When I called to ask when I could pick up my order, I was told there had been an insurance problem and that insurance had processed the order 15 days later. I contacted my insurance and they told me that the problem was My Eye Dr. Besides lying to me, they made me waste my time making a pointless claim to my insurance company.Now I have my glasses, but I dont know which filter was included or not included, which means that I cannot use them in front of a computer because it reflects the light (and I was very clear at the time of placing my order that I wanted my new glases to be made exactly like they had made the previous ones). I have been a MyEyeDr customer for years and this has been the worst experience.

They rushed my appointment, didn’t get my prescription correct, and billed my insurance wrong. 👍

Great service. Amazing staff. The staff is so nice. I am low income and the worked with me and my husband insurance so we didn’t have to pay much for my husband’s glasses.

They messed up my repair X2. Did not followup.and 4 days later the link they provided here is 404 Error

I loved the service. Everyone is very friendly and unusually helpful. They made my visit comfortable enough to ask any questions. It’s a fun place with a great selection - and affordable pricing. I’ll be back!!

I love the staff!! The are extremely friendly and professional! The were very thorough in my exam and found me a pair of glasses that fit my face perfectly. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We did our daughter’s kindergarten eye exam here. The staff was very helpful with making my nervous daughter feel more comfortable. I also took my 3 year old twins and the staff offered to keep them occupied during the exam. Dr. Nesbit was very patient and reassuring with my daughter.

I had my annual checkup and everyone was extremely friendly. I didn’t feel rushed and they all made me feel so comfortable. I had a huge variety of beautiful frames to choose from. I would highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Vernon Hills.

Brand new facility and friendly staff. I went for a contact lens fitting (I’m a previous contact wearer). The overall quality of care is very good, but there was an administrative mix up with ordering trial lenses (they ordered + instead of -), so I had to go back for another fitting and it was a little difficult to find a time that worked.

Very helpful staff, promotions for non-insurance patients were great! Dr. Nesbitt is wonderful.
