This was a great experience. I took a little survey of my preferences,i.e.whether Im a side sleeper, back sleeper or stomach sleeper. Also considered was what my budget was and what was my comfort level as far as firm or plush. This is all to help one pick out the perfect mattress. After I made my purchase, I had to change my delivery date and an item in my order, Stanley was very accommodating to what I needed modified. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

When mattress shopping, I have had excellent customer service from Mattress Firm in the past.After meeting Steve, I found that he was extremely knowledgeable and an asset to your company!I walked in to buy a Stearns & Foster mattress and was advised to test various types.I did, and found the information to be exactly as he had told me! I was surprised and walked out an extremely happy customer, once again.

The bed is nice quality, but a little pricey for a twin, and $100 delivery is way to high, but I needed it quickly for my 94 year old mother. Stanley Yusciewitz knows your product and is a good salesman. Last but not least, the $79 platform frame is a joke, its worth about $20. There is nothing on the frame to keep the light weight mattress from sliding off. If I had known that I might have walked. Live and learn.

I hesitated shopping for a SOFT bed in a store named Mattress Firm. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Steve when I entered the store. He asked me a few questions on what I was looking for in a bed. I have problems with hip soreness due to pressure points in my present bed. Steve walked me over to the perfect bed on his first try. Nothing else in the store or any other store compared! Steve also educated me on what to look for in a quality bed. Very positive shopping experience. I would definitely ask for Steve if you are bed shopping.

This store is absolutely amazing!!! We just bought a home in Vero Beach and was sleeping on an air mattress the first night. We went out furniture shopping the next day and the furniture store couldn’t delivery for a few days. Well my husband was determined to take home a mattress that day. He went into this store and Steve was amazing!! So we purchased the mattress and box springs, they tied it to our truck and Dan and Ronnie followed us back home to help unload it. We also purchased two other mattresses for the spare bedrooms and Dan got them loaded and followed us home again to unload them. If course it decided to downpour on our way home, but the mattresses where wrapped in plastic do they stayed dry. Poor Dan and my husband got soaked unloading them though. This store went beyond customer service!! Again, THANK YOU so much for helping us with our purchases!!!!

We started looking for new adjustable bedding at Mattress Firm in Vero Beach, FL. On our first trip we met Stephen McKeague the salesman on duty that day. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very engaging. He spent over an hour with us asking many sleep questions in order to better understand what we were looking for in a bed. We told him that we were from Virginia and really just looking for now, but he still stayed with us to make sure we fully understood the adjustable bed would be best for each of us. He also told us even though we from VA that he could still handle our account. Me being a retired sales person I really appreciated his professionalism. After another trip to the store he remembered everything about us and our concerns and we were able to make a purchase. He knew that we were not going to be back home for awhile and just told us to give him a call when we were. Now here is another great part about Mattress Firm. While we were in Myrtle Beach we went by the local store there just be sure we had made the right decision and even though we had already made a purchase in FL they were very helpful In looking up our order so they could point us in the right area of the show room. They answered all of our questions and treated us like we were going to buy a bed there. A couple of weeks later Mattress Firm because they were having another sale and were able to change our order to hybrid beds and save money and beds that better suited our needs. My household consists of 3 disabled adults with various degrees of neurological and spinal issues. Our beds make our issues worse. In the morning its difficult to get up and going. I have been advised by my Drs. That we get better beds. Budgeting was keeping us from that. With the Black Friday sales, many stores were selling mattresses and beds. We started out at Rooms To Go. Me being in a wheelchair it was very tight to maneuver. We tried to ask some questions. No one acknowledged us! Just kept excusing themselves as they squeezed by us. We left! We were looking for information!We saw Mattress Firm next door. It wasnt as crowded and we went in to look around. The employees were busy but acknowledged us immediately. I know theres two mattress firms in Vero but theres one that has two men in it they are the absolute worst worst salesman personalities could care less about you people that Ive ever seen on top of that 3 years ago I bought the bed that cost me $6,000 and its the most uncomfortable thing in the world. Went in to buy a purple pillow which by the way is fantastic but it took me 30 minutes to get it just saying you need new men in your store
