Great sales reps. Quick and helpful service

This location is very helpful. However I have been with Verizon since 1992. I called customer service about a problem. They tried to get me yo change my plan which was 2 GB and only 53.00 a month. I told them I would think about it. They changed my plan without my permission to unlimited which costs me 70.00 a month plus other fees. I called customer service about problem was on the phone for 3 hours they said they would help me and call back which they did not do. I plan to change plans.

Was not able to complete the process of setting up in-store appointment online so called store and got prompt response to call by Randall. He immediately set up appointment for later that day so that we could review plans and upgrade phones. He was waiting at door to greet us at the appointment time; he was the ultimate professional and walked us through the process identifying how we could have better service at a more cost efficient price. He then reviewed each phone that we were interested in and matched our needs with the right phone. He never once attempted to over-sell us which has never been our experience in the past when purchasing phone equipment. He then reviewed upgrade discount offers and walked through the data transfer process from old phone to new. We were in and out in about 45 minutes which is an all time record. Randall was the most professional, personable, and honest phone services representative we have ever worked with and it made a huge difference in my perception of how this was going to be. The store was well prepared to practice safe social distancing and managing customers so that we felt completely COVID safe. Highly recommend the store and certainly, if you have the option of customer representatives, work with Randall!

Adam did a wonderful job of helping my 80-year-old mom become oriented to her new iPhone 12. He provided guidance and calmly went above and beyond to set up my mom’s most important features.

These folks were super helpful! The wait time was not non-existent but no longer than normal. That said, I never felt like they forgot about me while I was sitting there waiting. I went in because my phone wasnt working and was preprepared for them to try to get me to buy a new phone. Instead, they worked really hard to try to fix my phone and then when that didnt work they determined it was a manufacturers defect and replaced it at no cost. They never tried to nickle-and-dime me at all. I dont love going to to verizon but this was easily the best experience Ive had at a verizon store.

My Jetpack hotspot was never very good, and finally just stopped taking a charge when the battery swelled. There was a recall (I was not notified, but saw a sign when I arrived), but the rep said Id have to jump through a bunch of hoops and be without my hotspot to have it handled under the recall. As I use my hotspot for work every day, that wouldnt work. So my only remaining option was to upgrade to a better unit and pay over $150 for that, which I had to do. The new unit seems to work better, but I didnt appreciate being forced to pay more to replace a recalled product or wait for some undetermined amount of time without use of my hotspot. I dont know whether this was a store policy or Verizons, but it isnt great customer service either way.

My rep at Verizon was very friendly. She was also knowledgeable and she transferred all of my data to my new phone. She also helped me decide what phone was best for me. She gets 5 stars from me.

I waited a long time for buying one sim_card and telephone orbit, I stayed in Verizon for up to 3 hours and after they done it! Congratulations!

Bryce from Verizon was extremely knowledgeable of his products and capabilities. I had a specific question about hotspots and he immediately knew the answers and offered different capabilities that Verizon could offer. I did not have to wait for him to do any research, he had an immediate response to all my questions. I highly recommend visiting and using this store for all Verizon products.

Had a tough time picking between the iPhone 8 Plus and X. We talked out the pros and cons of each and decided to go with the 8 plus. Had much better luck here than looking at the differences online and others I’d spoken with. They had live demos of both which really helped me know which I️ wanted to buy. Helpful and quick.

Great experience at this store! Staff was very helpful with our transition from another provider. They took care of all the leg work. Staff set my new phone up by transferring all my contacts and securing it in a protective covering. Staff also helped me set up my online account. Anytime I call with a question it is answered immediately. This is the only retailer I will use in the future.

Just bought a new LG G4. I went from an iPhone to this and I love it! The employees here helped me make an educated decision based on what I use my phone for most which is taking pictures of my kids! They also helped me port over from AT&T. This was the best experience Ive had at a cell phone store. If youre looking to get a phone come to this store. Their employees are the best!

Ive used Jennifer for many years and she has always helped me get the phone I want. She even reminds me when I can save money on my plan or switch to a better plan. One time when I lost my phone she got me set up quickly with a temporary phone and helped me with the paperwork needed to get a new phone. I highly recommend her when you go to the Vestavia store.

The is the only place I will buy new or upgrade my phones. The sales team is very knowledgeable about the latest phones for everyone in our family. The phones are always ready when we call ahead. Came into Vestavia today to get my daughter her first phone. The rep was awesome. He adjusted our plan to accommodate the new line data usage. This store is great! As with most everyone, having a dependable phone for work/life is essential. When I began having issues with my old phone, I knew it was time for an upgrade. The sales associates did a wonderful job explaining my options and the technology. Best of all, they helped me to get a great deal! I wont be going anywhere else in the future!

I came into the store because my phone was having major problems. Darrell the sales person was very helpful from the start trying to see what the problem was. After talking to tech personnel & determining Id have to get a new cell, he was again very helpful getting a new one. Plus Darrell looked through my plan & helped me restructure it to make it more efficient and cost saving. I really appreciate the help and customer service!

This is a great store. I care most about efficiency, and it seems everyone there is always on point. When I need to upgrade phones, I call ahead and they get everything ready for me. At the same time, if I have questions, I feel like they take pride in customer service. Could not recommend the store more.

Walked into a new place to change from AT&T after being a loyal customer with them since 1979.......asked the question, “Got any go to Hell AT&T deals..... and Matt answered as said, “don’t know about that but we’ll see what we can do for you......and he showed me a plan and even though I had no intentions of buying a new phone, (was waiting for the IPhone 10 or X) he explained what all this plan and New phone could do for me and that in a couple years maybe even one year I could upgrade after watching how the new phone would work...., thanks to MATT I’m extremely satisfied with the unlimited plan and a new phone.....

Dropped my phone and cracked my screen. They were able to restore all of my info from the cloud (I didnt even know I had a cloud). And my new phone looked just like my old one! Ive shopped at this store for years (even back when it was up the hill) they have always been helpful, had great service and a very trusting staff!

This is our go to store to manage our familys Verizon account. They are consistently outstanding throughout the entire visit. It has been a disaster. Gave me wrong phone and went back within 14 days and they weaseled out telling me I couldnt get the phone I was supposed to get. But, they ended up telling me they would not allow me to have the correct phone even though their employee admitted she made the mistake. I have been with them almost 15 years. This is the last straw. I will NOT use them after I pay off their overpriced phones. This was handled so unprofessionally. Have a phone I hate for next two years. Because their employee lied rather than doing the right thing. So disappointed. Never been treated this poorly. Gave me two credits worth about $20.00.

I had my first experience purchasing a new Pixel phone from this store. The staff was so so helpful. I was worried about the transition from my Android to the Pixel. The representative eased all of my fearsAnd was extremely helpful! I will make sure I always visit this store for my Verizon phone needs. I came into the store and was immediately greeted. That was a great start and change from other Verizon stores I had been to in the past. I was having phone issues. They rep who helped me was named Allison. She helped me reset my phone and get everything set up again. I will continue to come to this store and will encourage friends and family to do their same.

Came by to see about switching from my personal account to my companys. I had no idea Iphones could upgrade early. Even better they were able to give me an extra $65.00 than the internet had quoted me for my old phone...so I was able to get out the door loaded with accessories without paying anything due to the great trade value I got. The best part of this was getting all my stuff to my new phone, never gotten that done right ever before. Ended up getting the X because this was the first location that actually had a working model and a person who could actually answer what was different from that and the 8. Pretty excited about this new phone, great experience.

I needed a new tablet for work and this was the store that was closest at the time...and thank goodness. I didnt know exactly what I needed, and the representative that helped me took his time to present me with all of my options and work through which one was going to be best for me. I had to go present my options to my office and once we made a decision the rep met me there early, around my schedule, and helped me get my new tablet set up and answered any questions I had. The tablet we chose has been exactly what I needed and works perfect for everything that I need. I could not be happier that I stopped in this store and worked with the people that I did.

I have a G4 that did some sort of loop. I walked into the Vestavia store very upset. The Rep was able to calm me down and got me a new phone shipped to me over night. Ive upgraded or purchased new Verizon phones from several different locations and I will never go to a different one after my most recent trip to the Vestavia location. The staff was exceedingly helpful and made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. This was a refreshing change of pace from most retail experiences where I feel like Im being over sold on things I dont want or need. The staff was very professional and listened to what my needs were and got creative to not only meet those needs but also save money on my bill in the process. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. I expected this process to take an hour at least. I was out of there in 15 minutes with all expectations met (i.e. contacts, pics, apps and videos transferred).

Came over sprint, I couldn’t get service in my house in Chelsea. I was sick and tired of going to my front porch to make a call. Dropped by this store to get a quote from Verizon vs AT&T and needless to say I left with a new phone and IPad before even wasting my time to go to AT&T. Now the service at home is full bars and calls never drop. The service as the store was professional and very fast. Very pleased with everything, would recommend coming here to anyone. The has been my favorite cell phone purchase. I came in to pay my cell phone bill and the employee alerted me that 3 of my lines were eligible to Upgrade. I had no idea. They got us all upgraded and lowered our bill! I will never stop anywhere else. They personalized everything and got it all set up for me.

I had a really big problem with my phone and didnt know how to fix it. I went into the Vestavia Al location and they were able to fix my problem. While fixing my problem they realized I had the ability to get a new phone. I had no idea I could get a new phone. I was so excited to get the new IPhone.
