Love this store very much. Very clean and shiny and they have lots of peoples favorite things.

Great variety of goods you would need for your house. And your pet, because thats what makes your house a home.

This HomeGoods is similar to another location I go to in terms of similar items in stock and size of the store. However, the employees here are not nice like they are at the Fair Lakes location. No one greeted me when coming in or exiting the store despite employees being posted at the doors. I wont be coming back to this HomeGoods and will instead go to the one in Fair Lakes where I know I will get good service.

The most store I love

Go early to get the best deals, this place turns inventory quick! Fairly organized and well maintained. Line is usually long on the weekends, but does go by quick.

I notice a lot of things out of stock. But I like this store.

This homegoods is always well stocked and full of interesting finds. I think if I were to wish for one thing out of the homegoods franchise it would be to have less damaged goods for sale in the store. It seems that a large portion of the items for sale have cosmetic or structural flaws. Its always heartbreaking to find a beautiful piece of furniture only to inspect more closely and find it has damage.

One of my favorite stores, along with Marshalls and Sierra.

I an an interior designer and shop here regularly. I always find beautiful things at this location. The management- Kevin, David and Shawn are always available and cheerfully helping. Chris, Erica and Spencer are great cashiers.

Who doesn’t love home goods. I have found great deals in there . The staff is helpful the items are organized and clean.Parking is a breeze. You can find furniture, kitchens utensils, rugs, bathroom towels decor mirrors toys books and more.

Easy parking. Good selection of typical HG fair. The store has recently been renovated. Very pleasant place to spend an hour or two.

Nice HomeGoods. The employees are kind courteous. Some of the item on the floor were damaged or flawed. But still a great shopping experience.

I went to home goods for the first time today! I cant believe I didnt go before 😱 Its actually nice, lots of decoration and home stuff at reasonable prices. Its like the home section of Marshalls but extended.

This store needs a face lift. It is more disorganized than your standard Homegoods and the staff need to be trained better from their manager. One of the floor managers when I stopped by after work was extremely rude with his employees (overheard from nearby). He berated them and made demands instead of encouraging them to do better. Ive been told several times that the store will receive new inventory and it will be out on the shelves the following day only to be told the following day that it takes at least a day for them to unload and several days to place everything. I will no longer go to this location due to the long checkout lines, disorganized products and poor management.

I typically adore HomeGoods so this low star rating really isnt about the contents of the store because they have many wonderful things at great prices. This is about my interaction at about 3:15 with their manager. My husband and I needed some blinds and had found some that looked to be the right size but the boxes were both opened and looked beat up so we were concerned that they might be broken or the wrong product in the box. We went to the register and the cashier called the manager. We stepped to the side so the cashier (who was friendly) could continue ringing up other customers. When the manager came the cashier directed us towards her so we walked in her direction. She walked past us so I tried to get her attention and let her know shed been paged by us. All I said was excuse me mam and she turned and snapped at us and in an extremely condescending tone informed us I am going to see whats going on from her before speaking to you her tone and demeanor were so rude and unprofessional not to mention totally uncalled for I just decided I dont want to deal with this attitude and left. My husband was shocked too. Why is she a manager she has no tact or professionalism, we didnt even really have a problem until she showed up and made one.

Inventory is good, but be prepared for very long checkout lines. Tonight there are two cashiers and over 20 parties in line. This is unfortunately standard for this location.

Awful. Only two cashiers. Long, long line of people waiting. I was in line for 10 minutes with no movement. Then an announcement came for all available associates to customer service. Thought that would speed things along. But, five minutes later, still no additional cashiers showed up. I bailed out, as did others. They made it way too hard to try and spend money there.

Only one cashier, manager was at front pick the phone to call more people and left, nobody else came. Set 18 11am

Not re-stocked as often as it should....long lines to cashier...

Traumatized, someone allowed a NON service dog in the store an it went to the bathroom an the only thing you smelled was dog feces, the associate had to clean it up which went from the front of the door to 3 ft in the front!
