Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I worked with Rachael who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Even while juggling multiple customers in the store I still felt like I had the attention I needed to feel confident in my purchase. Rachael asks all the right questions about your sleep habits, weight, height, budget, and any pain you might have had from sleeping in the wrong mattress and will get you to the right one with the amount of support you need within your price point!I’ve always preferred firmer mattresses and spent thousands on a temper that I wasn’t even heavy enough to enjoy the benefits from. I wouldn’t have realized this unless I went into the store and talked to Rachael. She definitely knows what she’s talking about. Going into THIS store is the best decision to make to try out different mattresses and get amazing customer service among the way. We just moved to the East Coast and Rachelle at the Tyson’s Corner location helped our family choose mattresses for our home. She helped us test out several mattresses to narrow down what we liked that was also in our price range. We ended up picking 4 separate mattresses for our home and family. She was so kind and knowledgeable. It was a quick visit; we were not in there more than 40 minutes. It was a very pleasant process, no sales pressure at all. To be honest, I normally really hate being approached by sales associates in a store - I usually come in to just browse and be left in peace to make my own decision. However, Racheal was a DELIGHT to work with and we were in good hands when we made our purchase (that we werent even intending to make that day, but she worked super hard to make sure we got everything we wanted ASAP!). Racheal was amazing and I would recommend her help to anyone looking for a new bed.

READ PRINTS ON RECEIPTI typically don’t leave a negative review unless I think it will benefit others.I went here with my sister looking to find a mattress for both of us.The sales manager at the time seemed very helpful and kept making offers that sounded too good to be true.Luckily we only made a purchase for a cheaper used mattress for my sister and had intentions of buying a much more expensive tempurpedic mattress for my self a little later(DEFINITELY WON’T NOW).We were given the impression that we could return used mattresses if we found anything wrong. In fact my sister also recollected that we were explicitly told this was possible.Turns out this information was false, you have to reject at time of delivery as we were informed later.The mattress got delivered while we were away. The full mattress (NOT IN A BOX - AS WE WERE PROMISED). We had to find a way to transport the whole mattress as we opted to have it delivered to my place since my sister’s apartment wasn’t ready.After we built my sister’s bed and placed the mattress on it, we found an indelible stain and then when it was sat on it sank in.Disappointed with all this we called the sales manager back to schedule a return for a replacement. We were then informed us it would cost us 100.00 for pickup which was non-negotiable. He also conveniently referred to the receipt which had no refund written in between the item rows.HE DID ACCEPT THE MATTRESS BACK. BUT FOR $100 fee.My main problems were:1. Be careful of used car salesman vibes. The manager just seemed to want to make a sale and if something sounds too good to be true - it probably is so beware.2. GASLIGHTING - after everything went south, it became a “my word against yours - i said this - didn’t say that” Situation.Had my sister not been there to confirm my recollection I would have thought I was going crazy or making things up.Just sharing my experience so that readers will know what to look out for.Again READ THE RECEIPTS, heck get things in writing and have them sign if you need to.Because he seemed to say anything to make the sale.

I’ve been a long time Mattress firm customer since 2012. I went into the store to change out a mattress as I was having issues with my existing one.Tony assisted me in switching out and talking through options. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me. He genuinely wanted to ensure I would be happy long term. He ensured I had all the data that I would need to make a decision. He was a pleasure to work with and cannot say enough kind a things. He ensure that I got something that fit in my budget and remove issues with sleep.The store was clean and well looked after.

Stay Away from this store.I had a very bad experience with Mattress Firm off of RT7 in Tyson corner area.I purchased a mattress for $1500.00 It was delivered few days later.After sleeping on one side of the bed for 2 nights it literary collapsed. I called them and they took the mattress back and refunded me close to $1000. So they took $500 for restocking and shipping. They are Very difficult to deal with and are dishonest. I bought a Needle and Tuft mattress from Amazon which I like a lot, for $750. I have been using it for about a month now.

I went to Mattress Firm at Tysons corner with the intention to buy a bed, mattress and pillows. The salesperson Wayne Chen was very accomodating to my interests and showed me a range of mattresses and bed frames. I bought an adjustable base, mattress and pillows. I have been using the bed for about 10 days now, and the experience has been really good so far. The delivery guys were on time, and you can track their delivery even if you are not at home to collect it personally. They lock down the delivery to a 2 hour window, however I think customers preferences should be taken into account, since a working professional cannot be at home in the afternoon on a weekday. My adjustable bed frame was not setup properly, thus it did not do any of the functions I had bought it for, and I called the store for replacement. They redirected me to the companys customer care, and they in turn redirected me back to the store for a replacement. I contacted Wayne again, and he scheduled a re-delivery of the bed frame. The delivery guy this time checked the settings and it was found that the connection was not set properly. I am deducting one star only because of this, and because my pillow package arrived quite later than expected. Other than that, the store is a bit expensive. I ended up spending 3K for the whole deal. Come visit the store, if you are not tight on the budget.

My experience at Mattress Firm Tysons was a delight. I went in with paperwork as I was doing a mattress warranty exchange. Lorie, the manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable and even though it was a warranty exchange she continued to answer my questions. Her knowledge and experience of the products was exceptional. She also suggested an adjustable bed frame which I absolutely love. We bought a mattress around a month ago and I think we were helped by the store manager. He was very helpful and did his best to give us a good discount on a high end mattress with a reclining base for the feet and head sides. He was very knowledgeable about the products and his advice was invaluable. Maybe a little bit pushy but the discount was great.

A superior shopping experience. We started at this mattress firm sometime in July and most have visited 7 mattress stores in the quest to but a new bed. Lorie was patient and knowledgeable and while we didnt buy a bed in July, we did revisit her and mattress firm after returning a sleep number bed. Worst experience ever. I went to 4 different mattress firm stores in Tysons area and they all talk to each other and rejected my price offer. They emailed each other about me and they wont even try to negotiate. Left all 4 stores with almost anger. Mattress warehouse, however, has better mattresses and better customer service. I just purchased a same level mattress I was looking at the mattress firm at a much lower price and the price I wanted to purchase. Ali at mattress warehouse is the best person.

Lorie was great to work with. Exceptionally nice doesnt begin to cover it. She speaks with clarity from a base of knowledge, and a desire to be informative. Very helpful. I had held back writing until I could add a comment about the companys delivery service, because the final step can go either way. However, the delivery men were right on time and careful about our house, particularly in removing the old king-sized mattress down a long and inconvenient stairway. They were efficient in assembling the new bed and attentive to removing cardboard and the little stuff that comes with a new installation afterwards.
