A great home improvement store. They’ve always been there to help during major rental renovation projects. Super friendly staff.

I ordered online and picked up at customer service desk inside. It requires ID to pick up your items but if u dont have your ID then make sure u at least have the card that u ordered with to pick up your items. Everything went smoothly and great customer care services. I actually got the item cheaper from ordering it online then what it would have cost to just buy it inside the store.

10/2021 had to buy new refrigerator. Sales person Jon was great. However delivery was horrible.Guy was rough, damaged my counter, have yet to hear from delivery outfit who delivered about damage.

Today wasnt great i was told I would get a gallon of the paint I needed for the price of a regular gallon. They were out of the gallon bases and I was told I would get 4 quarts for the price of 1 gallon since it wasnt my fault they were out of the gallons I needed but in the end I was ripped off and charged more than told. I was given a discount on the quarts but not what I was told which is frustrating knowing I cant depend on the word of anyone. So buyer beware I guess.

Very helpful associates, Serena and Deedee. Serena was very knowledgeable when we asked questions about the Receipt Saw and needed battery. Order pallet of rubber mulch from home depot. This is what get after fifty some bags then the last 40 bags it a different color. Unfortunately you need come pick the bags if not this happens. I returned 26 bags hoping they have more to get but no. And I would have scope the I pour out to returner get credit. I was told someone will call me back but no phone call. I guess I will be doing business some where else.

Always has what I need in store. And if not can get it next day delivery.

Love home depot especially there paint section. I always let them put my paint in the computer with my phone number so if i ever need more they have it in file.

They were very helpful at telling us what other stores we could get a fridge at quicker.

Normally shop at a competitor because they were cheeper but, today I was impressed by the quality of the product and the quality of the service. You might want to give them a shot!

Went to Lowes first and found they dont sell toilet bowels and toilet tanks separately! RIGHT! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT??? BUR! Home Depot sells them separately for around 35.00 with my military discount and upfront disabled and purple heart veteran parking!!! Thank you Home Depot! On other big thing Home Depot had three registers open with live cashiers to use my veteran discount... Lowes had a line halfway around the store... No joke. One cashier! Almost all in line were veterans! Why cant they program the self checkout with a fingerprint checker or something if theyre so big on getting rid of cashiers??? Thanks again HOME Depot for easy fast checkout!!!

Always great fun other than when employees follow like your a thief if you dont get a cart.

This store is clean, organized and well stocked. I’m totally switching from Lowe’s. The only hang up is that Lowe’s stays open till ten and these guys only 9 and I do all my shopping from 9-10. Please extend hours!!

Stood in appliances for over 30 min . Went to kitchen cabinets and same thing walked around and look for over 30 min. No help. Employees were sitting at desks. On their phone. Didnt even look up. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Where I can get waited on. When we were leaving went past service desk. And guess what they were on their phones too. Must be nice getting paid to play games on your phone.

Layout of of store is different but still a great store, slightly under staffed like alot of businesses in the area. I was there for SDS Plus bits and the selection was lacking compared to larger city THD but I purchased a bit I think will suffice. Only 1 cashier at checkout 😡.

I had to drive here to get some lumber for my job. We live about two hours away in Ohio. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff was, how clean the store was, the price of the product. Overall it was a phenomenal experience. Definitely different from anything we get here in central Ohio. Everybody was extremely helpful.

I ordered a stove around Thanksgiving 2017, the man that I talked to when I ordered it was very friendly and helpful. That is the only good thing that came out of the experience. It was around Thanksgiving so it was going to take a little longer to receive at the store, I understand that and that was not a problem. The problem stated when the stove came into the store damaged. Things shift and sometimes break during shipping, I understand this as well, but what I dont understand is why nobody bothered to call me and inform me that my stove have to be reordered. Not only didnt the fail to call me about it, when I stopped in a week later to check and see if there was any progress the woman at customer service said that it should be there in a couple days, which I was ok with and went on my way. When I stop back in almost another week later and ask if it has come in and they failed to call me, a different woman at the customer service counter couldnt even find where it had been reordered, she said it would be at least another week before it would be there. So at this point, almost a month later, still no stove and being lied to about it being reordered, I asked for a refund to go somewhere that would actually want to sell me a stove. The woman was very nice about it and got my information to pass on to management so they could contact me about the problem, but wouldnt you know it, I never heard a word from them. I guess their phones only ring in and they cant dial out? I went to Sears and ordered my stove, I had it in my house installed in less than a week. Sears, of all places, delivered on their promise, something this Home Depot could not do. Long story short, if you want something from this location, hope they have it in stock.

Came here to find mulch and the people working here pointed me in the right way. Found what I was looking for and tried finding other tools....looks like I missed the time to grab them.Good prices and not as busy when I came in but the feel of the building being a warehouse was a toasty warm feel. Good on these chilly nights.

Had what I needed friendly person helped, got in and out quickly

Had the worst experience ever in the Parkersburg WV store. NO ONE knew what a floating deck was. One guy was clueless, the next said look on our phone to find it because he couldnt help, the last guy gave us tips on building then walked away without showing us where to get things. We left and went to our local Ace Hardware Store who helped us, actually did the math on everything we need, wrote it down then printed it out in under 10 mins.
