Absolutely incompetent. First, they have a waiting list that means nothing. They took my information and asked me to wait outside of the store so I went back to my car. 40 minutes later I walk back in and they are helping customers on a walk in basis. Then the employee, who lacks knowledge on the devices, proceeded to tell me that my plan, under contract, is going to change without consent. Finally I had enough and walked out. T-Mobile should be embarrassed by this store and its employees.

Put our name on the wait list. If you’re going to do this. Make sure your in line waiting. If not they will call your name and if your not in line, they will skip you. Then put your name at the end of the line. If you call and put your name down the send you a text message letting you know you’ll be next on line. Don’t wait for that. Just stand in line or will be skipped. I waited in line after all that time just to be skipped and wait even longer. Also they are not social distancing at all. Don’t go to this T-Mobile. Go change to a different service. Don’t waste your time or money.

The staff there was extremely rude not helpful at all I took my business to another Sprint store and was treated much better, avoid this location! UPDATE: Against my better judgement I went back to this store now that its T-Mobile, well it hasnt changed actually its way worse. I purchased/upgraded two phones on January 3rd and to my horror 18 days later one of the phones is actually not be made anymore😲😲😲, instead of Sprint/T-Mobile letting me know I had to do the research myself and after 4 days on chats, hour plus waiting on hold to speak with Sprint/T-Mobile to finally tell me that Samsung wasnt making that particular phone anymore. I made an appointment for my husband to go there and they were pretty rude so I called the store and was told that the manager was in a meeting I asked to have the manager call me this was around 11 am well at 3pm no call from a manager I called them and told about the issues I was having and I want to return the phone case that was purchased for the now non-existent phone I was told that i had to return in within 14 days...WHAT! WAIT! You sold me a case for a phone that I pre ordered that you actually dont have any in stock and are not selling anymore and you wont take it back?! This location its buyer beware make sure you do your research on the phone you want make sure they actually have it!

Been coming to the store for years and been with Sprint since 2001, and after my last phone purchase Im ready to give Sprint up. I was scammed into buying 3 phones when I had come in for only 1 phone. They told me if I purchased 2 or more phones, the phones would be free in the form of getting a credit for the billed amount. Well after 2 months and no credit I went back to store and was told the promotion had changed to gift cards, and that I should receive the gift cards in 30 days. Well 45 days later and no gift cards went back to store they gave me tracking numbers for gift cards and said they were coming. Well after another month and a half and no gift cards, I go back and they say that I should have been getting the credit instead of gift cards and to contact him Oscar if I didnt see the credit by October. Well Octobers bill came no credit and now Oscar is on Paternity leave. I called a couple of times between October and now and was told it get a callback that never happened. Well I went in there this past Wednesday to see what was going on and find out Oscar is at a different store and Daisy was now the manager. I was happy to hear that until Daisy pretty much told me there is nothing she could do for me but gave me a $52 credit and that Id have continue to pay the rest. So much more to the story, but to make a long story short fo not go here or even use sprint. The customer service has declined over the years and they dont care about their customers. This will not be the last time they hear from me about this incident. Going to try to file a class action against sprint. If anyone has been hoodwinked by sprint in this manner please respond so we can give Sprint what they deserve for false advertisement.

Hope you get your bike up and running man!Shout out to coach DeAndre for talking with us the whole time and really being personable guy. Hence the coach in my review lol. This store sold my husband an iPhone 8 with an international plan that assured us it would work in China where we live. NOT! When he got back to China and tried to unlock the phone so we could put in a Chinese SIM card they would not unlock the phone. I spent the better part of 3 weeks trying to get the phone unlocked from sprint. So in essence this branch sold us a bunch of horse manure and someone got a commission! When I called to complain to the manager he was rude and told me he knew how to manage his β€œteam β€œ and didn’t need any help from me. He also did not take down my name or number. Folks these people do not care whether your device works or not they just want your money!!!

I wanted to give this store the benefit of the doubt because they held a device for me, the plan was to add my wife to my account and switch to a shared data plan. After picking up the device I was told I couldnt change to a shared data plan until my contract ended (which was a lie), I was told that I could add her to my account with the exact same plan and itll only cost me an extra $60/month. I just got a bill for $360, nearly 3 times the amount I expected to pay! Sprint claims the fees are valid even though their sales rep lied to me. Ridiculous. I guess you cant trust anyone these days, all these carriers are the same.

Horrible, terrible, offensively disgusting treatment. By Daisy especially! Ive been a loyal Sprint customer for many, many years. Im only in the Victorville area to help my mom. I had similar, actually worse treatment at this same store about a year ago. The acoustics in the store are almost as bad as the customer service. I could hear the other reps as loud as Daisy and the other customers were even louder. There should be more Sprint locations on this area. The only 2 ate almost next do l door to each other.

Ive been calling the mananger and left detailed message with the supervisor Gaby, however, he has not returned my call. I understand they have to meet a quota, but It is very unprofessional to bypass someones account.

The customer service was horrible. The store manager was rude and dismissive. I went to asked about upgrading my phone and replacing my wife phone. The more interested in not being bothered rather than customer service. I asked if he would help me with the replacement of wife phone since we live 60 miles away from a sprint store. He told only if I was buying he could help. I was taken to another employee who explained further what they were not going to do. Recommend run far away from this store.

The most upsetting customer service, After talking to the customer service over a failed software update.they told me it was a simple manual upload and so I left my phone there, was told to come back in two hours and it should be done, so after 4 hours I come back too them just telling me that I would have to pay $75 because they would have to order another phone, they gave me some one elses work order receipt with the wrong name, so it looks like they didnt even look at my phone because they didnt want to tell me that they messed up and didnt have the correct work order. Im mad at myself for putting up with sprint for five years . I have to be on the phone with them for slow data and over charges all the time When I have unlimited data and talk and text. Store was never able to help me. I tried for over a month to get them to replace *a single SIM card*. Ultimately, my problem was solved by calling Sprint and asking them to mail me a SIM card (ridiculous, right?).Heres the story - My old Sprint Phone broke, and I purchased a carrier unlocked Sprint-compatible phone from Motorola, a name brand company. The Sprint store, including *every* authorized Sprint reseller in the high desert was unable to activate my phone on an existing sprint line. Their awful CDMA (truly worse than GSM) network requires unique SIM cards per device and they are apparently iPhone and Android Specific. This store supposedly didnt have any Android SIM Cards for over a month.This seems absurd, and Im not sure if its a reflection at how terrible and lazy this store and its employees are -- or if its a reflection on how terrible Sprint is nationally. If I had a choice in the matter and didnt owe hundreds of dollars on my Sprint account at the moment (leased phones - a mistake I ownt make twice!) I would outright cancel my service and switch to either Project Fi, Verizon, or AT&T without a doubt.If youre reading this and youre a current Sprint Customer, Im sorry that both you and I made such a genuine mistake (after all, the sprint advertising isnt half bad!), but I hope you get to make the switch to better carrier soon. If youre a potential Sprint Customer...turn around and dont look back.

Pre ordered a galaxy s7 was told i would get vr goggles for free. I was there the day the phone came out, got my phone but one of the ladys in there told me they would call me qhen my goggles came in. I went to the store every day for a week, the same lady every day told me they would call me. After a week i went to a new person who actually looked up my account, then she tells me it was only while supplies lasted. That is complete bullshit, no whete on sprint websites was there anythimf about while supplies lasted not one of there store bodies not workers because no one actually works they justjust stand around doing absolutley nothing, worst customer sevice I ever had. I almost drove to the nearest verizon or att which ever was first and changed services. I have to much business with my current phone numbers to switch right now. So I had a Galaxy S3 that my husband bought for me about 4 months ago. I bought myself an Iphone 5 to give my husband the S3. We both drove 60 miles to change our phones. The woman working were all rude except for one lady so i thought. I asked her to help us switch our phones she told me policies have changed and she wouldnt help me. She then told me in a smart tone to go to the other sprint store literally across the street. So i did and the man that helped me told me she lied to my face and no policies have changed. Also I went to this sprint store about a month ago to pay our bill while my husband was out of the state for military training. Another rude lady tried to tell me we owed them $480 when our bill is $150, so i had to let our phones shut off. Our next bill was very large because of the late fee.

Waiting 3 hours to replace a defective ipad that i paid fully a week ago and to replace it, i had to go through the process of refunding the whole money to my bank account that would take up to 7days, plus i had to pay a full price again for another ipad which was defective right out of the box at the store again. Now i am waiting for almost $1300 to be refunded to my bank account. I went and I bought another ipad from apple store itself with sprint simcard in it then went to the same sprint store to activate it but their system was down. I was on the phone with Sprint Customer Support for over an hour seeking a SIM card to activate my new Google Nexus 5. Apparently, NONE of the Sprint stores within 60 miles of Victorville have SIM cards. This includes stores in San Bernardino, Redlands and Loma Linda. All this is after waiting over a week for Sprint to send me a SIM because both Victorville stores did not have SIM cards. Why cell phone stores do not carry SIM cards is beyond my comprehension.On the other hand... T-Mobile has SIM cards at their Victorville and Hesperia stores. Furthermore, they can port my phone over from Sprint to T-Mobile in 24 hours ~ which is faster than the week it would take to receive a SIM from Sprint.
