I truly enjoyed my experience in this Black Owned beauty supply store in Vienna. Friendly service by Ms. C and she was able to help me with hair color and hair for twists. I really enjoyed my visit and will be going back to support this business. Very happy with this store. Customer service is exceptional and you dont see that in beauty supply stores. I dont have to go all the way to DC now to go to a beauty supply store. STAY IN BUSINESS PLEASE. The young lady was very patient and helpful with me especially with products. They had everything I was looking for and more! My daughter was roaming a little while I was looking around and she didnt even seem bothered or judgmental. I got everything I needed as well! THANK YOU AGAIN!

The store has some products for men. I got a few beard products and a brush. Just started growing a beard, it has grown out some more, the oil and balm I bought have kept it shiny(not greasy) and moisturized. Smells good too. Will definitely continue to purchase the products and come back to this store for some others.

I went to this beauty supply store today. I was immediately greeted warmly and asked if I needed help by two young women. I was looking for something specific, but they did not carry that product. However, the young ladies took down my information and the product that I was seeking and told me if they ever get the product in, they would contact me. Now that’s what I call customer service. I was so impressed with these young ladies that I had to write a review. Although they are a small beauty supply store, I’ll definitely go back to support this small business simply because of the service and kindness received today!

Its great to have a place in Northern Virginia for ethnic hair. Selection is good for the size of establishment.The staff is helpful and the store is organized and clean.

Nice black owned shop. Very clean and organized. However, didnt have any stock of what I need and prices were 1 to 2 dollars more than the beauty supply stores that I normally go to.

I am SO EXCITED that there is finally a Black Woman Owned Beauty Supply store close to me! I stopped in last night to buy some things, and the lovely lady there was very friendly and helpful. After answering my questions she let me & my family have the space to browse freely, which was greatly appreciated!They’re newly opened so they’re still in the process of receiving some shipments but they’ve got a pretty good selection as is! Overall the customer service was great and I am excited to be able to support a Black Owned beauty supply!
