into the facility and immediately accused him of sneaking in. When i attempted to unlock our unit this employee yelled at me to replace the lock immediately or else he would evict us from the property.This situation was very unprofessional and the employee is in need of some customer service training, to say the least. Next month if services are still needed we will be looking for a new storage location.

If you are looking for an overpriced unprotected closet to shove your personal belongings into where anybody can break in to, youve hit the jackpot! To inquire about these storage units, stop by their main office. With their spacious 2 spot parking lot, parking will always be an adventure! If you enjoy being talked down to like a petulant child, look no further as the staff are excellently trained in unprofessionalism and general rudeness.This place and their staff are a complete joke. Spend the extra money and drive a few extra miles to any self storage place other than here- I know I will .

My unit in Vancouver on 4th Plain was ransacked a week ago by some criminals. They jumped the fence, cut my lock, and went through everything, opening all the boxes, dumping everything out, taking anything they could sell. Imagine how that would feel, everything you own - stolen, or thrown against a wall, item by item. When they were done they just jammed it all back in and closed the door. You can see before and after in the pictures. The staff was apologetic, but there is no way to make up for the feeling of violation and loss here - even if they didnt take anything, they pawed through everything I own and just wrecked it. If you are going to get a storage unit, get one inside a building with guards and gates. I have no financial recourse, everyone wishes it hadnt happened, but as you can see, it did. Be warned.This is not something that insurance would help. Youre right, I dont take any solace in the fact that this is rare because, well, it happened to me. Some crackhead touched every one of my things. Think about what that would feel like - you come home and someone took everything in your house and piled it in the living room. What good are all the people walking around, security codes, fences, if they fail? Which they did.

A pain to pull in the facility when traffic is heavy but the place seemed clean sign on door when I got there saying manager was on th e lot but I txt the number on it and the guy came flying around the corner fast dude was quick and to the point checked out a few units and helped me pick one out contract was fast and easy .the door I got used a special lock hats supposed to be safer, showed me how to use it on the unit and even swept it out for me, just kinda sucks because I already had a padlock, some doors seem to use them but not all. not bad though, thats my only real complain. Will update review if I have any issues.

Our son got a special 3 month rental while in temporary housing. Clean and secure, it was just what he needed.

This is my 2nd time renting from this company.I have had good luck.For the people with the problems. You need to talk to the city and VPD.They are the ones who do nothing about the crime.I had my truck broken into at work in Portland. It has happend in Vancouver many times over the years. They do nothing when you find them criminal.So for you who are butt sore about your stolen property . Start changing the laws in WA state.

Manager was very polite and helpfull. Storage is spendy now a days everything is least these guys where cheaper than where I was storing before.

Avoid this place like the plague! Unless you want your stuff stolen. About a year ago, some thieves came through the rv storage area and stole some batteries off of 4 to 5 trailers (including mine) then in December, they stole my rv along with another persons a week prior. Security system is none existent. My rv was stolen December 8th and to add insult to injury, still charged me for the month of December with no refund.

Would give this a 0 star if I could. Every time I go there the worker is gone on an extremely long break of like 1-2 hours.

I think their prices are a little high for no AC no place to dump your trash you have to take your trash with you and its not 24 hours
