Currently the name of the manager is Tina. I only wished all of the retail outlets I visit had a manager as nice, helpful, and knowledgeable as she is. The same mall has Vision Works who act like their doing you a favor by taking your business.

Very poor customer service, from managers appearance to negative and pushy attitude. The atmosphere in the store is tense and pushes people away. Manager needs to clean herself up and look more presentable, after all she is the face that represents the company.Kim introduced herself as soon as I walked in. I preferred to look on my own first. Then Kim proceeded to tell her employee off in front of others. There were other people in the store, besides me. She sounded rude and unprofessional. I felt sorry for the girl that was working with her. I decided to walk away. I hope that the company does a better job at training their management of appropriate professionalism and appearance.

I called JC Penney to order a replacement pair of glasses. As a repeat customer I expected this to be routine. I was informed that unless I had a JC Penney credit card I would have to come in personally and pay before the order could be placed. VISA and Discover were unacceptable alternatives. I decided to go with an alternative source as my insurance provides me with a free exam.

Got a pair of glasses recently. Everything went smoothly.Edit. Yeah I regret buying glasses here .Stay away people . Use warby Parker or Zenni optical instead. This place is just a cash grab.

I needed repair on 6 month old frames, which were purchased at this location. They took my glasses for several days before calling to pick up. At this point they told me the glasses were not repairable, and the price for replacement frames quickly went from $157 to $171 to $200. Five minutes with youtube and a paperclip and I had them as good as new. They are either incompetant or crooked.

Horrible place to get glasses. Overpriced,rude staff, a 2-3+ week wait for your glasses. Small selection of frames. Prices quoted change -depending on salesperson. and worst of all, poor fitting after you get them, and they may or may not have been made right. several times I have had to send a pair back. Run away! Go to Walmart, Costco - anywhere else.

Kim the new manager has awesome customer service ... goes above and beyond .. definately recommend the eyeglass insurance its better than paying full price for a new pair of glasses!

Do not buy glasses here. Horrible customer service. They messed up my daughters glasses and didnt seem to care at all that she had to wait an additional 3 weeks for them to fix it. Avoid at all costs.
