Such an amazing place. I’m so glad I happened to stop on through because I found a hidden gem. The people are fantastic but not even as amazing as the coffee and gelato.If you haven’t been here you definitely should. If you THINK you know coffee or espresso then stop into the this shop to have you socks blown off

If I could give -5 stars I would. My husband is a disabled veteran with a ADA certified service dog. When we walked in a server sitting in the front told us she couldn’t come in. When we said she was a service dog they were very rude to us. Our service dog was also wearing a service vest. My husband said we have her identification if you want (which by law we don’t have to show) or I can just take my business elsewhere. Then from back behind the counter a man yelled at us to take our business elsewhere. And said they are having problems. We were discriminated against and treated like trash. My husband served this country and this is the way this business treats veterans. Deplorable, Absolutely unacceptable. Refusal to provide equal access to people with disabilities with service animals is a federal civil rights violation provided by the American disability act of 1990.

The barista here is so nice and makes GREAT lattes. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I wish my vacation wasnt over so soon just so I could come back here for more coffee! If youre in the area check this place out

New to Vero Beach and Googled best coffee. What a great find! Vero Caffe is very clean, has high quality and delicious coffees, expresso, baked goods (including quiche) and the best tasting Gelato Ive ever had.(found out the owner took classes on Italy) Highly recommend this Caffe! 5 plus Stars

Joe and Anastasia were both very kind to us and made wonderful coffee and food that followed with equally enjoyable conversation. The crepes were not only filling, but brimming with flavor. The coffee was energizing and refreshing, the quality of which puts starbucks to shame. We finished off with Gelato (which Joe learned how to make in Italy) and it made us ready to endure a sunny day at the beach. Lovely little shop that I hope you stop by!

It was a pleasure to meet someone who is passionate about their ingredients and their craft. I enjoyed an excellent flat white coffee, made with carefully sourced and roasted beans, and the most authentic and delicious gelato. We shared a delicious latte and their baked goods and gelato are simply scrumptious. She also shared some local highlights which we found very helpful being first time visitors to Vero Beach!

This place is a real find on the island. Outside seating during these times is perfect and the server was great! The quiche was phenomenal and the coffee was great. This is the best key lime pie on the island.

I love this place, some of the best espresso I have ever had and I have had my fair share of espresso... Not to mention the banana bread with walnuts, pecans and a hint of cinnamon wow.... Mix in your left over crumbs of bread with the melted affogato and look out taste buds! This is a great destination for anyone visiting Vero Beach....

We just had the best gelato ever at Vero cafe. The kids all agreed it was better than ice cream. Very friendly.

Wonderful little cafe. We ordered the quiche, croissant, jam, cappuccino and latte. Everything was fantastic and the owner was very friendly! Can’t wait to come back and try the gelato.

I walk our dogs past here every day and I’m sorry to say it took me so long to check them out. Their coffee is delicious and the butter croissant I had 😋 I could eat 10 in one sitting. Will be making this a regular pit stop.

I was looking for hot coffee off Beachland to get away from crowds and came upon this quiet, pretty, caffe. What a beautiful place and just my luck they also had amazing homemade gelato which I had to try. Delicious. Try this place. You won’t be disappointed. The latte was great too!

What a fabulous gem. I have never had better gelato, and that’s saying a lot because I really love gelato! Incredibly fresh, silky and rich. It would be hard to dream up something better. It is obvious that the owners care deeply about their craft and the quality of their product. Very comfortable and modern aesthetic as well. 10 stars. Worth the drive (from anywhere).

Best cappuccino I ever had. The Vero Caffe is “operating room” clean... check out the bathrooms, they are cute and spotless. The atmosphere is coastal, bright and elegant. The quiche was outstanding with generous portions of fresh ingredients and a crust that was unforgettable. The lime gelato was amazing; obviously made from fresh lime juice. My wife’s chocolate gelato was world class. This place will see us again!

Bright, cheery cafe with excellent coffee and gelato. The owner makes the gelato himself using ingredients imported from Italy. The flavors are excellent and the texture is perfect. He also makes sorbet that is both flavorful and refreshing. This is now our favorite coffee shop in the area!

What a wonderful addition to Cardinal Dr! Very nice owners and AMAZING GELATO!!! They offer you samples and the tiramisu was off the charts good. I ended up getting scoops of Pistachio and Chocolate. Soooo much better than ice cream. Creamy and delicious I will be a regular here. Its kitty-corner from Caseys next to Chelseas. Give it a try!

Out standing coffee and gelato is one of the best I had.

Man who I assume was the owner was very rude to 5 women I went there with. As most people do at these types of places they had asked for a few samples of the gelato. After the third woman asked he obnoxiously blurted out “so what are we doing here..are we going to order anything?” After that comment he followed it up with “if we had a line of people behind you we’d have a problem here. This guy will gets his face ripped off when he tries that attitude with the crowd that’s about to go Vero for the winter. Really bad attitude and no business being behind the counter or interacting with customers. We will never go back and we made sure everyone knows about the experience we had. Keep it up, there will be for rent signs in your windows next year.

Ice cream is my drug of choice! Its been the downfall of every single diet Ive ever attempted and the one thing I simply refuse to eliminate from what I eat. Always being one to try out a new offering, I went to Vero Caffe to try their Gelato after reading about how the owners made two trips to Bologna in order to learn the history and proper making of this incredible treat.I. WAS. NOT. DISAPPOINTED!Talk about a smooth, velvety treat on the tongue! The texture was perfect. Flavor; forgetaboutit! Vanilla has always been my favorite flavor. As a kid, my Mom took me to Carvel on special occasions and a vanilla soft serve with chocolate sprinkles was always my choice. Vanilla is my litmus test when it comes to trying new brands and is what I ordered here. I actually told the owners it was as good, if not better, than Carvel and then had to explain why that was the bar I had set 50+ years ago! Honestly, the flavor, texture, perfect balance of sweetness, cream and vanilla was one of the best treats Ive enjoyed in quite some time.Highly recommended
