Only getting one star because I had too, if it were up to me Id give them half or no star....Terrible customer service, wasnt offered any help while in the store... we had to approach the the lady working and when I was explaining certain things I was looking for in a dress the lady started showing me a specific dress on the rack; it was not what I was looking for so I told her that and she seemed angry and then walked away and didnt talk to us again...I saw a couple I liked and if the lady had listened she should have showed me these others to begin with, I didnt buy either one or even try anything on because it was an uncomfortable atmosphere and I wont go back there or recommend anyone go there.

Just recently joined a good friend for her wedding dress appointment, The Elizabeth Michaels staff was so kind and generous. My friend and her entire family felt so welcome. The one on one attention and close attention to detail was superb. Elizabeth Michaels has also measured/fitted me for multiple tuxes. This store always makes it easy and fun!

I went there today just browsing through looking for a wedding dress I found one immediately. The lady who helped me I believe to be the owner very sweet and very helpful. She helped find something in my price range and style of my outdoor wedding. She suggested great accessories as well. I still have to get my alterations done but as far as my experience there today I was very pleased. Very professional and helpful. Thanks so much💗

Clean store and helpful staff

Walked in she gave me one look then turned away to talk to the other employee, when she finally got around to ask me if I needed anything I told her Im looking for a dress for a wedding in November. She sneered It takes four months to ordee one of my dresses but you can look at that rack over there. She pointed and looked at her employee and laughed. I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated as a customer before. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LAUGHED AT!

Not a good place to go dress shopping. Avoid it at all cost. One thing I noticed when I entered is that the employees are not helpful at all. The major issue is that they loudly gossip and trash talk about previous customers. I will never go back to this unprofessional business.

EM dressed my entire wedding and everything looked fantastic. Top notch customer service! They have the best selection in the area and should definitely be your first stop.

The employees are not that nice. Expeshialy the woman we talked to. We didn’t know there was a bridal appointment going on and accidentally walked in there and the woman very rudely told us to get out and that we could look at the 25 dresses that had out. We even planned on buying dresses for the upcoming wedding there and getting my dance dress there. And all the dresses were very ugly there was only a few cute ones. If you are shopping short dresses you have a very little option, and most of them show too much. All in all I was very discatified with the customer service and I don’t recommend shopping here.😡😡😡

Walked in and was treated very rudely. Acted like we were incompetent and didn’t know what we were doing. Won’t go back or ever purchase anything from here. I’ll make sure to take my business to Universal bridal and prom!

We went with my brothers girlfriend and she found a dress on the half of rack and she loved it and we went to pay and they said it was 600 instead of 300 and we went to look again she found a few and a girl put it in the dressing room we went to go try the all of the we looked and couldn’t find the dress she wanted we found it our selfs and then she tried it on and loved it got the dress but 3/5 overall

They were very helpful and friendly while helping my daughter find a pageant dress. We will definitely be going back.

If I could give this business a negative star rate I would. I went to this shop to purchase my wedding dress. First off the young lady who was helping me and my party was rude and disrespectful. She kept saying that the dresses were too small for me to try on. Yes I am plus size but being in the mid ohio valley where 60 % of the females are plus size. And to have my weight brought up was very hurtful and disrespectful. Even plus size brides deserve to experience that magic of finding her perfect dress. Then when I was changing into a dress she told my 3 bridesmaids that my size will limit my selection and it will be hard for me to find a dress in my size. Then when she was helping me out of a dress she said we do payment plans. This was on Tuesday June 13th 2016 at around noon. I will not send anyone I know to this shop!!
