Jamaica was the only employee working because they were short staffed. She had three customers all at once and handled everyone as diligently as possible and was very friendly and professional. She did a great job.

Please do yourself a favor and never step foot in the Vestavia store. One star is generous. It is obvious that the sales associate I encountered was a reflection of the store manager. They provide false information that takes customer service to correct. Communication is very minimal at best. If any communication does occur, the information is totally false as verifiable through customer service. All I wanted to do in October was to upgrade my phone. After two visits to the store and follow up emails to figure out what was going on I still don’t have a phone or a return call from the manager of the store. Maurice Johnson, sales associate, seems clueless and nothing he has told me throughout this entire nightmare has been helpful. He signed me up for a plan that he assure me would cost less. I was shocked to find that my bill increased by over $100. Although customer service was able to correctly adjust all lines on my account, I will still have to pay the prorated $50 for a plan I only needed if I were to successfully upgrade my phone. I emailed the store recently to let them know I filed a complaint with customer service and was able to correct the total mess they made to my account with customer service as well. Still, no one has reached out to me to show they value my business.I have been a loyal AT&T customer for many, many years. This experience made me seriously think about switching to a new carrier.***Thank you owner for referring me to someone who was supposed to help. This is how that went. I reached out to Bryan the same day, he emailed and asked me what happened. I copied and pasted my google review as a point of reference. I sent a follow up email several days later due to no additional response. I haven’t heard from the person I was referred to since the initial email. Less than 1 star should be an option for customer service as poor as this.

Jay literally saved everything I needed when I had to get a new phone! I needed a new one for my remote work, and he was attentive to me every step of the way. He even helped me with customizing my phone’s setup. I couldn’t have had such an easy experience without him. 😊

My experience at this location was great . Sales associate, Maurice Johnson was magnificent! He help me throughout my whole process of finding and purchasing a new phone. He had so much patience with me due to the fact that i was highly confused on what the best offer would be. He genuinely helped me out, his manager should be proud of his employee ! He was trained greatly well! Will most definitely come back!
Recently upgraded phones, which can be an aggravating process. It was made significantly easier by having Bailey’s help at this ATandT location. He clearly knows what he is doing and was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend asking for Bailey in particular.
I will always return to the Vestavia AT&T store . Maurice Johnson is the best sales associate, very informative and helpful. He caters specifically to what you ask for and helps you get the best deal. The atmosphere is also very friendly! They have the best customer service and you will leave satisfied!

Jay was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience with a rep at Sams Club but Jay made that bad situation into a memorable one. Maurice was also a very pleasant rep when I first arrived Jay was busy and Maurice acknowledged me at once.
As a customer that has been with AT&T since the first time I’ve had a phone, when I started to get a new plan and switch to FirstNet I was helped by a sales associate by the name of Maurice Johnson he broke everything down and made everything crystal clear and made the transition of switching plans soo easy that even after I switched plans till this day I call him and asked any type of questions pertaining to my line or just simply acquiring information that’s AT&T related and he helps me out every time. Outstanding customer service and He even goes above and beyond to make sure you know what you would getting into relating to any AT&T service.

Donald was the most professional and helpful associate I have ever encounteted at any AT&T store. He was multi tasking assisting or at a minimum greeting several customers at one time. He walked each customer to the door when finished servicing them. This will be my go to store in the future.
My family and I went today to purchase one phone but instead purchased 3. Our salesperson was Ali. He was more than professional;he went over and beyond making sure he helped provide everything we wanted for the best price. He also took extra time for my son to walk him through updates and navigating. The staff at this location was very inviting😄😄😄😄
Do yourself a favor and go to an AT&T Corporate store instead of an authorized retailer, and avoid this retailer like the plague. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I learned this the hard way after getting the run-around by the AT&T Authorized Retailer store in Vestavia for weeks. I have never been treated so badly by a business in my life. It started with a simple phone order. First, the distribution center sent the phone to an incorrect address of their own store (how does this even happen?). Once I figured out why my phone had not arrived after a week (I had to do all this work myself, since nobody at the store had a clue, nor did they seem willing to try and figure it out) I called the store to reorder. I was told they could not do this over the phone and I had to go into the store, which is very inconvenient. The next day I went into the store and reordered the phone...or so I thought. Another week went by, and I called the store to check on the status because I had heard nothing. I was told that they would check and call me back. By the end of the day the next day, I had not gotten a call, so I called again. I was promised by the manager that someone would call me within the next two hours. Not to my surprise, I heard nothing. I called again the next day and the manager was completely rude to me. He did finally promise (not that his word means anything) again that either he or my original salesperson would call me by the next day. Of course, I never heard anything. At this point, I called AT&T customer service to file a complaint. They told me that my phone had never even been reordered, although the manager swore it had been. Customer service told me to go only to a Corporate Store. I went to the one off Lakeshore at State Farm Parkway. They were nice and helpful and I got my phone and they got it set up in about 10 minutes. The day after I got my new phone, the Vestavia store finally called me back and said they were sorry it took so long, but they had lost my phone number! Are you kidding me? I called no fewer than five times and left my phone number every time and I assure you they knew my name by then so why couldnt they just look the phone number up? The moral to this store is do not go to the Vestavia store. They will care nothing about you. They care nothing about customers or service and I would be willing to bet that they are not on commission because I dont know how any of them could ever make a living treating people like that.

This location was a breath of fresh air after zero-star experience at the AT&T store at Wildwood (off Lakeshore). Blake was both knowledgeable and efficient and had us in and out in 10 minutes flat. Ill definitely use this store again for any AT&T Wireless interactions.

Manager Ali is very rude and not willing to help at all unless a sale is possible. Went in with a billing problem and was basically told it was my fault I got double debited/billed since I paid ahead of auto pay. I told him that was BS and he then said he was “done and couldn’t help me with my situation and to leave and not come back.” If this is customer service then I am the Virgin Mary. I’m about ready to bid AT&T adieu.

Had a nightmarish experience with the rude manager. Was forced to return because of a mistake he had made and had a wonderful experience with Brian, one of the staff. Manager could learn alot about customer service from his sales staff! I dont know the managers name because he NEVER INTRODUCED HIMSELF!

Went in to get assistance changing account ownership for elderly in-laws as we were told this had to be done in person. . Nate was associate we were given. He didn’t listen to our needs, never looked up to speak with us was desrespectful to my father in law ( who is in his 80s) . Told us to leave, when I asked to speak with a supervisor Nate told me he didn’t have a boss. Been ATT customer for 20 years, will be leaving based solely on how Nate treated my father in law.
Very unhelpful, will never go back to this location. The girls looked at me like I was an idiot, Very rude. Called at and t support and they fixed it for me and were very patient. This store did not event try.

We came to upgrade my phone and the employees said 10 minutes and we waited 45 minutes without anyone coming to check on us or anything and their were 3 people yet the 2 people were helping the same person.... we left because of this rudeness. At other stores people help 2 people at once and the employees didnt even care when we left. They made us wait 45 minutes for nothing
