I spoke to 2 very nice people there, Melissa and Allison. Told them what I was looking for. They sent me a photo of stock. It was very different than the normal range of the stone. Asked them where I could find more slabs to choose from. They told me a few options. I asked if it would effect price if I went to one and picked slabs. They said no. It was a usual supplier. Same price. Asked about their schedule and they had availability within the time range that I would need it. 6 -8 weeks out. Drove 2 hours to supplier and while there, Ed called me and told me that not only was he not interested in the business, but if they even would do it, I would pay more. He said that they really didn’t care to travel an hour to my job. I said that I thought they did Home Depot’s fabrication and installation in the area and he said, “reluctantly.” So they wasted about 5 hours of my time. Have never had such a rude person in business in my life. He told me he was the general manager. The supplier told me that Ed is actually over fabrication. I hope the owner keeps Ed from dealing with the public for the sake of their business. I’ve been in business and/ or dealing with public for 30 years. Spent 20 in that specific industry. If this is how they handle business, a competitor should be able to get their business.

Best fabricator in Florida. They are real pros and work diligently with you to make sure your job is perfect. Installers are great as well. Weve done both bathrooms and the kitchen with them and highly recommend them!

Ed and all the staff at Custom Marble and Granite did a fantastic job on my kitchen counters. They were precision cut and fit perfectly. They were fast and efficient, answered all our questions and left us highly informed regarding the care of our new counter tops. I would highly recommend them for any and all marble and granite work. They have a great selection and are reasonably priced.

Good selection of granite. Service was fast and on time, with follow up to confirm appointments the day before. Prices were very fair. Installers were very efficient and careful for the most part. The granite looks great! Two little glitches...one with caulking and one with use of acetone that dripped on to new cabinets. Both issues were resolved satisfactorily by the company. They have good communication which is key to any successful organization. Great job Ed and staff!

They do beautiful job with kitchen counters tops and such with a veriaty of granite, marble, quartz and synthetic materials that looks and feel like the real thing at a reasonable price.

Custom Marble installed our kitchen countertops and backsplash. We noticed a problem with the top on our kitchen island and called the company. I spoke to Ed Mastej. Our island top was taken back to the shop refinished and returned promptly. The finish is now perfect. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them.

I dont recommend it. Always is something and they dont recognize the mistakes.. I did my contract through Home Depot, never again in my live.

We had our granite installed today. It is beautiful.Ramon and Ryan were very friendly, answered all our questions and did a great job. They made sure everything fit correctly before they left.Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful.Great job! We highly recommend Custom Marble and Granite inc.

Nasty nasty people unprofessional

We just redid our kitchen and ordered our granite through Home Depot who subcontracted out the job to Custom Marble and Granite. It has been the most delightful and pleasant experience you could imagine! From being picking out our slab and change it last minute to the installation. These guys are amazing and are so professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Love them! Definitely would recommend and we will use them again!

Really happy with my countertop! This was my second time around after a previous company botched my countertop. C M &G installed my template the way I wanted and fixed the mistakes the other company made! These guys are the best! Brian was very helpful and really understood and aknowledged my concerns with installation. The installers were also amazing! Perfect job from transporting to installing, it really showed the care in their work. Masters of the trade.

Had fairly extensive Corian counter top installed today.The installation took place less than two weeks following the template.The young men were pleasant and more importantly competent.Order through Home Depot so we were a little hesitant about paying up front and the very good price when compared to a local business we had used before. But we feel our decision was the correct one and would certainly use them again.

It took 3 times to get my countertop installed. 1st time, I had called Brian once the 3 pieces were brought in to question the color. He assured me what I ordered is what I got. I wanted to drive 10 mins to Home Depot to verify and he said if I left his installers left and it wouldnt be another 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before getting me back on the schedule. Then I get a call back from Brian telling me my slab is in the warehouse not even cut yet. The wrong countertop was about 80% installed by then. 2nd time, they scratched my brand new sink from the 1st install or should I sayuninstall. The sink is needed in order to install countertop. I was out a countertop and kitchen sink for 15 days. Big inconvenience. Im happy with the finished product but I will not use this company for the rest of my remodel. There is Alot more to this story. Too much info to write. Buyer beware.

Extremely rude. Indignant. Obtuse. Unfortunately this company was subcontracted via an order placed through Home Depot. To say this was an unpleasant experience would be an understatement. When countertops are finally installed, the craftsmanship is outstanding. There is no complaint there. However, every encounter via telephone with a live person was a lesson in exactly how not to conduct customer service. I reiterate that the end product is top notch quality.

Nice selection to pick from and knowledgeable staff

I would not recommend anyone use this company. The measurer made multiple mistakes on every piece of quartz but the shower niche shelves and shower threshold. They had to recut three pieces, had me sign off, then took off. Two of the three redos are still off and I just realized that the sinks are not centered on the vanities. This is a lot of money for us and I am not happy. Considering they acted as if they were doing me a favor by recutting and refunding the amount they over ordered, I doubt I will be able to get any corrections made.

Professional honors true working people

We ordered our countertops with Home Depot and they subcontracting them to custom marble and granite. When custom marble and granite showed up to do the measurements they showed up an hour late. When they finally showed up they informed us they couldnt measure our counters because our sink was not installed. We informed him the sink sits on top of the countertops and we have it here so we can get all the measurements without it being installed. He sayer if he was a cm off it would throw everything off. Once again we informed him there was 1.5 play so a cm wouldnt matter. He refused to measure so I had to demo my old sink and place my new sink in place and wait for him to come back 5 days later. When we called the office to tell them we are now without a sink in our house because their employee cant read a tape measure they could care less and told us its going to be a week before they get installed. When he came back for the measurements the sink was installed and he got everything he needed. Then he informed us it would be 1 to 3 weeks before we got our countertops and a working sink. 3 weeks later we had to call them to figure out when we were getting our countertops. They showed up 5 days later. When they came and installed the two installers were fast, clean and professional. They even had to cut the quartz in my driveway because they didnt measure right even though my sink was installed. Good thing I had 1.5 play in my sink. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because of the installer. I am surprised the guy who came out to measure can sleep at night knowing how bad he is at his job. This is the kind of company that gives contractors a bad name.
