The staff were able to help me I was in and out in less than 10 min

You know its ashame when you walk into a business and everyone is on their phones. We walked in hoping to walk out with new phones but instead we had been shown a phone that was sold out. I am sure this review will not even matter since in todays norm this is acceptable I was not satisfied with the customer service.

The customer service in this store is horrible. If there was a worse word I could use I would. They are lazy and unwilling to help. They are quick to shove a # in ur face for ur problem to get u out of the store. They do not care for their customers. If u ask me the need a new team. The only reason ppl go there is because they dont want to go across town. If someone was to open another store with better customer service they would be put out of business. NEED A CORPORATE STORE NOT A DEALER.
