(Just like other stores) I went in for 1 item and walked out with a bag full! ☺️😃Management was on the sales floor, and helped me as well! 💋💄💅🏼. I received some good to know beauty advice! I had my brows tinted and waxed by Courtney. I decided to go to her because of her Covid safety practices. She was double masked and wearing a face shield. Having a medical issue that makes me high risk for Covid this was very comforting. AND she did an awesome job on my brows! Probably the gentlest brow wax I’ve ever had!!

Always have fun shopping here this store is well stocked and usually has everything I am looking for.

Everytime I go in here the ladies are so friendly and ready to help you (if you need it). There is always a professional in the cosmetics dept, which is really nice if you are trying to find a good product that works with your skin or do a color match. I have always had a good experience here.

Love the environment, staff is great, products need to be filled in a timely manner(this is a huge pet peeve for me, to a former retail manager). Always find what I need and want at a great price.

It is clean and feels like you must be beautiful just to walk in - thats a compliment. Staff not as friendly as I like (not much humor or openness). I guess its not my style. They do seem to know their market, so if you like this sort of place, go for it

I was in this store yesterday 6/1/21 and witnessed, I’m assuming the manager, scream and yell at a customer who was asking for help. I was so concerned and confused because the customer was walking away at the time she began screaming. I can’t imagine this is acceptable for the company, but this really made me uncomfortable and I will not be back until Corrina is not there. As an avid shopper at ultra I find this extremely disappointing and unacceptable behavior that she displayed towards a customer. If It was me in that situation I can’t imagine the embarrassment I would feel as a customer being publicly belittled from a store manager the way that I witnessed. Horrible.

Store has a great selection of items and associates on the sales floor are very nice & helpful. The only reason I dislike shopping here is how aggressive they are at the register wanting your phone number. They will ask you more than three times to be a club member and when you finally get them to understand the words no thank you, their demeanor completely changes. They dont look at you or acknowledge you after that. Just very disconcerting.

Awesome experience at the salon earlier this week! My first time with Wendy, the Master Stylist and she did more amazing than I could have thought for my hair!! Came in with brassy, grown out, quarantine high lights and after some discussing she knew exactly what I was envisioning/asking for. I have a lot of hair, so it took some time but she was so sweet and fun to pass the time with. I could go on and on about my visit, but I’ll just end with saying that I’m definitely going to be returning and that the salon and Miss Wendy is 100% worth looking into!

Recently I visited this location to make an exchange for a gift I received on Christmas that didnt work for me. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store and approached by an associate. I informed this young lady that I wanted to exchange my item for something just as nice. Immediately after she was done with the customer she came over and walked me to exchangeable items made a recommendation and showed such courteous character. Kudos to Charkyra!

What a GREAT customer service!👍👍Today on Saturday, November 7 I was taking care by 3 amazing members of Ultra beauty team: super knowlageble gentalman Quinton, he was helping me with ingredients, he had lots of knowlage in chemistry so it was extremely helpful in my case, I had special request about foundation, and he did his best to help me to find what I needed. Also I was taken care by super nice lady with nice black hair, who was really helpful finding right shade of foundation dermablend. And also I saw very nice lady with blond hair she was from Poland, I beleive her name was Agna.Guys thank you so much for your help!!!!! You are so nice and so professional❤️❤️❤️ I wish every place had such exceptional service!

Very nice, clean, big store with lots of room to shop between aisles. The staff is very helpful and also very friendly. Many different brands of beauty products, and you can test out almost anything in the store, and there are several spots with any available items needed for applications of products or removal of products. Good sized mirrors placed throughout store as well. nice, fun atmosphere

I use to go to sephora but this store has everything you need in one place. So happy with the variety of make up and hair products. However, the girls at the register could use better mannerism.

I went in to get a foundation and needed help finding the right shade so a lady offered to help me. As far as matching the shade went, she did a wonderful job but I can’t help but noticed the brushes she used were so dirty??? You could see the foundation leftover from the last time it was used. She also put her unwashed hands on my face. Anyways, I did not say anything about it because she was really nice so that was probably fault on my part. After purchasing my stuff, I immediately went home to wash my face.

To the manager, today when I was making returns today at your store and you said, You must be out of your mind, you are correct. I have a mental illness that includes manic episodes and within those manic episodes, I am prone to spending more. I was returning a few items to attempt to recover from my last episode. Thank you for exacerbating the fact that I was already embarrassed and struggling to recover from an episode. I would advise you to think before you speak. You never know what someone is going through.

This Ulta was slightly smaller than I am used to, but it was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly. I love that I can try almost everything before I buy it. All of the disposable applicator stations were full. Parking is a bit crazy at times, but thats my only negative.

If I could rate this Ulta location zero stars, I would.Terrible customer service from the moment you walk in. It is impossible to get help in this Ulta location. Tonight I had to ask for help 2 times because the first girl who helped me find a product was working the “cash register” and finally walked over to help me and she located the product and walked away back to the register .. didn’t even ask if I needed anything else.... then I needed help finding another product and no one to be found to help on the floor again, so I go back up to the register and the first girl that was helping me was ringing someone up and the other coworker next to her just stood there staring at me and I had to call her over and she finally walked over...she was not interested in helping me at all, it showed all over her face, and they were out of the product I was looking for of course. I have spent thousands of dollars at this Ulta location, but I have to do research on my own before going in, because I know I will never get any assistance when I walk in there. Pathetic.

Not pleased with this Ulta at all. My entire experience was terrible. First I researched my product on ulta’s website and made sure they had it in store, which said they did. So today I call and a lady named “Corina”answers, moral of the story she told me they didn’t have the product I was looking for and only the “lotions.” Me being me and trusting the internet I decided to go in and look for myself because some people are just lazy and you cannot take their word. As soon as I walked in during a slow afternoon no one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help looking for anything. I finally had to go up to an elder employee with long white hair and she couldn’t bare to help me. She named the aisle but could not point or even walk me over to where I was suppose to go. I continue wandering around the store till I finally find what I’m look for, myself. Of course!!! What do you know??? I find EXACTLY what I was looking for. “Corina” and the elder lady were absolutely no help to me. But it doesn’t stop there....I walk up to the cashier to check out, I am the only one in line and “Gina” is standing on her phone paying absolutely no attention to me. I have to clear my throat and lay my stuff on the counter to even get her attention. After this experience I will not be back to this ulta. Whenever an employee helps me ANYWHERE I be sure to look at their name tag to either congratulate them for such a nice job or call them out so they can get the proper training they need. Hopefully this will change.

Customer service is always excellent. Prices are reasonable. Ulta products are always affordable and work wonders. My go to cosmetic and facial care place. Their rewards program always sends great coupons with savings and some free items, sometimes.

This store is an amazing place to visit! There is a large amount of products available for you to sample before purchasing! The customer service is great!

Staff always available and knowledge. Prices are comparable unless there is a special. Selection is limited. High end hair products on limited availability. Personal services available such as brown tinting and waxing as well as Salon. Hair appt prices depend on stylists experience. Good also for travel sizes if quality products. Generally a good place to get new makeup ideas and try them out. They have testers for most everything. They also carry perfume, but they are not discounted. They have a membership program with perks.

Ive been a platinum member at Ulta for years, but their customer service has gotten so bad I rarely even go to the store. Ulta does have a much better reward program than Sephora, but having associates willing to assist you when you notably need assistance is just as important as a good reward program. Sephora does cost more and thats okay. Im willing to pay a little more for a shopping experience where I can get assistance, the product I looking for and free samples.

I would absolutely not recommend Ulta beauty as your go to hair salon. I had the absolute worst experience there today. I had made an appointment online for Wednesday, the appointment never went through, so I went ahead and called the store to confirm that it didnt go through, they went ahead and scheduled me for Wednesday and then I decided I would see if they had any open availability on Tuesday to get my hair done. The lady on the phone told me that I could come in between 12 and three, I get a call from the salon stylist at 1 oclock telling me that I am half an hour late for my appointment, I didnt realize that they have made it for 1230. She confirms that she would no longer be able to do my hair, she said that somebody could take me at 2 oclock though, I agreed and said that I would come at two. I sat there for over half an hour waiting for somebody to address me, once my stylist finally came over she was very meek and quiet, apologizing for making me wait. I sat down and try to explain her what I wanted done, I have bleached blonde hair with toner, I use purple shampoo to keep up a bright light color, I explained to her that I just wanted my outgrowth to be bleached and toned to match the same color as the rest of my hair. For some reason she just couldnt seem to understand what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted a full highlight, I said no, she then came over and asked if I was looking for a partial highlight, I said that I didnt think I was looking for a highlight at all I just wanted my natural hair color to be bleached and toned to the same color as the rest of my hair. She scoffed a little and walked away and came back and said so for the full highlight and the toner its going to be $151. That seems excessive to me, being I already told her I didnt want a full highlight. I then said that I didnt really feel like getting my hair done anymore, it was more expensive than expected and that I didnt feel like she understood what I was trying to get done. Another stylist step in and try to understand better what I was trying to say, she definitely had a pretty big attitude about her as well, she then went into the computer and said it was called a double process with a glaze and then it will be $131. At this point it was still more than I was willing to spend, specially on someone who didnt particularly seem to know what they were doing. I suppose I should have called it quits on this place the last time I went and the girl totally messed up my hair, and a manager had to fix it and ended up putting something I had an allergic reaction to.... face swollen and red and my whole body itching, while she chose to ignore and not even acknowledge it. I can definitely say I will never be going there again to get a salon style.

Customer service is awesome. There is always someone there to answer your questions. Has a wonderful collection of name brand high end products. Prices still high for those but then they have ulta brand that is reasonably priced.

Got my hair cut here a few months ago and the male stylist chopped 6 extra inches off of my hair but it was so uneven and not even around my whole head. My hair was down to the end of my back and now there are pieces that are only 6 inches from my scalp. I will never go here again. So incredibly incompetent.

Hard to get help at times. But its clean and well stocked.

First time going into ulta,they were well staffed. I asked if i could get someone to help me match my shade and i was told go look at two different brands. Ive never felt so unwanted in store until today. Needless to say me and mom left and went to sephora up the road and were treated like a real customer. If all ultas are like this one then ill never go into another one. If i could give this store zero stars, i would.

Not the best Ulta store out there.. The shelves are disorganized and often missing items, plus a lot of times products in this specific store are marked in stock online but are all out in reality. The staff is not too friendly, no one ever knows the restock days or even tries to be helpful in any way. Its the only local Ulta but I try to avoid going there unless absolutely have to.

They have every hair and beauty product known to man and staff are helpful!

I like walking around and looking at all the cosmetics. But most of it is very expensive. Its really a bit ridicules. Its only expensive because it has a name attached to it. My experience at the vero beach store is that most of the employees I have talked to are not very knowledgeable about the products. Or if they even carry certain products. I know thats not all employees, but that has been my experience. I had my hair colored there once, I will never go back. Again only my experience with one hairdresser. She had to redo it three different times. And I even had pictures. I had to go somewhere else a couple of days later and get it fixed.

I generally spend $500+ each month at my Ulta store where I live south of Vero and at the Kissimmee Ulta where the employees are so helpful and kind.This was my first (and last) visit to this store.I called prior to driving to the Vero Ulta. I wanted to make sure a particular item was in stock. The woman who answered the phone sounded aggravated. She rudely answered my question then she said Is that all? Is there anything else you want? WOW!!I arrived at the Vero store. I walked in and stood about 6-7 feet inside the door. There was an employee within 2 feet of me. She had medium length dark hair and glasses. She was flirting with an African-American young man in a suit. He was leaving the store. No problem for me.When he left, the employee with glasses and dark hair walked around me and away from me toward the registers. No greeting, no acknowledgement at all. I needed help finding the item I had called about. I then went to find it. It was the last one on the shelf.I purchased it and left the store.It must be PART OF THE ULTA TRAINING TO IGNORE CUSTOMERS! (READ OTHER REVIEWS).These stuck up, rude employees would be well advised to not judge us by our appearance. MONEY comes in all skin colors, sizes and apparel. LOTS of money. So sad.
