Last night my wife and I were looking for a T-mobile to get the new phones. (Galaxy S21 Ultra and IPhone 12 Pro Max) We went to a couple different places, but none of the other T-mobiles had very good customer service. So our last stop was in Vernon Hills and we made it just in time before closing. One of the employers named Branden did a fantastic job helping us out setting up with the new phones! He took his time to show us every information about the new phones and he was very friendly and helpful! Thank you for helping us Branden!

Walked in and nobody came to check me in. I stood around for about 10 minutes until someone noticed ive been here for a while and checked me in. Then another 15 20 minute wait until someone got to me... Overall everyone wasnt too busy and were just standing around looking at me. Not too happy with the customer service of this location.
If there was a 0 star rating, I’d put that. I walked in the store and waited 20 mins before I was greeted at all. The agents looked at me and then looked away when I was waiting to be helped. I worked with Diego and he was the rudest person, along with having no knowledge. Do not go to this T-Mobile store. There are plenty others to go to so I highly recommend going somewhere else and avoiding this store at all costs. If you go to this store and see that you get Diego, get ready to be disappointed and frustrated.
Dont visit this place was told pay my past due amount so I can add another line so I did. Paid 425.00 got approved 1 HOUR later the person helping me EVA a supposedly a Tmobile expert said I need to pay another 278.00 besides the price of the phone. Two other employees in the store had no idea whats going on either standing there like status no apology no customer service and inaccurate information. I have never in my life wrote any reviews but this place deserves 0 stars
This was the worst experience I have had there. they wasted my time and time of other customers who walked out. the customer service definately has suffered. they dont follow their own rules on social distancing but yell at the customers about it. none of their associates that were there that night knew what they are doing. they kept asking each other how to do things while interrupting customers. i was there for 1.5 hours and walked out with no resolution.
Bought a phone that was not in stock, so was told we could ship to our house and have it in a few days. Turns out this was not correct and phone was still being processed and not even shipped 5 days later. Had to call back store, get them to get the phone since we needed it sooner then when it would have been mailed. Then had to go through the hassle of canceling the other phone and buying the one we got at the store. Wasnt impressed with how it was handled though I do appreciate that they got the phone to their store the day I called. They need to be more up front about how long shipping will be so that customers dont get upset. We wouldnt have bought it that day if we would have known.
I switched over from AT&T to T-Mobile with Roman. It started off okay but he neglected to register my SIM card. My phone did not work and I had to go back the next day to complete the transaction so far I am not impressed.

Cesar Jorge Kim were Awesome kind patient when I came in to buy s 9. Answered every question. Never rushed. Made explained everything thoroughly. Different story last year. I know u have to promote but please promote these 3 n leave them here so EVERYONE gets PLATINUM service I received. All 3 very knowledgeable. The absolute smoothest Best experience ever when upgrading my phones and I always stick with Samsung n Tmobile. These 3 need to train all your other stores in customer service.
Pretty good service here.. just a little hard to get to with the wonky parking lot.. Standard t-mob phone options but the person helping us was friendly and knowledgeable.
The place is very nice. Everything is clean. The workers are friendly however partially answer on my questions. They should be better trained.
They are pushing the Note9 pre-order with trade in, but cannot provide any paperwork showing how much of a discount you will receive... Even after I called back and was promised such paperwork when I showed up - no such paperwork was provided, but I was told that theyll take care of everything, but want me to sign an agreement saying that I agree to pay full price for the phone.Seems very shady especially since T-Mobiles own website allows you to see everything clear. I will stay away from that store.
Highly recommend this store, very curious, friendly, happy and professional staff that try to help you to get what you want and what you need. Very satisfied and pleased
Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Too busy on their own phones to help out the customers walking in. Ask a question and no response. Faces glued to their phones. Its amazing people get paid to do nothing these days. One thing, T-Mobile already has bad service compared to the other phone companies but to have bad customer service. You would think they could get one thing right, hiring people that know what work is. I wouldnt recommend T-Mobile in general but this store specifically, I would not recommend.
I bought a note 5 from them and phone kept over heating and screen from inside conveyed a slight hair line crack due to the over heating. The screen got soo hot that it appeared to be melting every time I quick charge it. I had the phone less than 7 days and they wouldnt return it. The lady that worked there said that it has been damaged. There were no signs of outer physical damage and she told me that I was stuck with the phone nor did she try to help me.This place sucks. No one else in this location tried to help.

Terrible experience and ridiculous customer service. Store associate Olga, misrepresent entire deal, did not do her job properly. Promised 1 thing at reality completely different story. After calling customer service, I finally got all lined up. I do not recommend this place at all, will never come back.

Always an issue.1. Bought phones from here 2 years ago. Took 4 hours from start to finish.2. Went in here with a phone purchased new in the box off the Ebay. The vendor sold me an ATT phone that had Tmobile on the box. Took 2 hours for them to determine this.3. Went in to ask about an old Samsung tablet and what kind of charging cable I needed. Was given bad information. Purchased the cable she instructed and it is incorrect. I asked her if we could test it and she plugged in a cable but didnt actually make sure it would turn on my device, so now I have to return that cable and go somewhere else to find the right cable. Waste of gas and time.Honestly, its always the same girl. I dont get it. If you hate your job so much, stop working there. She acts like she can look at a device and know all the specs and details. She should turn things on and do the proper code entry to get real info and save customers hours of time. She should have just plugged in the cable today to be sure. This store is always packed and has a wait because of its location. Its not that anyone here is mean or rude, but Tmobile needs better training for people.
