Anna is wonderful and super helpful! I recommend setting an appointment but I didnt have one and they still squeezed me in. They do all their alterations in-house so theyre very flexible. They carry all kinds of styles and will work with you on color, sleeve length, beading, etc. Would highly recommend!

White Swan Bridal was easily the best bridal boutique I’ve been to. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. The wedding gowns there are beyond gorgeous. I found the dress of my dreams there and the wonderful women who assisted me Moia and Anna very extremely helpful without being pushy. They also managed to get my dress altered within a day on a holiday. The seamstress was very kind and did a wonderful job. Overall I’m extremely happy with the quality of dresses and the customer service provided. Highly recommend.

The women at Swan Bridal are amazing! My sister had a dress emergency created by a less experienced shop. Not only did they offer her multiple alternatives to her original dress but they went above an beyond to help fix the original dress she loved. They not only fixed the issues but made the dress more perfect then we could even imagine. Thank you for saving the day with the wedding being only 2 weeks away. Swan Bridal has a beautiful selection of dresses but more importantly they represent everything a business should be putting the customer first event step of the way.

Highly recommend these ladies for any wedding dress needs. They helped me find the PERFECT dress. They also did two sets of alterations and added a bustle. They helped me find a beautiful dress at a very reasonable price. They also did very quick turnarounds on the alterations and bustle. The bustle was a mix of american and french. It flowed perfectly with the design of the dress and was made with numbered ribbons and just a few buttons. This made it so simple for my bridesmaids when we tied it back up!

My wife and I both purchased our wedding dresses at White Swan. They were incredibly attentive and helped us pick out the perfect dresses to fit our very different styles. White Swan Bridal is definitely a hidden gem! My photographer (Emily Alyssa Photography) recommended I try their shop after a series of striking out elsewhere and feeling a little defeated in my search. We had a 4-month turnaround time from engagement to wedding and I had been turned away consistently from other shops for the tight deadline (understandable, but discouraging nonetheless) WSB showed me a selection of dresses that would work within my timeline AND for a great price! I walked out the SAME DAY from their sample sale with a $500 gown that I loved more than even the $3000 gowns I had tried elsewhere! They also did my alterations in-house and did a wonderful job (added bones, some elastic, cups, and altered my veil to add a bustle). I had a great experience from start to finish and I’m looking forward to going back to them after the big day for cleaning and preservation.If you’re a bride feeling overwhelmed with the dress shopping experience, head to White Swan Bridal! This shop was the best dress shopping experience by far! I went to several shops prior to White Swan and then scheduled an hour appointment just to see if I had any interest in what they offered. The consultant had an idea of a couple dresses that would fit my preference within my budget. We started off in the clearance section (by my request) and found a few to show off to my closest relatives. My decision was tied between two of the most stunning lace dresses, I ended up running over my appointment by two hours! The owner, Mila, was so kind and allowed her consultant to continue to accommodate me. Then lo and behold I said yes to the dress!!Mila was so sweet to offer my family water and treats while they patiently waited. She also gave an unexpected discount to my hair piece and veil. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my train to be shaped like and Mila gave me her honest opinion while still allowing an open mind. After I made my final decision, I sent the dress out for alterations (which came back right on time with more time to spare). I was very pleased with her knowledge and friendly relationship with clients.After my wedding I came back to get my dress preserved professionally. I had a few tears in my lace and stains at the base, which is pretty normal post-wedding. Mila reassuring that this was not a problem and will be fixed. The preservation of my dress came back like it had never been warn. I truly enjoyed my experience because of her and her team! I recommend this place to my friends, family and any future brides-to-be!

This is the best bridal store in Virginia. I ordered two dresses I ever tried on. My dream dresses were picked out by the friendly staffs. I went with my sister and the staffs made me feel so comfortable, especially the manager, she is a professional lady. These ladies are amazing and they know what you want before even you know it. I had a wonderful experience at White Swan. They have a beautiful collection of bridal accessories (tiaras and crowns). My wedding was a day away and I found the perfect crown with my dress. I was allowed to bring family with me and the seller was very helpful and patient.

I was there for about an hour, tried on as many dresses as I wanted and found the perfect dress. The experience was great, I felt totally at ease even during this pandemic. They made excellent accommodations for me given my wedding date is just 4 months away and can’t wait to wear my dress on my wedding day.

Very nice when I came inside but the ladythe owner was a so RUDE and wanted me at force to by the dress when first of all it was nice but was not my taste I told her how I wanted my dress and ignored it. She wanted me to buy the one I had on. When I was just trying it on and was not going to buy. Its very sad that people be this way. I do not recommend this place. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL.

Mila and her team at White Swan Bridal Boutique were amazing. They have a wide variety of dresses, and they helped me find the perfect dress. They even helped me customize it with a sequin layer the seamstress sewed in that added a little extra sparkle.Once I found the perfect dress, they were very efficient and communicative in scheduling the fittings.My final fitting was in March 2020, and I took the dress home with me. I was supposed to get married in July of 2020, but we had to move the wedding to October because of COVID. When the new date was about 2 weeks away, I tried on the dress to make sure everything still fit perfectly. I panicked because the dress was a bit snug, and I wasnt sure if there would be enough time to alter it (after 6 months of quarantine, I probably should have thought to try the dress on sooner!) I called Mila and she told me to come in the next day. They re-fitted me, and were able to complete the alterations in 24 hours! I picked up the dress the very next day, and it fit perfectly again. I was very impressed with the seamstress!I had a wonderful experience with all the women I worked with there, and I would highly recommend White Swan Bridal Boutique!

I had the best experience at the shop. The consultants were veey helpful and professional. They helped me pick out my perfect wedding dress. I was called to pick up my dress earlier than the expected date. The supervisor was very friendly and knowledgable. The shop carries a good collections of dresses with reasonable price range. I would definitely reccomend her shop to my friends.

My dress was the 4th one I tried on and knew immediately it was the one. From my first visit on December 4th and through this crazy pandemic white swan bridal team were AMAZING at keeping me informed, calm, and ready for my wedding in September. Any time I needed something fixed they did it on a timely manner. I took my dress in for the last fitting and alterations and she made sure I would get it earlier than expected due to starting a new job and needing to travel to get the dress. They are happy to work with you and at the end of the day want you to be the happiest and feel as beautiful as possible. I’ve told all future brides I know that this should be their first stop.

Literally such an amazing place! I just bought my dress from here yesterday! The sales associates were SUPER helpful and I never felt rushed one time (even when I was struggling to choose between two dresses). The owner Mila picked out a few dresses that I thought would absolutely look horrible on me and OMG. She has such an eye and knows what she is doing. The dress I ended up buying was one that I originally wasnt interested in but she suggested that I try it on. The moment I put it on, I knew it was the one. This place is amazing. I went in and told them what I was looking for and boom.They can also customize any dress (put straps on, add glitter, take straps off, change the color of the dress, add corsets, etc.). Their selection is so overwhelming because all of the dresses are so beautiful! These women made me feel beautiful in my dress and it was such a delightful experience overall! I would give them more stars if I could!!

Megan was awesome! She was super helpful from the very beginning and made sure to figure out what I liked. She was also very patient with me since this was my first time looking at dresses and I still didnt have a real idea of what I wanted. I also loved the fact that no one at the shop was pushy at all on buying a dress that day. I did end up getting my dress from there that day, however, I felt like I could have comfortably left without purchasing if I didnt find the dress there. Would highly recommend!

After visiting a dozen of bridal shops, I came to White Swam Bridal and found my dream dress in the first visit and within my budget. The ladies there are very nice and will help you no matter how much you are expending. When I try dresses on I was by myself, and they did something very nice and it was to wait and see me to trying on the dresses and gave me their honest opinions. I asked White Swan to help me with my mothers wedding gown, that I wanted to wear for the special day. The alteration appointments went fantastic, at the end the dress looked like it was sculptured on me. It was so comfortable that I easily wore it and danced in it all 12 hr. of the wedding party. The White Swan team was helpful from start to finish - the process was a total breeze. I felt so beautiful on the wedding day and wish I could wear the dress more! My mom was so happy to see her dress again! Thank You, White Swan for making my wedding day such a fairytale!

Just trust me and do not go here. If you wear above a 14 Bridal especially. They’ll say they have plus sized but they do not. They have possibly 6-7 dresses above a 12.

I am recommending this to all of my friends!!This was my first dress appointment and I went in only 2 months before the wedding with no appointment. My experience was above and beyond what I expected, especially with the low reviews online.My consultant, Pauline, was an absolute joy. She was patient, gave helpful opinions when we asked, and really got to know me and what I was looking for. She picked the dress I ended up choosing as her first suggestion! She brought example belts, headbands, veils, and more to help me visualize different ideas, and worked with us for 2 and 1/2 hours straight, never pressuring me to choose one.Their selection was really great, especially for last-minute shoppers like me. They have simple to glitzy, and the most expensive sample dress I saw was around $1000. It was a small cozy atmosphere.As far as the purchasing goes, what an insanely easy and affordable experience! The manager gave us a discount for coming in on a holiday, discounts on cleaning and altering my dress, and was so sweet she gave me a gift card to a spa! Even if this was typical and just used to make me feel good, it totally worked! I was given around $500 in discounts and walked out incredibly happy.Overall, it was easy, fun, and delightful to come here!! I loved it!

Absolutely the worst. First off, the owner is EXTREMELY pushy. Second, they gave me the WRONG veil, and I didnt know until my wedding day. I went in to get my dress and veil steamed, they put the veil in the bag, and when I opened it up at the venue, the veil was BRIGHT WHITE (on top of my ivory dress). The owner didnt care that they made this mistake, and wont even take back the veil! Then, after multiple alterations, even one the week of my wedding, the dress still didnt fit! It was too big in the front and back, and the bustle absolutely sucked! I was tripping over my dress all night! Stop stuffing chocolate down everyones face, and focus on GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and making sure a bride gets the RIGHT THING THEY ORDERED. Horrible.

The people here were absolutely incredible. I was lucky to find my dress on my first trip looking and they made the process so easy and we’re constantly checking in on me a my day approached. The seamstresses were so talented. About a month and a half before my wedding day I went in for my final fitting and the dress was too small. I’d somehow grown a full cup size and the dress wouldnt even zip past my waist. Of course I was balling my eyes out but they were so calm and were immediately taking measurements to fix the issues with the dress. The alterations were pricey but 100% worth it and necessary. I felt amazing when it was all finished and felt beautiful on my wedding day. The owner was there every time I went in and she remembered me every time and even gave me a hug when I picked my dress up right before my wedding. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone getting married in the NOVA area. The shop is beautiful and the people are amazing.

This review is based on a Maid of Honor perspective and how happy my friend is. After a horrible experience at Davids Bridal I decided to book this boutique for my best friend. The store is quaint and romantic. I wish I remembered the girls name that helped us because she was so wonderful. She was welcoming and so helpful. She immediately asked the bride what she was looking for and pulled all the dresses she thought she would like. She asked all the right questions and she was very informative. By dress two the bride found her dress! With her wedding only 5 months away she made the process so painless and easy. Not only was I blessed with an easy bride, the whole process for picking a dress was stress free. White Swan Bridal should be every brides first stop for a dress.

Purchased my wedding gown here back in February. The gown was perfect. I instantly fell in love with it when I tried it on! The workers were very nice, allowing me to try on as many dresses as I wanted and not rushing me at all. My dress buying experience was great. She even let me buy it off the rack to save money.On the downside, alterations are INCREDIBLY overpriced. I barely needed anything done to my dress. A bustle and a hem, the top fit me perfectly already. This came in at over 750$..... Stupidly I paid that amount. After leaving I got a quote from 2 other local alteration businesses and I could have gotten that all done for under 300$. If you purchase a dress here then take it with you and find another place to get it altered!!!!

I was so appreciative of the individualized treatment I experienced here. The women who helped me obviously listened to what I wanted in my wedding dress and respected my budget by not pushing me to try anything that was over my limit. White Swan is amazing! The team there is very friendly, knowledgable, and will work with you to find your perfect dress in budget. Theyre different from most shops as they show all their dresses on mannequins. This really helps to show you how the dress will look on to get a better idea rather than just seeing the dress on a rack! They helped me find all the dresses in stock that fit in the vision I was looking for. The dress I fell in love with was one I had to buy off the rack because ordering took over a year for that company unfortunately. The dress had not been in stock long, so there were no flaws, except that it was a size 10 and I was a size ~2. You would never be able to tell that after the alterations! They did amazing taking the dress down to my size and making all the small changes I wanted to make my dress absolutely perfect. I also purchased my veil there, which was a custom creation by the owner. It was gorgeous!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent place! I found a design I really liked, but the dress of my dreams was $5K which was way out of my budget. I came to White Swan, showed them the picture and explained that I cannot spend more than 1K. They were extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted for the price I could afford. They recommended me to buy a dress on sale and let them tailor it. It turned out absolutely amazing!!! I loved it! My wedding and the dress were a real dream come true!

Beautiful wedding store with beautiful gowns. The prices range from super expensive to more reasonably priced gowns. They sell their sample stock for reasonable prices and they are willing to negotiate prices for them. Of you dont find a sample dress right away keep going back since they put new ones on sale all the time. The bridal consultant was helpful and had some good recommendars to try.

I ended up needing a new wedding dress last minute.I came to White Swan Bridal and they had so many amazing dresses! I found the gown my first time there. Mila helped me with the timeline (not all dresses were available so last minute). Thankfully it worked out and my dress came 3 weeks early!!I dont know what I wouldve ended up doing without White Swan Bridal! So so happy I found them. The service was amazing, the dress was absolutely perfect.

Went for formals/prom. Not many accessories but plenty of bride dresses and veils. Definitely CATERS to brides👍😁. Didnt see tuxes, maids or mother of bride dresses. Doesnt mean they cant get them I guess. Seemed friendly nonetheless

I asked Mila to do alterations on the dress my mother wore for her wedding. Everything came out beautifully! She is very upfront about the cost - it is higher end and more expensive, but the results cant be beat! Everyone at the store was accommodating and pleasant and some of the alterations she suggested based on her advanced knowledge. For example, she added bones to the dress to give it more structure and it looked wonderful and I felt beautiful on my wedding day!

White Swan Bridal was the first stop on our tour of boutiques. I was nervous about trying on wedding dresses for the first time and set up 3 appointments for one day. Prices were very reasonable (for the bridal world) and the experience was way better than I could have ever imagined for it being my first time trying on wedding dresses. Also they have plus size samples which was the one of my main concerns to begin with. I left for my other appointments but came back a week later and got their stock dress, that I loved.

This salon by far had the widest selection of dresses in all prices and sizes of all the places I’ve been to. The first level has the more expensive dresses, and the upper level has cheaper dresses you can buy right off the rack. The two young girls who helped me were great, they felt like my friends were assisting me. They were honest and helpful when I was trying on tons of dresses. The owner is a designer and was so fun to chat with. Great accessories too!

White Swan has a unique and efficient sales model. It was the only store I visited that assigned a staff member to greet me almost immediately and give me an overview of information and then assist me in selecting several dresses. She stayed with me the entire time, helping me dress and fitting the dresses with pins - she was incredibly fast and able! She was also very warm and patient.I enjoyed working with the owner directly and would have liked to talk more about the process of paying and ordering the dress. I think a printed price breakdown, taking the measurements, and fitting timeline explanation would make this part of the gown shopping experience less stressful.Overall, I will remember my experience at White Swan fondly. They clearly are experts at what they do, and I love my gown! THANK YOU!

I love them! My dress is wonderful and they do expert tailoring. My dress was originally strapless, but the owner designed straps that made a gorgeous portrait back! 100% recommend.

I purchased my sample dress 1 year before my wedding and had to come back several times to make adjustments to my gown. The dresses are beautiful and suit traditional AND more contemporary, unique styles. Our sales person was great about learning the style we were looking for and helped pull dresses based on it. I very much recommend coming here but check your receipt before you leave with your dress. Theyll give you deals on extras such as hem and bustle but they wont tell you thats not part of your out the door price. When you come back youll be hit with charges you thought were part of what you already paid for.

I started my dress shopping early, a year ahead, thinking it would take me several months. White Swan shop was my fourth appointment and I was so pleased to find my dream dress here! one of girls pulled it from the huge sale selection that they have and we all knew it was THE ONE.The size was a bit bigger, but when they pinned it and showed me how it would look like after the alterations I could see that its perfect!! I had a fantastic experience here! This was the first and only bridal store I visited. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted, but the staff figured it out before I did. After maybe an hour of trying different styles, they told me they had the perfect dress, and it was indeed perfect! They were also so great about matching my limited budget, and they added a lace jacket to my strapless dress within a couple of days. I cannot thank the staff and the owner enough for being fun and accommodating!

Everything about the store was just right for me--great selection, but not overwhelming; pleasant in-store experience (great viewing room); and they are full service (from bridesmaid dresses to jewelry). I was thrilled with my experience at White Swan Bridal. I purchased my wedding dress during a floor sale, got an amazing deal. Everyone was gracious and helpful, and I was well taken care of. The in-house seamstress made me a lace jacket to go over my dress, which was wonderful (though I wish I couldve had a second fitting, as the finished product didnt fit perfectly in the arms.) Wonderful selection of designer dresses as well as designer dresses handmade by the owner. Well seasoned professional bridal consultants and seamstresses who have been in the industry for decades. High standard of customer service. Ive been in customer service for over 20 years in the fashion industry and have very high standards. I was looking for a particular dress that I could not get in the US. I found a dress there that I loved and they were able to customize that dress to integrate and create my vision. It is now a one of a kind dress. They also gave me a flat rate in the beginning for the custom work I was getting and did not try to add in any additional hidden fees, which I really appreciate. As a bride you want everything to be your vision and have so much on your plate and additional expenses that it can be very stressful; it is refreshing and wonderful to have excellent customer care with no jiving around with the costs. Had a wonderful experience working with everyone there and I highly recommend White Swan Bridal!

I was so happy with my appointment at White Swan. The consultants and seamstresses were so helpful in finding the dress for my special day, and I felt like I was in good hands from the first dress I tried on. The dresses being on models around the store made it easy to see before even trying them on how they might look. They were also willing and able to make any alterations to make the dress really mine. I cannot wait until my dress comes in and we can start to make it really mine.

I was so disappointed with how we were treated when we scheduled an appointment at 2pm today. First a sign was on the front door saying go up the stairs on the second floor. They are having construction on the first floor so we went around back and went upstairs to the second floor. Well it was in the back where they have sewing machines and people working on altering gowns. The owner came in back and said very rude “What are you doing” as well as “why are you here” we explained we have a schedule at 2:00 o’clock. She gave us a weird look saying you needed to go up the stairs in front like we had been there before! No warm fuzzies at all! Very small place and word of mouth will definitely go out to never come to this place!!!

This was such a cute find, so accommodating and we loved the complimentary candies! I was desperately looking for a boutique type shop with affordable dresses! I found that at White Swan Bridal! All of the staff, especially my consultant Helen, were amazing! She pulled several beautiful dresses from their HUGE sample sale rack. And there were better than I ever saw on pinterest. Highest quality silk taffeta gown with a lace corset top for less than a thousand dollars. thats a million dollar look! I also chose all of my veil, a headpiece and a clutch for my mom at the shop and they had a wide range of options. If youre looking for a personal experience and unique dresses, this is the place!

White Swan was so great! It was the 4th place I went to for a dress and they were the most helpful of all the shops I visited. They didnt pressure me or hide the price. They had a sample sale that allowed me to stay in my price range, but also get the dress of my dreams. I love how a lot of the dresses are all out on mannequins to see. This allowed me to really give them an idea of what I wanted. I also really liked their dressing room where they had hooks all around the large space so that you could see each dress before you tried them on. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget or just looking for awesome service.

I think I tried around 30 dresses there, but fell in love with the first one that Ive seen, when I walked it. The store has so many beautiful dresses and amazing service. When we got to discuss the fittings, Mila explained me in details how she would alter the dress so that it would fit me perfectly. And it was like a glove on me on the very first fitting. I purchased my dress from a Soliloquy store but then they called me telling me the dress cant be ordered because their contract with a designer ended. And their stuff didnt know that??? no wonder their sales girl was a bit pushy, I guess she just wanted her commission. That heart-broken I came to the White Swan Bridal and was able to order that dress that I loved! they measured me, and now I am coming for a first fitting with my wedding heels to alter a hem and make a bustle. Sweetest and warmest service there. they saved my wedding!

I got married on April 30th, 2016. I had purchased a strapless dress at another store and really did not feel comfortable in the dress. I really wanted a dress with 3/4 length sleeves. I took my dress in to White Swan and the manager and Natasha did an amazing job really remaking the top of my dress. They added sleeves and were even able to find lace that was a perfect match to the lace on my very ornate train, which they added to the bodice and sleeves. My mom and girlfriends who had seen the original dress were amazed and the quality of the alterations. You could not tell that the dress had been altered in any way, it looked amazing. I highly recommend White Swan for bridal alterations. It was somewhat pricey, but worth it for the quality.

I was in a wedding where all of the other bridesmaids had a problem with alterations besides me. Highly recommend!

This is THE place to go for amazing quality and selection of wedding gowns! The staff is thorough and professional, and the store truly has everything you would need. All alterations were done on time, but there were a few areas that needed to be redone/retouched. When I pointed those out, the staff was quick to fix it on the spot! Great service and I got a ton of compliments on my dress!

I was born and raised in Virginia and when it was time to pick a wedding dress I knew I needed a piece of home with me on my big day. My initial appointment of trying on dresses went flawlessly...the stylist actually ended up picking out the dress that I said yes to! I was nervous about how the fittings would go considering I live in Florida but I could not have been more impressed. I had 3 dress fittings, and for my final fitting the dress was perfectly steamed and ready for me to wear. Everyone at my wedding complimented the bustle of my dress, shocked how amazing it looked considered the length of my train. I wish this review could come with a photo. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!

I bought my dress here and the buying experience itself was awesome, now when it came to alterations it got a bit tricky. I bought a bigger dress because there were no more dresses available to order and I only had 6 weeks for the wedding, I paid a higher price for the expedited alterations and they only took the waist down and then would refuse to see that everywhere else needed to be taken in as well, it went from a size 10 to a 2/4, it obviously needed alterations done to the whole dress, but Mila (the owner) would oppose to the alterations as much as possible saying it looked fine, it did not. It all worked out in the end because put my feet down, but the process was stressful trying to convince her I did not want to wear a dress 4 sizes bigger than me. Other than that the staff is awesome, very sweet people work there.

We were having an elopement wedding so I ordered my dress online. It arrived 2 sizes smaller and they turned to be out of stock. I urgently needed to fix my dress and my friend recommended me White Swan Bridal alteration shop. When I picked up my dress only a week later - it was perfect! I have non-standard 40DD bust so Ive found wedding dress shopping to be absolutely dreadful the first 2 times I had gone to other boutiques. I went to White Swan Bridal and my outlook was instantly changed for the better. I liked one dress and Milla immediately pinned it so it fits perfectly and solved all my concerns. She offered so many options for adding a wider straps, sleeves and a jacket. What a relief to finally be talking to professionals!

After 2 weeks of trying on dresses in New Orleans, Maryland, and Virginia I said yes to my wedding dress at this white swan bridal. When I walked in I thought I wasnt going to find a dress because I could not see my style on display. I figured Ill try some dresses and move on to my next appointment. The owner Mila figured out my style, after a few dress tryouts and talking to me about what I wanted. She made a recommendation on a particular dress which I originally thought would not work but I was dead wrong. This dress ticked all the boxes on my list of criteria and I also got a nice discount off the original price. One of the many great thing about the experience was the dress arrived at the store the day before my scheduled appointment, I was the first customer to try it on and it looked elegant and exquisite on me. I am so lucky to have worn a White Swan Bridal custom gown! I had the most amazing experience at this gorgeous shop. I knew I wanted a long sleeve ball gown style dress but when I walked into the shop there was a dress that had the most amazing lace appliqué but it was strapless. Girls brought the dress into the dressing room just so I could try it on. I didnt think I would find something that fit me so perfectly, but when I stepped into THE dress, I was unexpectedly emotional. I wanted to change the back of the dress and make it long sleeve. Mila’s unique vision is amazing, she is an expert in her craft! I am so grateful that she helped me get the exact look I was going for.
