Every single person working here was awesome. Although the process was long ( as expected) as I was switching over from another carrier I did enjoy my time there chatting with the employees. Once I remember everyone’s name I will be sure to add it in( We started off with Mary and then I believe Tony took over, I hope that’s his name) Everyone was seriously awesome including the gentlemen that was training! My time in the store was about two months ago, I’m a bit late however this store & its specialist do deserve recognition as that was the best experience I have ever had in a phone store as they kept my boyfriend and I laughing and sold us an awesome plan and products.

Long time Verizon customer who has always liked Verizon, but was uncomfortable in this store due to lack of mask wearing and inattentiveness to customers. I left after waiting awhile to buy a phone and upgrade my plan as I decided I was too uncomfortable. (One employee was helpful but others seemed rather unprofessional.) I notice several complaints about customer service and the owner keeps saying that it is important and hopes they get another chance. I wonder how that other chance is supposed to happen. I have no desire to ever go in this store again.

Given the surrounding area, it shouldnt be much of a surprise that this Verizon location can be quite busy at times, which was the case when I arrived. Staff is friendly and as helpful as they can be, although it should be understood that they work as part of a larger system and are limited in their ability to intervene and modify this process to meet everyones whims. A curious thing about the layout of the store was that in order to browse some of the items on display required passing close to or behind locations where employees were engaging with customers. I wasnt sure whether the place was designed as an open layout since the center of the store was so crowded...I limited myself to the front half of the location.

Wouldnt even give this store 1 star stopped in because Im having a storage issue with my phone after an update. I know my phone is older but the person helping me couldnt have been any less interested to help me she thumbed through and deleted a couple of apps and told me she saved me 1gig wow!!!When i explained that I deleted 10 apps and my storage would be full again in 2days well maybe you should delete some pictures.i said all picts in the cloud and all downloads remover I got an eh Ive been with Verizon forever and they were very helpful when the were located across the street .truly a pathetic despay of professionalism!! Unfortunately we will be parting ways.

My experience was terrible. I went in looking for Galaxy s20 note i was informed that they are no longer made. I asked about the watxh i was told i should google it this way i would know the capability. Since notes are no longer made i asked about the galaxy s20 or s21 ulta. Asked the pruce for the s21 ultra he proceeded to tell me it was expensive. I asked if they were in stock he said are you buying it today and i said probably tom. Because i want to talk to my husband so he said then i guess it doesnt matter how many are in stock they could be sold out by then. He said and you cant call us because our phones arent connected since cocid. So this was horrible customer service he must not loke his job. Also i bought ohones at the long grove store that gentleman was more than helpful. Lost a big sale 2ns21bultras and a watch. Ibwill never go back to Vernon Hills.

Shout out to Kristina hopefully I spelled it correctly! She is on the phone with me as I wrote this because I couldn’t wait! She took her time to search around for me and kept checking up on me while she was waiting for other stores to answer the phone. She was respectful with awesome customer service and If I can find what I am looking for best believe I’ll come to this location for accessories and what not and ask for her directly! Thank you to the manager Samuel! He saved the day by helping me replacing my unresponsive phone. He didnt need to do this, but went out of his way to help me. I was expecting Covid vaccine updates, and was so nervous not being able to receive messages nor make calls. Thanks to him within the hour I had a new phone. And yes, I did get the appointment!

I took my son to Verizon in Mellody Farms yesterday. We werent allowed to go in together - they said only one person per account. So I went in first and talked to the rep - who was very nice - and then my son had to go in when I came out and trade in and purchase his phone. He came out with his new phone and his old phone and had to activate the new one when he got home and follow instructions to remove Activation Locks on the old phone before sending in or he would not get his trade in credit. And then we had to send the phone in for his trade-in credit. I was disappointed as I thought when purchasing a phone, all that would have been done in the store so you are walking out with your new phone which is activated like it was in the past. They use to spend time transferring all information and setting up the new phone and then keeping the old phone. There was also a $40 upgrade fee in the store ($20 if this is done online). I contacted a rep by phone at the 800 number and he was very helpful making sure that we did everything correctly. I feel there needs to be better customer service when someone is spending that much money, even during this pandemic.

Extremely poor customer service or to be more precise: lack of customer service and lack of knowledgeMy daughter went into the Vernon Hills location Verizon store today, around 2:00 pm and explained the issue she was having with her phone. Store representative, who was helping her, told her she needed to replace the SIM card. He gave a new one and since he said he could not touch her phone, watched her replace it. While she was replacing it he said that this was not going to work as he thinks that her iPhone XR issue. He further stated that this is known issue with iPhone XR and told her to go to Apple store and have them resolve Her issue. In the mean time phone stopped working due to new SIM card not being activated and he said there was nothing he could do. My daughter came home with a phone which was not working and all hysterical. To make this story short, it took 2.5 hours at Apple store and another hour at another Verizon store, plus a call to Verizon customer service to resolve it. All was needed is to activate new SIM card.I’m very disappointed in the service received at Vernon Hills Verizon store and will never go back there and tell everyone about the horrible store and the lack of service they offer.I expected better customer support and more knowledgeable staff from the company that Ive been part of for the past 12 years or more. This is just plain ridiculous!

Decided to call a different store and the man was so helpful and walked us through it. BTW it was not easy. Verizon redeemed itself at a different location. Kudos to Edgar in Lake Bluff.

Went in because my phone won’t make or receive calls. The woman told me I should just dial *611 and have them ping my antenna...yet my phone won’t make calls. Then I said I just wanted to upgrade my phone and was told my phone didn’t qualify for the newest iPhone model because the back was cracked, but their website says you can trade in old and damaged phones. It was the worst customer service ever.

Poor customer service! I was looking to become a Verizon customer (not so sure anymore) and had a few questions first. I called this store and have been on hold waiting to ask a quick question for over 25 minutes (and still counting). I have not even briefly spoke with one person yet. I might as well keep my Sprint (now T-Mobile) service for cheaper since both of your customer service sucks! I can only imagine how bad their customer service is after signing a contract with them if it is this bad during first impressions as a prospective customer they are trying to lure in. UNACCEPTABLE!

Extremely poor customer service. My daughter came in today to get her phone upgraded. As soon as she walked in the door, she was rudely treated by some lady associate. Yes, she looks young, but no way should you be looking down at her. I hope you work on commission, you just lost not only the sale on her phone but the sale on 2 other phones today lady, since my and my husbands phones are due for an upgrade. Maybe next time you learn to treat your customers better. I used to like coming to this Verizon since they were kind and seemed to know their phones, but now that I know how they treat the younger generation, Ive had a change of heart. Definitely steering away from this store.

I would like customer service to be aware of the exceptional service I received at the Verizon store in Vernon Hills, IL. Aaron went above and beyond in taking his time explaining everything that had to be done with my parents very old and now none working cell phones. They had also forgotten all passwords, so things were exceptionally difficult. Mary, the manager saved the day when she was able to determine how to change the phones over. While all of this was occurring, Brittney and Dayonna were also extremely supportive of a very stressful situation. These four individuals SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED for the time and courtesy they showed me yesterday and today in their store.

Came into Verizon to look at some devices and didn’t have any intention of purchasing anything. Mary the solutions specialist introduced herself and is the best person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. She takes charge of any obstacles or problems and has a winning “make it happen attitude.” I love her contagious energy and she is an expert in her field along with tons of knowledge when it comes to anything in the store. We just switched from sprint back to Verizon. The day we were there they told us a 20 minute wait. We waited an hour. I needed to turn my old phones in for the promotion today and when I got there, the walk in was complete ice. There’s nothing to hang on to and with even walking slow I almost slipped. I told the guy checking in and he said that it’s always happening and they told someone. They should have salt in hand if that always happens so that people don’t need to bust their skull open to get service. It took 5 min to even check in this morning at 10:15 on a Wednesday morning and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait...again. I didn’t have the time to make turning in phones turn into an hour ordeal. I already spent 3.5 hours there Friday. I understand they need to give their sales pitch but come on, have enough employees for appropriate service. And it’s obvious I’m not the only one seeing the other reviews. Not looking forward to this customer service from now on. So now I ha e to take more time out of my day today to come on, ugh

As a family, we have been making a lot of changes with our phones lately - phone upgrade, adding a line, adjusting a plan based on a life event. I have been so pleased with the staff at Verizon - Vernon Hills each time I’ve gone in. They are friendly, helpful, and definitely know what they are doing. I have dealt with a few different staff members and have had the same excellent level of service. I must say that Andre has absolutely gone above and beyond during multiple visits! This is a really good Verizon store. They have a lot of different phones and tablets and such that you can test out. The place is very clean. The workers are very friendly and fast and they seem to help each other out whenever possible to get things done faster and better. They don’t force you to get anything. They give you different suggestions on what your options are and don’t push you to make a decision.

Amazing how a place can look so clean and service be trash. I had to call customer service to complain and go to another location. Please know all of your promotions instead of telling your customers they are lying. Also, you have a female staff that is very rude and immature. She should probably be in food service instead of customer service. I look forward to your feedback as when I called to give mine, the staff laughed.

2019:Very poor customer service at this Corporate store.2021 update:Decided to give this store another try due to convenience at the time, but definitely regret giving this store the benefit of the doubt and another chance. I would lower my review for this location in a heartbeat if that was an option. After various visits, I strongly believe this store represents the Verizon name in an immensely negative light. Subpar customer service, and thats easily an understatement. From the instance I walked in, I was treated in certain ways which was not the case at the prior 2 Verizon locations Ive visited recently. Additionally, they provided inaccurate info. The sad thing is that this is a corporate store. My recommendation, Verizon corporate management really needs to do a better job in training the unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unhelpful representatives at this location. Things havent changed in 2 year so I doubt theyre going to at this store. My recommendation, dont waste your time with the incompetence and lack of customer service provided here. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further if you value customer service at all and are considering Verizon.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Walked in 3 employees all looked confused and lost. I was greeted after 15 minutes of standing there. After 35 minutes, I saw them keep telling google to change the music because clearly that’s more important than a customer wanting to switch carriers to Verizon from Tmobile. After 40 minutes and no follow up. I walked out. Awful staff, Unknowledgeable on there product and programs they offer, no customer based skills, I think my son that is 3 years old could do a better job than all 3 of them combined.

The Verizon in Mundelein is much more knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to knowledge of product and customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Mary the person that “helped” us lied about most of the things She told us along with major misinformation that ended up with us loosing money and time. It took over 7 hours combined at ANOTHER location to undue not even ALL of the things she caused. When I called the store the associate Jeff I think was his name was EXTREMELY rude and turned it around on us. We hoped we could get our money back but instead he blamed it on us and told us he would “talk to Mary” & didn’t even apologize. Don’t waste your money or time at this store and go to the one by sunset in Libertyville. Person there was nice & more helpful then the snakes at that location.

I want to start this review by saying this is the same reason we left Verizon to begin with. We were promised certain prices on our upgraded phones. By the time the bill came the the prices for the phones per month was higher and when we went into the store to get it sorted out we were told, “I’m not sure why someone would tell you that but sorry there is nothing we can do”. So we canceled our service and went elsewhere. Fast forward 4 years or so and we went to switch back to Verizon because the phone service is just all around better. Our first mistake was going back to the same store, mainly because it’s the closest. I went in the first day. Was promised 200 dollars per line for switching over companies and then they had the BOGO deal as well on the phones. Was also told even if we use the bogo deal we would still get a prepaid card for the lines that weren’t getting the free phone. Erin, the guy who quoted us, literally went to the back and checked to make sure everything was up to date and a go. We were happy with everything he was telling us and I brought my family in the very next day. Of course Erin was gone and another lady helped us out. I showed her what I was promised and she proceeded to tell me the that one of promotions had been over for a few weeks. So basically no pre paid cards if you use bogo deal. That means the 400/600 dollars that we were expecting to get was no more. Also when I asked Erin for a quote he forgot to mention there was a 40 dollar activation fee per line as well as the 15 dollars in fees per line. I understand there are hidden fees everywhere but if I asked for quote, it is probably something you should mention. The “manager” was listening in the entire time and when the lady looked at him because she was lost he hit us with the “SORRY THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO”. Nothing you can do? There are plenty of things as a manager you could have done, waived activation fees, given us some free accessories, literally anything! We just brought 4 lines over bought 4 phones and a bunch of accessories and you couldn’t do anything? What a joke! With all this being said we still signed up because we needed the service and my whole family was already in the store and ready to go from what we were promised the day before. Moral of this review is go ahead and upgrade to Verizon, just don’t do it at this location. If you do decide to visit this location remember to bring condoms, because they will be screwing you.

Walked in to buy outright a Pixel 3XL. Got talked into the bundle. They were going to charge the upgrade fee AND the activation fee, and would not budge. Asked what was the difference from buying direct from Google. Rep told me nothing. So I walked out and was going to buy online. As I was driving home, the rep called me and told me they realized they could waive the fees. Bought from Verizon in Woodfield instead. Rep helping me there was super helpful and flexible in what I wanted to do with my bundle.

Asked how long it would take and replied with, “in about a minute or so” waited for another ten minutes. Not very prompt with service. My wife & I ordered a new Samsung Galaxy S10+ online and were able to pick it up at this location on the same day.Got to the store and didnt have trouble picking up the phone until we were told by the sales representative that he didnt know how to put the invisible shield on the screen. It was more so the phrasing of the sales representative stating that, he just wasnt good at putting the screen protector on the phone. Sounds more of an excuse that he clearly did not want to deal with it due to the fact that it was Black Friday!Could you imagine working somewhere and telling your customer your not good at your job?Of course we were also not told on the level of difficulty of placing this particular screen protector on and the one we have is no longer good!!!We will definitely be stopping by again to see what the store will be doing to correct this issue but word of advice, do not leave the store until all your issues have been solved, especially since your spending money for that service!!!!***Update 12-2-19, Initial stars given were 2***So after returning to the store and giving the store one last opportunity to rectify this issue, my wife was greeted by an employee named Mary.Mary took the time to address all of our concerns and resolved all the issues at hand. My wife also stated Mary made the trip back to the store a fun experience!Hopefully other certain employees will follow suit and we will give this store another opportunity in the future.

Best experience ever! I couldnt have asked for better customer service. I had nightmare issues that couldnt be resolved over several conversations with phone techs virtually. I finally went into the store & Hunter was incredibly patient, positive, smart, and knocked each issue off my nightmare list one by one. I got a smart watch at the Northbrook location, (who has a guy who just isnt very nice and friendly. Never smiles, and is rigid, hard facts no help type, (sorry). )Anyway, Northbrook is closer to my home. But I am all about customer service and that store wasnt doing it... So I went to Vernon hills. Yes. It was a little bit of a wait,like 20 mins,. But then Mary came to help us and was nice, honest, helpful, and willing to listen and solve the problem. She helped and promised to explain how to pair and use and get the most out of my smart watch.So Im going back today to get it taken care of. Update on how that went to come... Stay tuned

I just wanted to say I came into this Verizon store about a week ago for the first time, I was having trouble with a brand new phone I had just gotten a day before, Vinh, who works for this Verizon store was absolutely awesome!!! He helped me with everything, no problem. He set up my new phone, transferred all my contacts and apps. I give Vihn definitely two thumbs up! Im back again today and Parker, who also works at this store is helping me today. He is absolutely awesome too. I love this Verizon store. Everybody that works here is friendly, knowledgeable, nice, and takes their time to help you. I would recommend anybody with Verizon in this area, please stop by this store. I am a verizon wireless customers with a special account and stopped by at the store in Vernon Hills IL. I wanted to buy a Pixel 3a to replace my old pixel phone. The sales representative told me he couldnt sell me a phone BC he was not able to look up the phone account. It is so ridiculous that Verizon is still living in the past. Now a day, you could buy any phone at places like best buy, Google store etc. So I went to best buy to buy the pixel phone and activated myself. The guy said, they dont make money on selling phone and only make money in selling services. Therefore he was not interested in selling me a phone without upgrade my plan. Very poor customer services! Need to change or will loose existing customers. It is not like 10 years ago, where you can only activate Verizon phone in verizon services plan. Most phones are unlocked and can be used without wasting times with upgrade.

I came in two days ago and was lied to about a promotion. I was told I could get an IPhone XS Max and get a free iPhone XR with purchase when I got two lines. I went through the trouble of driving a half hour to Vernon Hills to get my phone plan switched over only to be told that promotion didn’t exist even when the employee had told me that the promotion started on the 13th and to come back in the and he’d sign me up with that. I come in today and the manager Henry and another employee told me that promotion never existed and that nobody has prior knowledge of promotions. So they called me a liar on top of lying to me in the first place. The manager also refused to contact the employee who was working at a different store to see why he would tell me that. It makes me very angry knowing that everybody who works at this location is dishonest and/or doesn’t know what they’re talking about. You’d expect that an employee would have knowledge of a promotion considering it’s their job to sell said promotion. I will not be coming back to this location in the future and will probably end up taking my business elsewhere. Do not come here if you expect the truth from any of the employees or the manager for that manner as they’re just trying to hustle you for a quick buck.

First visit I was told to go to a battery storeI go to the battery store they tell me to charge it it’s not the battery, I charge it it doesn’t hold charge now they sell me a $41 battery, Verizon orbic journey still doesn’t work, I go back to store they sell me new phone two day delivery for free and two day Delivery it will be set up to work, it doesn’t work, I go back to the store, they say they are not allowed to touch the device, I call customer service 50 minutes later the agent doesn’t know how to set up device and I get disconnected, I’ll call back in and get busy signals if this is the new normal they will end up like lord and Taylor closed and shuttered

Very unprofessional!!! Including the manager! I ordered online and went to the store to pick the phones. I was told that it had not been approved yet and that I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A HOUR later I finally reach someone and they said the store had to approve it. He asked to speak to the manager. The manager refused. Then the manager said its not our fault there is a fraud alert on there. Why didnt you tell me that a hour ago!!!!!!! Then all the sales people decided to sit there and whisper. Terrible! Went in to have my Zagg replacement phone shield put on, as Ive done at my Verizon store in Milwaukee. The employees/manager were all talking to each other, with no customers in the store. I went up to their desk and asked them if they could put this on for me. They were very rude and just said, well I dont know how to do that and kept their conversations among themselves. Okay, well I dont either, but I dont work at a Verizon store...maybe if theyd focus on customer service rather than gossiping amongst each other Id recommend Verizon, but because of this encounter is the ultimate reason I will be switching cell phone providers and to get better customer service and a better price.

Severely LackingThis is one of the most incompetent places in the Northwest Suburbs . My family has shopped there for years due to convenience but they truly do not know how to do their jobs. I asked for a detailed printed receipt of purchase and they said they couldnt do it/it wasnt possible. I called the Gurnee store later that day and they had it printed and emailed within 5 minutes. During my last shopping experience, I worked with literally 8 different employees at their store, including 2 managers, and only one was able to actually help me (he apparently has left since, understandably). For years this store has been unfriendly to its customers and just terrible at actually performing on the job.They are not friendly, struggle with minimal

Theres something about Mary!Ive been a Verizon customer for years and I had been considering finding a new provider due to the poor customer service Id received at my nearest location (I dont want to name any names, but lets just say it starts with a North and ends with a Brook 😅). I often left there confused, dissatisfied and feeling like I just got the run around from a greezy car mechanic... telling me I need this and I need that, taking advantage of my non-existent technical aptitude, as well as my elderly mothers!My phone had been acting squirrelly for the last few months and it just totally froze up on me while I happened to be in Vernon Hills. I found a location there and I was greeted by Mary. THANK GOD!Mary spoke in simple terminology I could understand. She found apps in my phone that were creating my phone to freeze and was draining my battery at an alarming rate. As well, she taught me my phone could be used as a hotspot! That was news to me considering I was told before I needed a Jetpack to fuel my laptop. 😡 Beyond that, she adjusted my plan which now makes so much more sense now. Mary made some suggestions regarding when and what I should do next as far as updating to a new phone that made perfect sense to me. But overall, Mary restored my faith in Verizon! Ill be picking up my new Galaxy S10 soon... and Ill happily be driving a few extra miles to Vernon Hills to deal with Mary! Thanks You Again!

New connection by porting. Bad experience. nothing happens without calling them. No Email ID to send an issue. 100s of departments, your call get transferred to at least 3 agents before they get a clue on your issue. good luck. But like their online portal and app.

I wish I could rate this store less than one star.Everything was great in the store, the staff was friendly, the wait wasnt too long, they had great package deals.However, I was told I only had to pay $150 for my iPhone, nothing else. If I wanted insurance then Id have to pay the small monthly fee. In actuality I paid $150 in the store, then I was STUCK with monthly payments to pay for my $600+ phone. The only reason I found out I had monthly payments for an entire phone was through my monthly statement. I hate this store.After calling Verizon, itself, not the store- they told me this is not the first time they heard of this happening.Such a let down.

Earlier today, I attempted to buy an iPhone XR, and I thought it would be a good idea to buy it in-store, as Im in immediate need of a new phone.So when I entered the store, I asked for a phone upgrade, and they made me wait for 30 minutes. Then, the clerk kept on forcing promotions down my throat - wireless charging pads, phone cases, accessories, etc. After all of this, she told me that they didnt have my phone in stock...And then I decided to order in-store. Honestly, I shouldve stayed at home and ordered from my computer because what comes next is absurd: I tell the clerk that I want an iPhone XR 64gb, and she adds up my total and everything, and I pay, leaving the store thinking that I would get my phone in about two days. Later, Verizon emails me with my receipt, and there are charges that the clerk added on without notifying me. There were upgrade fees, optional warranty fees, and to top it off, she ordered the wrong iPhone which costed significantly more. After this, I was on the phone for another hour trying to cancel the order.What Ive learned from this experience is that people are willing to cheat others for their own benefit. I understand that the clerk probably didnt get any sales in for the day, and I came right before closing time, so she tried to collect a few more bags. But Its disheartening - spending my money without receiving a fair return.

This particular store has a policy of giving duplicate UPS Labels for multiple phone returns resulting in multiple packages having the same tracking number. This policy has caused lost phones as UPS only has proof of delivery for 1 out of many parcels. Spoke to Mary about this issue and she was unwilling or unable to provide a remedy

I came into the store last Sunday and waited over an hour to be helped. Two of the associates saw me walk in and the manager completely ignored me. Thirty minutes later another family walked in and the manager said Hello we will be with you in a minute. After five or ten mins they were checked in, and still I was not helped or not even checked in. Than almost fifteen mins later one of the associates was done and was about to help the other family, when finally the manager came over and asked if I was helped and I said no. At this point that associate came and said that I was here first and the manager dismissed this and told me I would have to wait for the third associate to come back from lunch. When he finally did come back it seemed like nobody cared about the problem I was having and kept telling me that the problem was because my phone was cracked, even though it was working fine with it cracked for almost three months. After this Sunday this is the last time I go to this store for anything related to my phone or watch. I have never seen this store act or treat a customer like this in the past two years. Really dissappointed!!!

Had a half an hour wait to be helped initially. The store was not crowded. Staff was incompetent, including manager and messed up setting up my account. Simply wanted to add a line (as well as purchase a new phone) and make my plan a family plan. Was in the store for two hours while they could not set up the phone and didnt merge my prior account with the new one. Left with a promise from the manager that the problem will be taken care of today and the phone was good to go. That was untrue as I had to call Verizon and have them fix the mistake. it took them three hours on the phone with customer service to rectify how bad they messed up my account when I added a line and made it a family plan. I would not go back there again and would recommend another store if you really wanted Verizon service/phones.

No need to buy products here. Deal directly with Apple, Galaxy, etc. and receive much better service! They are a 3rd party dealer, you will get better and more accurate service directly from the manufacturer of your product. Call Verizon directly to set up your products. Critical information not passed on to me: there ARE re-stocking fees for products returned, they DO NOT have replacement iphones there for defectives, you can get a defective replacement same day from Apple store not this store, replacement iphones are USED/REFURBISHED and they ship them to you the next day. Im glad to see some people have had a good experience here but I have had too many bad experiences with this store over the past 5 years and will not give them any more of my business. 1 or 2 of the people over the past several years have been nice but there is an overall sense of malaise and both the managers I have dealt with have not been friendly. Actually, they act crabby all the times Ive been there.

We transfer to Verizon just because of promo that will suit our budget but instead the outcome become horrible its more than what we pay every month and theres a lot of hidden fee that never in our front explained before, also verizon NEVER as in NEVER will forgive you to consider if you over of 0001.0 over of your plan they are like a god, I will never go back to verizon again as in never, also with this location, the phone operator, salesman, specially the two (look like asian & Indian) store manager or head of this store are big liar when we talked to them to cut and pay the rest of our contract they said heres your balance, in short word we paid the total that they showed to us, heres the experience that will never forget, then every month we received an invoice that saying we have left from our contract so we paid again and again and again till we reach 4 months just to settle and get out of this horrible service center, its a delaying tactic just not to transfer to any carrier, every visit before they transfer us and wait to some personnel or salesperson who ever is available but in the end the GM told us its all good and nothing to worry all are been carried off but then after a month here we go again of another bills or invoice so i will never advise to any one to go to this place, so for me enough of one time experience.

I really wish zero stars was an option. A verizon customer goes into the store to reconnect a wrongfully suspended phone. The rep reconnected the device but told the customer that the only information he could transfer was contacts. The reps name is Gurpreet Bains. Transferring content from samsung to samsung is as simple as using an app and connecting the two phones and requires all but maybe five minutes of attention and then the process completes its self. If you have a rep who cannot confidently operate basic functions of a smartphone then maybe he shouldnt be selling them in the first place.

I called the store ahead to make sure they have the Samsung Galasy s6 (white) in stock. The man who answered was polite, and said they do have them in stock, and I should also consider the Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge. We got to the store, they told us there is waiting time to be helped, 20 minutes. We sat down, and had to wait an HOUR juts to have someone help us. An agent, a woman, finally came to help. I asked her for a little information on the Edge, since her collegue had recommended it. She only said that she likes simple phones and she is happy with the S6. She didnt even give us any information on the edge. Then we get charged an extra fee (now for all customers) to do your upgrade. Not happy with service, before they charge they should make sure they always treat customers well and at least try to give a bit of information on their products.

Worst experience I have ever had. I had an issue with my phone, was not connecting to the network, it is an older phone, but I have an extended warranty on it.It took an hour before they even looked in my account to see that, then since I am a cash only customer, no idea why, the manager informed in quite loudly that because of my credit status, they would have to confiscate the phone and send me a replacement out from the warehouse since my phone was so OLDWhen I asked why they didnt replace it in the store, he rudely said your credit status makes it have to come from the warehouse, and we take your phone now. SO I am without a phone, no loaner offered any any empathy on not being able to actually use my phone for work like I need to, insulted, and made to look like a complete low life.I will never step foot in that store again, I will drive the extra 10 mins to libertyville and go there. Where at least the employees are well dressed, knowledgeable and willing to help the customer not treat them like a number...
