Coulter Designs helped to transform our patio and kitchen, with his beautiful furniture, fixtures and art work. I also had the privilege to work for Coulter Designs and be humbled by the effort needed in creating his designs. His workers respect him, but there is always a lad that cant hack the strenuous demands needed when working with concrete in order to reach perfection. Natural white with a clear sealer. Nothing stains and it takes pans straight from the oven. The install was beyond impressive. He knows his craft & his materials. Worked with me to my specs. Well priced compared with others also experienced in the materials.

Had Coulter Designs renovate 2 sets of our bathrooms at Capt. Hirams Resort in Sebastian, Fl. What a great job they did! This was a completely custom job from top to bottom and Richard and his team went above and beyond to make it happen for us. We pride ourselves on great food and service here but the best compliments we have gotten lately have been for the bathrooms! Quality custom work, accommodating staff, and GREAT attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

Coulter designs did a phenomenal job resurfacing and staining my Florida room. Richard was professional through out the entire process and timely to respond to any questions.The floor I had refinished actually flooded about two weeks after the job was done. A really bad leak in the roof left the room an inch under water. I dried it out with a wet vac and the floor was 100% the same as when Richard finished the job.One of the reason I decided to go with a finished stained concrete was for the durability. I could not be happier with the way it turned out and how well it stood up to a quicker than expected test. I would recommend Coulter Designs to anyone looking for a durable, versatile floor that also comes with a beautiful finish.

I truly wish there was an opportunity to give more than 5 stars because Coulter Designs deserves just that! The staff was extremely accommodating to my needs, and even more important my fiancé’s needs (which is not an easy task)… We have already referred them to friends and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I have known Richard for a little more than eleven years and he has done nothing but fine quality work for families in Michigan to families in Florida, Dont trust Palm Beach Designs, They are just jealous that Florida has a better concrete design company.

I just had my floors done with Richard Coulter and Coulter Designs. I got the concrete wood and I could not be more pleased! The floors are stunning and look just like real wood. I have two big dogs, and scratching up the floors is always a concern. With the concrete wood I dont have any problems with their nails beating it up. The Coulter Crew did an amazing job. The workers were very respectful and helpful with any question or concern I had. I highly recommend Coulter Designs to anyone looking to have renovations done!

I would like to submit a review on Coulter Designs in Vero Beach, FL.I hired another local company to finish my concrete floors. They completely butchered my floors. Our entire home remodel project was coming to an end and my wife & I were weeks away from moving in. We were not happy with the floors and could not live with how awful they were.We met with Richard Coulter and his team and they completely turned our despair around! We needed to be in the house in two weeks. Richard and his team not only did an amazing job on our floors, but we were able to get moved in on time. The floors look beautiful!The Coulter Team knows how to turn concrete floors into ART!On a personal note, I found out that even though Richard Coulter had a family emergency, he personally worked on our project on a Sunday to ensure we were able to move in.I highly recommend Coulter Design to complete you project just the way you want!
