Youd be better buying online.What customer likes to be taken advantage of? NOT ME. This was the second time I had a trouble with the manager at store. It seems like they DONT want customers to come back.First incident, item was mispriced and they didnt assume their mistake. To me, $10 to keep a happy customer doesnt seem like a huge loss for BB&B. Misleading and annoying finding out the price is higher than what the label stated.Second incident, bought $300 Wammsuta bed sheets which have LIFETIME WARRANTY but as soon as you want to claim it, they expect you to keep the ticket. As if I would expect them to brake apart....At store manager was HELPLESS saying they couldnt retrieve the ticket and with no ticket, no warranty. Do we live in the Digital Era or do we have to depend on a piece of paper???

This place is HUGE. Everything you need in your household is at Bed Bath & Beyond. I love this store and its one of the best stores Ive been too. You must come and see.

A very typical chain store, good cashiers, clean and well managed aisles.Nothing due especial, but this store has more goods and opinions in comparisonwith few other B.B & Beyond stores, such as more foods and supplies.

I am so happy with the customer service here it’s crazy. It’s 10pm right now, and I had no idea they closed at 9:30 - yet the guy with short curly hair (forgot his name) helping me find window shades only cared about making sure I had exactly what I needed and not that I was keeping him late at work. I walked out with everything I needed - thank you! 5 stars across the board.

Lord have mercy! I literally just needed to pick up an order and the level of disorganization and confusion was mind blowing. There wasn’t enough customers to justify that. Then, they let the phone just ring and ring... this location leaves A LOT to be desired. Eddie- who I think is the manager- has no direction and his team needs help... witnessed him in action and yikes! The one star is for the item I purchased.

Of the Bed Bath and Beyonds I have been to in many cities this one ranks among the best. The selection is quite good. Very easy to get assistance when needed, and the prices are very reasonable- sometimes even fantastic! For example, I bought two premium pieces of cookware for 75% off! (Overstock)! And I happened to be shopping for cookware!Still, even in the absence of such buys, this store is a really good one!

Cashiers are nice, but the manger is not polite. She is very mean and no manner to a customer. She should learn how to deal with a customer from the cashiers.

They carry just about everything you could possibly need from facial creams, bedding, jewelery cleaner and water purifiers at the best price Ive found. People who work there are just lovely. Love shopping there.

Can do better. Price tags were missing from many places.

Unfortunately I made a special trip to Bed Bath & Beyond for Sterling Silver Polish and the shelves were absolutely bare. No polish. Otherwise, I have always been very pleased with Bed Bath & beyond. I love their products. And their coupons. I did find a couple of items that are very serviceful in my home.

The customer service I received from this location was just plain rude. I called to check the status of an online order, and twice the customer service rep (Brandon) hung up on me. Next time I called in he transferred me to the supervisor who was just extremely rude in her tone. I was calling to check the status of an online order and she said if I hadn’t received an email, then it’s not ready yet. She completely ignored the fact that I told her I was driving and didn’t have access to my email and just wanted to check since I was in the area. She couldn’t even be bothered to ask for my order number and check.

Not as organized or well stocked as it was b4 pandemic. Hope they can regroup.

Very big variety of home products and all coupons are good despite the date of them. Lots of good quality and fair sales and prices. Recommend if you are near the area and need lots of utilities and sets.

A little interesting to get to. Although I received an email saying my online reservation for in-store pickup was ready, it was not. Took a while for the salesperson to understand where the disconnect was, even I was showing my email confirmation on my phone. And the complimentary gift wrap section was...lets just say a much less service-oriented encounter than Ive experienced at the Bed, Bath and Beyond in Gaithersburg. This is closest to me, but next time I might need to travel the distance to try out another location--Im new to the Fairfax, VA area.

We did our wedding registry and worked with Rachel. We made an appointment not knowing what to expect but we quickly realized Rachel knew everything there was to know about registrys and houseware. She truly made the entire process so easy and fun! I would genuinely recommend this bed bath and beyond AND you need to work with Rachel for your registry!!

Huge store. Not worth going. Had to wait 20 minutes to pick up an item because Ashley at the desk couldn’t manage to do anything. Had to call over a manager for every single task. If Ashley represents their customer service, it’s a pretty sad display.

Largest one on the East Coast. If you cant find it here, you might as well order it on line. Such a large store, its hard to find your way out of.

Apparently my conception of Bed Bath and Beyond was all wrong. I had no idea what they had as far as goods but was referred there for a few items dealing with cold and sickness. I was told how to get 20% off which saved me from going to CVS. I couldnt find what I was looking for right away and a helpful employee got me in touch with another helpful team mate. She showed me right where my item was and let me know it came with everything i needed and if i needed refills to come on back. She was great. The experience was great. I would heavily recommend.

Expensive but nice products. I get there coupons in the mail. The coupons never expire and you can use more than one if you have multiple items.

Great place, and the only place where the online shop actually know the stock of the brick and mortar stores. You order online and you can pick up from stores stock an hour later, waiting for you at the service desk. Really quick service. And now with the holidays there is a self-gift-wrapping-station where you can wrap your bought items for free. Gift wrapping open from 2 to 4 pm.

What else do you expect from a bed bath & beyond. They have everything. All of the staff are great. Plus you can use all of the coupons they never go out of date. Love this store. Plus the have great beer and wine selection and food.

Emphasis here on the Beyond. Huge store with fully stocked grocery (no produce), beer, wine, and toiletry/beauty product sections. Also the standard bed and bath stuff... but also luggage, smart home appliances and controls... and probably anything else you can imagine.

We ordered deck chairs off the website and we realized we did not need 4 of them. Super great but but 2 to many. The return went smoothly.

This placenis the bomb and the honor all of their coupons. We bought a new vaccum and the price was by far the best with the 20% off savings. This store is plenty big and there is ample parking in the front. Their world market section is decent as well.

Nice but expensive

The bathroom is very nasty. Incredible that at 12 pm the woman bathroom was like a war of toilet paper on the floor. Where is the manager or supervisor of this store in Vienna? I think they do not know that this location is a prime location with high level of customers.

I was just at Bed Bath & Beyond in Vienna, Virginia this evening, September 4, 2018. I was shopping off of a registry list, which was not in any sort of order. Jalloh was super friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. I believe that if he hadnt asked me if I needed assistance, I would still be there. 5/5 stars to Jalloh for excellent customer service.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a weird place that sells like three brands and everything has either grey or back rubber coating but I go here to avoid giving all my money to Amazon.

I used to love this Bed Bath and Beyond, but after dealing with the stores operations manager, Denise, I may just frequent Crate and Barrel or Williams Sonoma instead. She has turned my once enjoyable experience with the retailer into a horrific one. Denise is rude, snarky, and unprofessional and employees like her is the reason for the Retail Apocalypse that currently plaques the brick-and-mortar retail environment. She would definitely benefit from customer service training class, but perhaps not since she seems inherently obnoxious.

Typical BBB location - this one is a bit larger than most but also sort houses a World Market inside. Plenty of parking and very helpful sales associates.
