I walked into this with one question. Walked out with a new phone and a lot more knowledge and understanding of my account info and how the service works. Lisa was very kind and helpful. she knows her stuf . Shes the bomb com. I wish I had two more hands to give her four thumbs up!

Visited this location today, Q made the experience so amazing. Added a new line, new number and new phone . Helped me pick out a case and glass screen protector. Had me laughing the whole time and taking the stress of buying / setting up a phone . Kept COVID guidelines with the other customers and all areas of the store, very professional. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this location for future lines and phones.

Excellent store and customer service. Went there to get my daughters phone activated(ordered it online) and EVERYONE was 100% real and caring. Talked to me about porting in and how 2 lines with them will save me money. Also went over phones I could get for porting in. Great people GREAT service. 2 unlimited lines for $80, I am all in. Just waiting on my LG Stylo 3 to be in stock(hopefully today), and I am there. Straight Talk is cool but they have no stores no live people in person, love my Boost store.

Rude person at Hoover location. She was mad because I was in there the week before and I wanted Devon to get the sale. She was pissed because I kept asking questions that she literally quit talking to me. So I went and found Devon at the Fairfield location to complain. Not realizing that he WAS the manager that I had been dealing with the entire time. Super nice guy. Go see Devon at either location. Not Amanda at Hoover. If she is there, walk out.

Yesterday I went To Boost Mobile On Lorna Road In Hoover AL. I had Heard That Boost Was Selling The Device That I Needed Badly For Work Purpose . I thought it would be corritnated Work, Efficient, Helpful, & Very Nice & Friendly 😀 ...,Was Able To Get a Brand NewIPhone 6 . Hard To Believe How They Can Hold A Special In Which The Total My Tax Firm dollars pay For An Ape Device & All was $136.00 . Wow👍 👍
