I needed a new remote. I contacted Sleep Number through messaging. Shaun in Vero texted me for the information. He advised me that they didn’t have any in stock but he could order me one and have it delivered to my home. The process from start to finish with Shaun was approximately five minutes. And I didn’t have to step one foot in the store. Awesome customer service!

Buying a bed like this is like buying a car; I went back a second time to make my final decision; Ashley was so helpful, patient and kind very pleasant, I went after work she stayed late and did not rush me. Justin has been very helpful too after the purchase. They provide exceptional customer service Our bed was just delivered today and I will definitely come back to give our 30 day review.Very Happy so Far!

Justin was a dream of a salesperson. Showed us models that we specifically asked for, ranged down in price when we told him what we wanted to spend, explained differences with no pressure and gave us time to lay and discuss each item. He worked well for the company also by up selling several items from sheets, pillows, etc. Some could be bought cheaper elsewhere, but when our bed is delivered and set up well have everything we need. He honored advertised discounts without condions or hassles and since it was Memorial Day even got a Veterans discount too! Also I mentioned that a family member had referred us and they $100 coupon!

Had such an incredible experience at Sleep Number. We purchased one of the beds for my dad to help him sleep better and he could not be happier. Tiffany was so knowledgeable about all of the beds and helped pick a bed that would be best for him. The individualized recommendations she provided made a huge difference, she wasn’t “selling” us a product, she was helped us pick something that would actually make a difference. We went in unsure because it is an investment, and Tiffany made it such a positive experience. If you are at all interested in a sleep number bed, definitely go in the store and talk with Tiffany. It’s worth it!

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The associate that assisted me also seemed interested in saving me $ even if it cut into her sales. You dont see that every day.
