I in Florida from NC Im on hospice and walgreens refused to fill my pain meds even if my dr called it in. Refused to. Hospice not pain management hospice.

Called to ask a question about my prescription, they put me on hold to find out the information. Picked up the phone as if they were answering another call and I repeated my question. Put me on hold again then hung up on me after holding for forever. Called again and have been holding for 50 minutes. They finally answer and were no help at all. Thanks for nothing!

Called 2 times in one day! First time on hold for 25 minutes! So far 45 mins on hold the 2 nd time. Need more help! This makes for disgruntled customers!

Love Walgreens primacy. Very polite and very helpful with our prescriptions. Much better than cvs

The Pharmacy is super slow. They need more staff or a better system .... something is definitely wrong. I have used them for over a year and it is consistently slow. I can never get anyone on the phone. I have to always get in the car and drive there if I have a question concerning medication. I will be switching to another pharmacy soon. The people are nice and helpful once you get waited on it seems they cannot keep up with the demand. You can see their frustration with trying to keep up their attitudes are changing over the year. Not as smiley or friendly!

My son had an antibiotic sent over at 9:15 am. I came by about shortly after to drop off his insurance because it was a new card. I was then told to come back an hour later. I went home and waited 2.5 hours and called to see if it was ready. Because I never received a text letting me know so. I was then told that they didnt have insurance on file, I gave the girl the information over the phone. She told me another 30 mintues then it would be ready. I pull up to the drive thru and wait another 15 minutes from the time i pull up until the end of my transaction. I asked if the rest of the medication would be there tomorrow because I only received a partial and he relied probably. There was no dropper in the bag for me to give my son his medication which he has been waiting on all day. Ive worked in the pharmacy so I know it can get very busy at times but no child should have to wait all day for an antibiotic or anyone for that matter.

I hate to speak bad about people but people in the pharmacy here arent very nice

Kindest staff. Happy and always ready to help. Sandy is the absolute best. My daughter adores her and looks forward to our shopping trips when Miss Sandy is working. Always working hard and is always smiling and genuine.

The Pharmacy is the best department of the whole store. Very helpful people give you good advice and fill your prescriptions much faster than other Pharmacies. Nick is very helpful!Most other items have high prices :).

Came in 40 minutes before closing for a child’s antibiotic to be filled and everyone was friendly and had it ready for me very quickly!

This the Walgreens that I shop at all of the time and the sales associates are always friendly and welcoming.

Had maxi pads in the cart and waited in line for a few minutes up front. Guy behind counter looks at the feminine hygiene products and asks us to get checked out in cosmetics. Sure, we had a bunch of soap, but no one was around the counter in cosmetics. Left my face wash at the front counter, the guy said nothing. Rude; if you cant touch boxes of pads, tampons, and other feminine hygiene products, dont work at a place that sells them! Jerk!

The absolute worst pharmacy ever!! Since my insurance changed I have used them 4 times and all 4 times they dont have the medication, didnt get the script, dispense the wrong medication. Multiple phone calls to MD office who say we sent it now multiple times. An aggravating experience every time and my sick baby with a 102 fever needs his medication. Will be looking into any other pharmacy that takes the insurance.

The wait time at the pharmacy month after month ridiculously slow. Forget the drive thru.
